BACKGROUND Suicide is a leading cause of preventable death worldwide,with its peak of maximum incidence in later *** often puts an individual at higher risk for suicidal *** turn,depression deserves particular interest in old age due to its high prevalence and dramatic impact on health and *** To gather integrated evidence on the potential risk factors for suicide behaviour development in depressive older adults,and to examine the effects of depression treatment to tackle suicide behaviour in this *** A systematic review of empirical studies,published from 2000 onwards,was *** behaviour was addressed considering its varying forms(i.e.,wish to die,ideation,attempt,and completed suicide).RESULTS Thirty-five papers were selected for review,comprising both clinical and epidemiological *** of studies focused on suicidal ideation(60%).The studies consistently pointed out that the risk was related to depressive episode severity,psychiatric comorbidity(anxiety or substance use disorders),poorer health status,and loss of *** social support and loneliness were also associated with suicide behaviour in depressive older ***,the intervention studies showed that suicidal behaviour was a robust predictor of depression treatment *** in suicidal ideation were moderated by reductions in risk factors for suicide *** To sum up,common and age-specific risk factors seem to be involved in suicide development in depressive older adults.A major effort should be made to tackle this serious public health concern so as to promote older people to age healthily and well.

尽管我们正处于全球经济一体化的大背景下,但这并不代表人们的消费习惯也完全受到全球化的影响,事实上,最终让消费者产生购买意愿,并且付诸购买行为的往往是本土文化。作为世界闻名的文化大国——中国,传统文化对消费者的影响极其深远,那么,在具有五年前历史的文化背景下,中国消费者对产品的感知价值、内心情感是否会受到来源国形象的影响,最终改变自己的购买意愿?如果这个假设成立,消费者的确被来源国形象所影响,那么在悠久、深厚的历史文化的感染下,消费者的购买意愿是否会动摇?是否有调节的余地?企业若想规划出长期的发展策略,选择恰当的营销手段,必须全面地解析消费者、购买意愿、来源国形象以及文化背景,并仔细探讨这些因素的相互关联与影响,这也是本文的研究目的所在。各个国家的消费者,他们有着不同的成长环境、兴趣爱好、文化背景、工作经历、学历水平,加之“互联网+”这种新的营销模式的影响,企业在拥有更为广阔的市场前景的同时,更要迎接来自各方的挑战。消费者在决定购买一件产品的时候,必然会权衡利弊、有所取舍,除了产品本身的性能与质量,产品来源国以及产品背后的文化内涵同样会影响消费者的内心情感,使之改变购买意愿。有关这方面的学术探讨并不多见,这也给本文的研究提供了更多机会。笔者以中国与哥伦比亚两个国家的消费者为调查对象,以日本知名电器作为调查产品,从消费者购买意愿、来源国形象、文化价值观、文化价值观对消费者购买意愿的影响、感知价值这五个方面的概念、特点进行综述,作为本研究的理论参考依据,并梳理出各概念之间的逻辑关系。在文献综述的基础上,提出“来源国形象对消费者购买意愿影响的文化差异”模型,模型将“来源国形象”作为自变量,将“感知价值”作为中间变量,将“购买意愿”作为应变量,将“文化价值观”作为调节变量。在明确界定了各变量的关系与内涵之后,设计出“来源国形象”、“消费者购买意愿”、“文化价值观”与“感知价值”的量表。本研究认为:“来源国形象”这一概念囊括了三个维度,分别是产品形象、政治经济形象、消费者形象。“感知价值”同样包括三个维度——情感价值、功能价值、社会价值。在文化价值观方面,中国与哥伦比亚两国的差异,主要体现在内涵、渊源与评价标准几方面,本文的研究方法为实证研究,首先提出“来源国形象对感知价值的影响”、“感知价值对消费者购买意愿的影响”、“消费者的文化价值观对来源国形象的影响”三个实证问题,继而构建了实证研究模型,设计出“来源国形象”、“消费者的购买意愿”、“文化价值观”与“感知价值”的问卷,分别向中国与哥伦比亚国家的消费者发放调查问卷,部分问卷通过网络平台发放,收集调查数据,采用SPSS19.0统计学软件处理数据,用以验证研究中提出的假设。在保证调查问卷可信、研究假设成立的基础上,最终得出研究结论:(1)中国、哥伦比亚消费者对日本来源国形象的感知存在较大差异。面对日本知名电器,中国消费者对功能价值、社会价值的感知并不会受到产品本身的影响,但会受到日本的政治经济形象和消费者形象的影响。究其原因,除了文化因素之外,也许还受到历史因素的影响。而哥伦比亚消费者对功能价值、社会价值的感知,除了受到日本消费者形象、政治经济形象的影响之外,还会受到产品本身的影响。(2)中国、哥伦比亚消费者共同在意的是日本的政治经济形象。作为来源国形象三个维度中的之一,两国消费者的感知价值(特别是功能价值)均受到日本政治经济形象的影响,更青睐于政治稳定、经济发达国家的产品。与哥伦比亚消费者相比,中国消费者受到政治经济形象的影响更为明显。(3)在产品形象方面,中国、哥伦比亚两国消费者的态度存在差异。日本电器的产品形象,影响了哥伦比亚消费者的功能价值、社会价值、情感价值,但仅影响中国消费者的情感价值,不会对功能价值与社会价值的感知造成影响。(4)中国、哥伦比亚消费者均在意日本消费者形象。消费者形象越正面,对中国消费者感知产品功能、社会功能的影响就越大,但不会对中国消费者感知产品形象产生影响。而消费者形象则会影响到哥伦比亚消费者对产品的全部感知。(5)中国、哥伦比亚消费者的购买意愿都会受到感知价值的影响,但影响面不同。中国消费者最看重日本电器的情感价值,而哥伦比亚消费者则看重日本电器的功能价值。所以,情感是影响中国消费者购买意愿的首要因素,而产品功能则是影响哥伦比亚消费者购买意愿的主要因素。(6)文化价值观对中国、哥伦比亚消费者的调节效应存在差异。来源国形象与感知价值受到中国文化价值观的影响,但不会受到哥伦比亚文化价值观的影响。研究的最后一部分,重新审视了研究内容与过程,总结了研究的创新之处与不足之处,希望能够给企业制定营销策略、达成营销目标提供参考,更希望能够给企业决策者以及广大自主创业者带去启发。

