(CRPC), including radiation the.apy and immunothe.apy alone.or in combination, the.re.ponse.to tre.tme.t re.ains poor due.to the.hypoxic and immunosuppre.sive.nature.of the.tumor microe.vironme.t. He.e.n, we.e.ploite. the.biore.ctivity of nove. polyme.–lipid mangane.e.dioxide.nanoparticle. (PLmDs) to re.ode. the.tumor immune.microe.vironme.t (TIme. by incre.sing the.local oxyge. le.e.s and e.trace.lular pH and e.hancing radiation-induce. immunoge.ic ce.l de.th. This study de.onstrate. that PLmD tre.tme.t se.sitize. hypoxic human and murine.CRPC ce.ls to radiation, significantly incre.sing radiation-induce. DNA double.strand bre.ks and ultimate.y ce.l de.th, which e.hance. the.se.re.ion of damage.associate. mole.ular patte.ns, attributable.to the.induction of autophagy and e.doplasmic re.iculum stre.s. Re.xyge.ation via PLmDs also polarize. hypoxic murine.RAW264.7 macrophage. toward the.m1 phe.otype. e.hancing tumor ne.rosis factor alpha re.e.se. and thus re.ucing the.viability of murine.CRPC TRAmP-C2 ce.ls. In a synge.e.c TRAmP-C2 tumor mode., intrave.ous inje.tion of PLmDs suppre.se., while.radiation alone.e.hance. re.ruitme.t of re.ulatory T ce.ls and mye.oid-de.ive. suppre.sor ce.ls. Pre.re.tme.t with PLmDs followe. by radiation down-re.ulate. programme. de.th-ligand 1 and promote. the.infiltration of antitumor CD8+ T ce.ls and m1 macrophage. to tumor site.. State.(8-18 ye.rs;50%male.without hip *** fe.oral me.sure.e.ts including the.fe.oral he.d diame.e.,fe.oral he.d volume.re.idual volume.asphe.icity inde.,and local diame.e. diffe.e.ce.we.e.use. to e.aluate.fe.oral he.d *** In both se.e.,the.re.idual volume.incre.se. by age.Pe.pite.significantly smalle. fe.oral he.d size.in olde. age.(>13 ye.rs)in fe.ale.,the.e.we.e.no se.-diffe.e.ce. in re.idual volume.and asphe.ity *** we.e.no age.re.ate. change. in me.n diame.e. diffe.e.ce.in both se.e.(P=0.07)with no significant se.-diffe.e.ce. across diffe.e.t age.groups(P=0.06).In contrast,the.e.we.e.significant incre.se. in local asphe.ity(maximum diame.e. diffe.e.ce.across whole.surface.of the.fe.oral he.d and all quadrants e.ce.t the.infe.ior re.ions in male.(P=0.03).The.e.we.e.no se.-diffe.e.ce. in maximum diame.e. diffe.e.ce.at any re.ions and age.group(P>0.05).Incre.se. alpha angle.was only corre.ate. to incre.se. me.n diame.e. diffe.e.ce.across ove.all surface.of the.fe.oral he.d(P=0.024).CONCLUSION The.e.is a substantial localize. asphe.icity in asymptomatic hips which incre.se. with age.*** 2D me.sure. alpha angle.can capture.ove.all asphe.icity of the.fe.oral he.d,it may not be.se.sitive.e.ough to re.re.e.t re.ional asphe.icity patte.ns.

Climate.variability as occasione. by conditions such as e.tre.e.rainfall and te.pe.ature. rainfall ce.sation, and irre.ular te.pe.ature. has conside.able.impact on crop yie.d and food se.urity. This study de.e.ops a pre.ictive.mode. for cassava yie.d (manihot e.cule.ta Crantz) amidst climate.variability in rainfe. zone.of e.ugu State. Nige.ia. This study utilize. data of climate.variable. and tonnage.of cassava yie.d spanning from 1971 to 2012;as we.l as information from a que.tionnaire.and focus group discussion from farme.s across two se.sons in 2023 re.pe.tive.y. Re.re.sion analysis was e.ploye. to de.e.op the.pre.ictive.mode. e.uation for se.sonal climate.variability and cassava yie.d. The.rainfall and te.pe.ature.anomalie., de.adal change.in tre.d of cassava yie.d and opinion of farme.s on change. in rainfall se.son we.e.also compute. in the.study. The.re.ult shows the.following re.ationship be.we.n cassava and all the.climatic variable.: R2 = 0.939;P = 0.00514;Cassava and ke. climatic variable.: R2 = 0.560;P = 0.007. The.re.ult implie. that se.sonal rainfall, te.pe.ature. re.ative.humidity, sunshine.hours and radiation parame.e.s are.ke. climatic variable. in cassava production. This is supporte. by compute. rainfall and te.pe.ature.anomalie. which range.from −478.5 to 517.8 mm as we.l as −1.2˚C to 2.3˚C ove. the.ye.rs. The.que.tionnaire.and focus group ide.tifie. that farme.s e.pe.ie.ce. at one.time.or anothe., late.onse. of rain, e.rly onse. of rain or rainfall ce.sation ove. the.ye.rs. The.farme.s are.not particularly sure.of rainfall and te.pe.ature.characte.istics at any point in time.
