Water-soluble copolymers of p-methacrylamidobenzoic acid(MABA)with neutral comonomers(N-vinylpyrrolidone(vP),N-methyl-N-vinylacetamide(MvAA),N-methacryloyl glucosamine(MAG))and anionic comononer sodium styrene sulfonate(NaSS)were synthesized by radical *** interactions between the prepared copolymers and Tb^(3+)ions in aqueous solutions were studied;the significant influence of chemical structure of a comonomer on luminescence intensity of Tb^(3+)complexes with the copolymers was *** luminescence intensity of Tb^(3+)complexes with the copolymers containing N-vinylamide units(vP,MvAA)is three times more intense than that observed for the complexes between Tb^(3+)and MAG-containing *** the case of NaSS-containing copolymers,the luminescence intensity is controlled by the values of binding constants between Tb^(3+)and MABA and the content of MABA units in a *** studied copolymers and their complexes with Tb^(3+)have low cytotoxicity and a pronounced antiviral activity against human respiratory syncytial virus.

The paper presents the results of the sterlet sturgeon Acipenser ruthenus reintroduction into the Kama Reservoir(Perm Krai,Russia)by sterlet fry from hatcheries into the reservoir since *** effectiveness of hatchery releases was evaluated by monitoring gillnet sampling *** results showed that the species was reported throughout entire Kama Reservoir,which contrasts with 1988-1994 data,when the species was registered only at the upper part of the reservoir near the Kama River *** highest number and biomass values of catch per unit effort(CPUE)of the sterlet were found in submerged river channels-the deepest habitats with flow conditions which are close to the ecological requirements of the *** distribution of the sterlet within the channel biotopes of the reservoir is defined by reduced *** biggest individuals and the widest size range of the sterlet were typical for the upper area of the reservoir and Chusovskoy Bay,which have the greatest *** smallest sizes were typical for fish from catches near the dam of the reservoir,which is consistent with the published data on the distribution of sterlet in reservoir *** presented results may indicate the artificial formation of the sterlet stock in the Kama Reservoir maintained by hatchery *** revealed distribution of the sterlet in the reservoir determines the direction of further research on natural reproduction and thus formation of an artificially formed ***,future studies are required to assess the possibility of hybridization of the sterlet of artificial origin with natural populations of the species,since the low genetic diversity of the sterlet released into the Kama Reservoir which can lead to irreversible loss of genetic individuality of the natural stocks of the species in the catchment of upper course of the Kama River.

We applied adaptive dynamics to double slit interference phenomenon using particle model and obtained partial successful results in our previous report. The patterns qualitatively corresponded well with experiments. Several properties such as concave single slit pattern and large influence of slight displacement of the emission position were different from the experimental results. In this study we tried other slit conditions and obtained consistent patterns with experiments. We do not claim that the adaptive dynamics is the principle of quantum mechanics, but the present results support the probability of adaptive dynamics as the candidate of the basis of quantum mechanics. We discuss the advantages of the adaptive dynamical view for foundations of quantum mechanics.

The administration time is a critical but long-neglected point in cell therapy based on macrophages because the incorrect time of macrophage administration could result in diverse outcomes regarding the same macrophage *** this work,the second near-infrared(NIR-II)fluorescence imaging in vivo tracking of M2 macrophages during a pro-healing therapy in the mice model of rotator cuff injury revealed that the behavior of administrated macrophages was influenced by the timing of their *** delayed cell therapy(DCT)group had a longer retention time of injected M2 macrophages in the repairing tissue than that in the immediate cell therapy(ICT)*** Keller-Segel model and histological analysis further demonstrated that DCT altered the chemotaxis of M2 macrophages and improved the healing outcome of the repaired structure in comparison with *** results offer a possible explanation of previous conflicting results on reparative cell therapy and provoke reconsideration of the timing of these therapies.

This work explores the potential of a triple combination of meropenem(MEM),a novel metallo-blactamase(MBL)inhibitor(indole-2-carboxylate 58(InC58)),and a serine-b-lactamase(SBL)inhibitor(avibactam(AvI))for broad-spectrum activity against carbapenemase-producing bacteria.A diverse panel comprising MBL-and SBL-producing strains was used for susceptibility testing of the triple combination using the agar dilution *** frequency of resistance(FoR)to MEM combined with InC58 was *** were sequenced and tested for cross resistance,fitness,and the stability of the resistance *** with the double combinations of MEM plus an SBL or MBL inhibitor,the triple combination extended the spectrum of activity to most of the isolates bearing SBLs(oxacillinase-48(OXA-48)and Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase-2(KPC-2))and MBLs(New Delhi metallo-blactamases(NDMs)),although it was not effective against verona integron-encoded metallo-blactamase(vIM)-carrying Pseudomonas aeruginosa(***)and OXA-23-carrying Acinetobacter baumannii(***).The FoR to MEM plus InC58 ranged from 2.22×10^(-7)to 1.13×10^(-6).The resistance correlated with mutations to ompC and comR,affecting porin C and copper permeability,*** mutants manifested a fitness cost,a decreased level of resistance during passage without antibiotic pressure,and cross resistance to another carbapenem(imipenem)and a b-lactamase inhibitor(taniborbactam).In conclusion,compared with the dual combinations,the triple combination of MEM with InC58 and AvI showed a much wider spectrum of activity against different carbapenemaseproducing bacteria,revealing a new strategy to combat b-lactamase-mediated antimicrobial resistance.