A simulation model based on nonlinear ordinary differential equations to interpret the transmission dynamics of Zika Virus (ZIKV), is formulated and analyzed, integrating the asymptomatic human population and coupled to the Aedes aegypti dynamics, the epidemic threshold Basic Reproduction Number R0 is determined, as the spectral radius of Next-Generation Matrix and the system is simulated with MAPLE computing program taking the parameter values from literature.

The progressive stacking of chalcogenide single layers gives rise to two- dimensional semiconducting materials with tunable properties that can be exploited for new field-effect transistors and photonic devices. Yet the properties of some members of the chalcogenide family remain unexplored. Indium selenide （InSe） is attractive for applications due to its direct bandgap in the near infrared, controllable p- and n-type doping and high chemical stability. Here, we reveal the lattice dynamics, optical and electronic properties of atomically thin InSe flakes prepared by micromechanical cleavage. Raman active modes stiffen or soften in the flakes depending on which electronic bonds are excited. A progressive blue-shift of the photoluminescence peaks is observed for decreasing flake thickness （as large as 0.2 eV for three single layers）. First-principles calculations predict an even larger increase in the bandgap, 0.40 eV, for three single layers, and as much as 1.1 eV for a single layer. These results are promising from the point of view of the versatility of this material for optoelectronic applications at the nanometer scale and compatible with Si and III-V technologies.

X-ray detectors are of pivotal importance for the scientific and technological progress in a wide range of medical,industrial,and scientific ***,we take advantage of the printability of perovskite-based semiconductors and achieve a high X-ray sensitivity combined with the potential of an exceptional high spatial resolution by our origami-inspired folded perovskite X-ray *** high performance of our device is reached solely by the folded detector architecture and does not require any *** design and fabrication of a foldable perovskite sensor array is presented and the detector is characterized as a planar and as a folded *** to 50 kVp−150 kVp X-ray radiation,the planar detector reaches X-ray sensitivities of 25−35μC/(Gyaircm^(2)),whereas the folded detector achieves remarkably increased X-ray sensitivities of several hundredμC/(Gyaircm^(2))and a record value of 1409μC/(Gyaircm^(2))at 150 kVp without photoconductive ***,the potential of an exceptional high spatial resolution of the folded detector of more than 20 lp/mm under 150 kVp X-ray radiation is demonstrated.

