在过去的两个多世纪,学术界有大量学者研究影响国际贸易的因素。这些因素基本集中在竞争优势、汇率、工资、相对价格、税率等。但是其他一些对国际贸易也会产生深远影响的因素却没有得到足够的重视,比如文化因素。本文的目的即在于提供有力支持以论证文化冲击对与中国进行国际贸易的影响。毕竟中国文化同世界其他国家文化之间差异巨大。本文选取教育领域作为研究对象,探索文化因素是如何影响教育出口的。研究从三个方面展开,第一,搜集并整理近年留学生来华留学数据,了解该领域整体情况;第二,对在中国的外国留学生展开问卷调查,了解他们的文化冲击程度;最后,将问卷调查结果与参与调查的学生的不同情况和中国教育产业状况进行对比,得到有效结论,找到中国教育出口与外国留学生在华感受到的文化冲击之间的联系。如此,本文为这一有待开发的学术领域提供了新的学术成果,指出了中国仍有很多潜力无限的新市场,并为更进一步的学术研究开辟了道路。

Deposition of clean and defect-free atomically thin two-dimensional crystalline flakes on surfaces by mechanical exfoliation of layered bulk materials has proven to be a powerful technique, but it requires a fast, reliable and non-destructive way to identify the atomically thin flakes among a crowd of thick flakes. In this work, we provide general guidelines to identify ultrathin flakes of TaSe2 by means of optical microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. Additionally, we determine the optimal substrates to facilitate the optical identification of atomically thin TaSe2 crystals. Experimental realization and isolation of ultrathin layers of TaSe2 enables future studies on the role of the dimensionality in interesting phenomena such as superconductivity and charge density waves.

Lipocalins are one of the groups of allergens derived from domestic animals with clinical importance for the development of allergic responses. They have been characterized in different animals. With allergenic capacity characterized, little is known about the epitopes involved in allergic responses. Here, potential antigenic regions involved in cross-reactivity among lipocalins were explored through bioinformatics tools. The amino acid sequences of several lipocalins from different domestic animals (mouse, dog, cat, bull, hamster, horse and pig) were used to determine the degree of kinship by phylogenetic studies. Groups with highest phylogenetic relation were obtained by using MEGA software. 3D models of lipocalins not reported in the protein data bank were modeled by homology to identify potential antigenic regions compromised in the cross-reactivity of this group of allergens. The alignment of the entire database of allergenic lipocalins and the inferred maximum likelihood tree segregate lipocalins into five monophyletic clades (referenced here as A, B, C, D and E). According to the multiple pairing analyzes, group C (Fel d 4, Rat n 1 and Equ c 1) showed the highest degree of identity among their amino acid sequences (58%). The analysis of conserved and exposed residues showed that group C shares three antigenic regions that could potentially contribute to its cross-reactivity. Potential antigenic sites were identified for the generation of cross-reactivity between the different lipocalins analyzed in this study. These studies support the need to carry out directed mutagenesis tests to confirm their relevance in the allergenic capacity of lipocalins.

In this review paper, we examine the changes in the Earth orientation in space and focus on the nutation（shorter-term periodic variations）, which is superimposed on precession（long-term trend on a timescale of years）. We review the nutation modelling involving several coupling mechanisms at the core-mantle boundary using the Liouville angular momentum equations for a two-layered Earth with a liquid flattened core. The classical approach considers a Poincare fluid for the core with an inertial pressure coupling mechanism at the core-mantle boundary. We examine possible additional coupling mechanisms to explain the observations. In particular, we examine how we can determine the flattening of the core as well as information on the magnetic field and the core flow from the nutation observations. The precision of the observations is shown to be high enough to increase our understanding on the coupling mechanisms at the core-mantle boundary.