Global geodynamic reconstruction models of the Pacific margin of Asia refer to materials collected throughout Japan,Korea and northeastern China,but they lack data on southern ***,the Sikhote-Alin orogenic belt(NE Asia)constituted a single eastern margin of the paleo-Asian continent with the abovementioned territories in the *** isotopic,geochemical,and geochronological data show that Paleocene igneous activity(-61-55 Ma)is widely developed in south-ern *** rock compositions of the igneous rocks of this period yield ferroan,peraluminous,calc-alkaline to alkaline affinities,highly abundant LILE and HFSE(with pronounced Ba,Sr,Eu,and Ti neg-ative anomalies)and depleted *** initial melts,displaying Zr+Y+Ce+Nb>350 ppm and 10,000×Ga/Al>2.6,derived from an OIB-like mantle source crystallised under fairly reducing conditions(below FMQ buffer),and yield high temperature of zircon saturation(>850℃),indicating typical A-type granite and related volcanic rock *** is logical to associate variations in A-type rock geochemical composition with an enrichment of the upper part of the magma chamber with fluid-mobile components involving a reditribution of major and trace elements through fluid-magmatic *** depletion in Ca,Mg,Ba,Sr,Eu in the A-type rocks is caused by an outflow of these elements by an oxi-dizing,initially reduced,acidic fluid beyond the zone of magma ***-rock Sr-Nd isotope data argue for the generation of the A-type rocks by melting of dominantly a juvenile mantle component with a subordinate component of the ancient *** variations of igneous rocks of the reference area:^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr(t)(0.7024-0.7118),ε_(Nd)(t)(-0.9 to-5.1)and T_(DM2)(934-1277 Ma),result from the mixing of the OIB-like mantle source with selective melts or from the metapelite contamination of the Samarka terrane accretionary prism and of the Zhuravlevka-Amur turbidite basin,later followed by fluid-magma

AIM:To provide a comprehensive and more representative national data on the disease,especially on treatment options and outcomes,and to determine access of retinoblastoma patients from Luzon,visayas and Mindanao to eye care,and determine if access is associated with delay in consultation,staging and ***:Cohort study of retinoblastoma patients seen in eleven institutions located in the three major areas of the Philippines namely Luzon,vizayas and Mindanao from ***:Totally 636 patients,involving 821 eyes,were ***(57%)were from Luzon and were seen in institutions in Luzon(72%).Annually,58±10 new cases were seen with 71%having unilateral *** delay of consultation remained long at 9(3,17)mo,longest in patients with unilateral disease(Pvisayas(Pved by 484 patients while intravenous chemotherapy was received by *** were 250(39%)patients alive,195(31%)dead,85(13%)abandoned,17(3%)refused and 89(14%)with no ***:This study presents the largest cohort of retinoblastoma patients in the Philippines in terms of patients’and participating institutions’number and geographical location and type of institution(private and public).It also presents more comprehensive data on the treatments used and outcomes(survival,globe salvage,and vision retention rates).Delay in consultation was still long among patients leading to advanced disease stage and lower survival *** increasing capacity to diagnose and manage retinoblastoma in the country,the delay of consultation remains long primarily due to accessibility issues to eye care institutions especially in the visayas and financial *** delay was still significant that overall survival rate remain low.

A comprehensive mineralogical-geochemical and petrological study of ignimbrites from the Yakut-Gora volcanic depression （Primorye, Far Eastern Russia） revealed a wide distribution of silica-metal spherules （＂globules＂） that are typical liquid immiscibility resultant. The metallic portion of a spherule （composition varies from low-carbon iron to cohenite） borders gas pores and is rimmed by symplectite that consists of quartz, magnetite, and silica-potassic glass. This allows us to consider that the whole formation formed through reduction of the enclosing silicate melt. Abundant evidence of high reduction states of ignimbrite melts and the presence of iron carbides suggest an H2-CH4 composition of the fluidal phase in ignimbrite magmas.