In this article, some of the main contributions to BI （Bio-Impedance） parameter-based systems for medical, biological and industrial fields, oriented to develop micro laboratory systems are summarized. These small systems are enabled by the development of new measurement techniques and systems （labs）, based on the impedance as biomarker. The electrical properties of the life mater allow the straightforward, low cost and usually non-invasive measurement methods to define its status or value, with the possibility to know its time evolution. This work proposes a review of bio-impedance based methods being employed to develop new LoC （Lab-on-a-Chips） systems, and some open problems identified as main research challenges, such as, the accuracy limits of measurements techniques, the role of the microelectrode-biological impedance modeling in measurements and system portability specifications demanded for many applications.

Geometrical Evaluation of Cervical Cells. Fractal and Euclidean Diagnostic Methodology of Clinical Application

Background: The concomitant use of fractal and Euclidian measurements has led to the development of new methodologies of cell evaluation, including a diagnosis of cervical cells that set up differences between normality and various degrees of lesion, to carcinoma. Aim: To confirm the diagnostic capacity of the methodology based on fractal and Euclidian geometry for the mathematical diagnosis through a blind study of normal cells and with different types of lesion, as atypia of undetermined significance (ASCUS), low grade squamous intra-epithelial lesion (LGSIL) and high grade squamous intra-epithelial lesion (HGSIL). Methods: 100 cells of Papanicolaou tests were analyzed and divided into 4 groups according to conventional parameters: 25 normal, 25 ASCUS, 25 LGSIL and 25 HGSIL. By means of the Box-counting Fractal Space, we calculated the fractal dimension and occupying spaces of the border and surface in pixels of the cell nucleus and cytoplasm. The diagnostic parameters of the previously developed methodology were applied and compared with the conventional diagnosis, setting up sensibility, specificity, negative likelihood ratio and Kappa coefficient. Results: The values of the occupation of the border and surface of the cell nucleus and cytoplasm were consistent with the values found by the diagnostic methodology previously found. The subtraction of the nucleus and cytoplasm frontiers presented values between: 189 and 482 for normality;159 and 432 for ASCUS;126 to 401 for LGSIL and 39 to 122 for HGSIL. A sensitivity and specificity of 100%, and a Kappa coefficient of 1 were obtained. Conclusions: The capacity of the methodology to diagnose quantitatively the different stages in the evolution of the cervical cells observed in Papanicolaou tests was confirmed, from normality to HGSIL.

Parallel concatenated trellis coded modulation （PCTCM） has been traditionally designed using parallel concatenated convolutional codes with a bits-to-symbol mapper. However,this paper shows that for higher-order modulations using linear codes is too restrictive. Parallel Concatenated Nonlinear Trellis Coded Modulation （PC-NLTCM） that directly assigns constel-lation points as output-labels to the branches of the trellis can outperform PC-TCM. Simulation results are shown for a 2 bits/s/Hz 16-state nonlinear turbo code with 8PSK. This code is less than 0.43 dB away from the Shannon limit at a BER = 10 5 with an interleaver length of 10000 bits,and outperforms previous published linear turbo code by around 0.2 dB. This paper also provides an extension of Benedetto’s uniform interleaver analysis for nonlinear constituent codes,which accurately predicts the BER of the PC-NLTCM at high SNR.

Mixing Efficiency across Rayleigh-Taylor and Richtmeyer-Meshkov Fronts

Mixing generated by gravitational acceleration and the role of local turbulence measured through multifractal methods is examined in numerical experiments of Rayleigh-Taylor and Richtmyer-Meshkov driven front occurring at density interfaces. The global advance of the fronts is compared with laboratory experiments and Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are calculated in both large eddy simulation (LES) and kinematic simulation KS models. In this experimental method, the mixing processes are generated by the evolution of a discrete set of forced turbulent plumes. We describe the corresponding qualitative results and the quantitative conclusions based on measures of the density field and of the height of the fluid layers. We present an experimental analysis to characterize the partial mixing process. The conclusions of this analysis are related to the mixing efficiency and the height of the final mixed layer as functions of the Atwood number, which ranges from 9.8 × 10−3 to 1.34 × 10−1.
