Apart from its role in inflammation and immunity,chemerin is also involved in white adipocyte *** study the role of chemerin in adipocyte metabolism,we examined the function of chemerin in brown adipose *** and white adipocyte precursors were differentiated into adipocytes in the presence of Chemerin ***-deficient(Chem-/-)mice were compared to wild-type mice when fed a high-fat *** is expressed during brown adipocyte differentiation and knock down of chemerin mRNA results in decreased brown adipocyte differentiation with reduced fatty acid uptake in brown ***-/-mice are leaner than wild-type mice but gain more weight when challenged with high-fat diet feeding,resulting in a larger increase in fat ***-/-mice develop insulin resistance when on a high-fat diet or due to *** adipose depots in Chem-/-mice weigh more than in wildtype mice,but with decreased mitochondrial content and *** to wild-type mice,male Chem-/-mice have decreased oxygen consumption,CO production,energy expenditure,and a lower respiratory exchange ***,body temperature of Chem-/-mice is lower than that of wild-type *** results revealed that chemerin is expressed during brown adipocyte differentiation and has a pivotal role in energy metabolism through brown adipose tissue thermogenesis.

The paper discusses the difference in the formulation concepts of alumina - spinel （spinel containing ） and alumina - magnesia （ spin, el forming） castables and the influence on their physical properties. The individual property profile is discussed with respect to the requirements of refactory lining materials for the different zones of a steel ladle.

＜正＞In September 2011,the world’s most modern bow type caster with vertical mold was commissioned at the steel plant No.3 at voestalpine in Linz,*** caster has a basic radius of 10m and is designed for maximum slab thickness of 355 mm with a maximum width of 2200 mm and straightening is carried out with a liquid *** latest state-of-the-art technology,with adjustable spray nozzles （3D Sprays）,EcoStar rollers and the latest generation of process automation models,such as Dynacs 3D,DynaPhase and DynaGap Soft Reduction,have been implemented to achieve the highest quality of the produced *** highlight of this project is the installation of two LiquiRob industrial robot systems on the casting platform which increase the safety of the operating personnel *** paper gives an overview about the start up and highlights of this favourable caster concept with selected operational results.