对"主观疲劳量表"进行改进,使其便于获得足球运动员的"训练前自觉疲劳程度",从而能获得"训练累积自觉疲劳程度";并引入运动员的"体重流失"和"体重流失比"来对运动员训练负荷进行监控。研究假设为"运动员在训练中的‘体重流失比’和‘累积自觉疲劳程度’比‘体重流失’和‘训练后自觉疲劳程度’能更准确地反映运动员的训练负荷"。18名职业足球运动员(年龄23±3岁,身高177.2±6.2cm,体重72.9±7.2kg,BMI指数23.2±1.7)被选取为实验对象,对研究假设进行实验验证。结果显示,运动员在训练中的体重流失与训练后自觉疲劳程度不存在相关性(P>0.05),而与训练累积自觉疲劳程度呈现中度相关(P<0.05,R=0.49)。体重流失比与训练后自觉疲劳程度呈现低度相关(P<0.05,R=0.39),且与训练累积自觉疲劳程度呈现中度相关(P<0.01,R=0.52)。该结果证实了本研究的研究假设。

Distinct Global Patterns of Strong Positive and Negative Shifts of Seasons over the Last 6 Decades

Alterations of annual temperature cycles have profound implications on how the planet responds to global climate change. In this study, a high resolution global analysis of temperature cycle shifts and their development over time is presented. We show that over the last 63 years, phase shifts in the annual near surface temperature cycle exhibit large spatiotemporal variability. The calculated phase shifts comprise earlier onsets of seasons as well as delays with similar frequencies, depending on location. From 1978 to 2010 Eastern Europe experienced an advanced annual cycle of near-surface temperature of 3.2 days while Eastern Australia shows an opposite shift towards later seasons of 3.5 days in comparison to the preceding 30-year period from 1948 to 1977. The largest phase shifts of –5.5 days toward earlier seasons over land were found in Belarus and Northwest Russia. For the first time the developments of seasonal temperature shifts were generalized for large areas by using self-organizing feature map neural networks resulting into 4 significant global trends. The temperature phase shifts are also shown to have strong correlations with the timing of shrub foliation observed at 57 phenological stations across the USA. The findings have far-reaching, yet regionally distinct consequences on agriculture, animal life cycles, plant phenology, and regional weather phenomena that change with annual temperature cycles.

本文的研究对象是哥伦比亚等南美地区的初级汉语学习者,通过详细了解他们的汉语学习现状以及南美地区汉语教学中实际存在的问题,我们发现,在任务型教学法理念的指导下,基于互联网平台来设计适当的教学活动、开展远程汉语教学,可以弥补一些传统语言教学法和当地教学资源的不足,为汉语在南美地区乃至海外的推广开辟一条新的途径。本论文共由六个章节组成:第一章为绪论,主要介绍哥伦比亚等南美地区的汉语教学状况以及相关的研究综述,阐述任务型教学法的概念与理论,归纳有关现代教育技术、“互联网+”汉语远程教学的特点及其代表性模式。本文的研究目标、研究对象与研究方式也在本章展现。第二章为针对南美地区初级汉语学习者学习现状的调查,是本文开展教学设计与实施的重要前提。本章中,主要通过对受访者的基本情况、汉语学习经历、汉语学习动机、汉语学习评价与自我评价、汉语学习中的困难以及对在线学习的看法几个部分来开展调查,详细了解哥伦比亚等南美地区汉语学习者的构成、学习动机、需求、困难等问题,为下文的教学设计打下坚实的基础。第三章为教学方案总体设计,从“教学目标”“教学策略”“教学媒体”“教学对象”和“教学材料”几个部分入手,阐述了本次教学设计的可行性性。本文将任务型教学法作为主要教学策略,将“Thinkific”互联网平台作为核心教学媒体,并且介绍了志愿学习者的基本情况,以及对教学材料进行选择和改编的原则。为下文教学实施奠定了理论依据,搭建了整体框架。第四章、第五章为本次研究的教学实施过程以及教学实施前后的评价测试。第四章详细记录了整个教学任务的实施过程,展示了我们为此编制的教学资料与辅助资料、师生在网上课堂的不同交际方式等。第五章主要为学习者在接受在线学习前后的学习情况测试对比以及他们对本次研究的反馈。第六章为结语,主要是本次研究的收获、不足之处以及对将来研究的展望。通过此次论文的写作,我们相信,随着国际交流的日益密切与现代教育技术的飞速发展,针对南美地区汉语教学的研究成果会越来越丰富。希望本文是在这方面的一次有益尝试,并能为南美地区乃至全球的汉语推广做出一些小小的贡献。
