墨西哥移民在中国上海的状况研究

本文的研究对象主要是国际移民中墨西哥移民在中国上海的移民情况。中国改革开放之后的十多年间,上海获得了极大关注,从上世纪70年代到80年代初,上海在中国的经济发展以及中国全球化的进程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。因为中国的主要城市集中在东部地区,尤其上海已经对劳动力的供需平衡以及外企在该地的投资做出实验,所以笔者特别呼吁要重视中国东部地区的国外移民情况。移民问题已经引起广泛讨论,因为移民对于很多城市的发展作出了重要贡献,这些移民中既包含国内移民也包含国外移民。其中关于中国国内移民现象的研究已经非常丰富,但是这与国外移民的研究还是有很大区别,中国国外移民的研究主要是对欧洲、亚洲、北美及非洲的移民研究,所以研究拉美国家在中国的移民现象是一个极大的挑战。尽管中国和大多数拉美国家的外交关系始于40多年前,但中国的繁荣发展对该地区的影响似乎还不太明显。所以本文研究的重点是在上海工作的墨西哥公民的移民情况。文章提出墨西哥移民作为国际移民的组成部分,其中一部分移民在当地就职并参与当地经济发展,这构建了一种新的移民方式。因此,本文通过实地调研获得一手资料,以便真正了解特定的国外移民在中国的生活状况,以及他们遇到的困难与挑战及相应的解决方案。考虑到中国政治、经济、社会等多领域不断发展变化,并在全球经济和外交中发挥着重要作用,所以本文的另一个角度是研究国际移民在该地开展工作的诸多原因。与此同时,本文对官方所提供的数据进行调研,例如这类移民总体情况,以及他们与中国当地居民融合情况等等,并对其细节进行充分的研究分析。第一章,集中阐述了研究内容,并为本文的阐述提供了假设。本文使用的研究方法主要是问卷调查法及深度访谈法,以及对一手资源和二手资源的进一步探索,为该研究提供了全面的信息支撑并且有助于对研究假设进行系统分析。第二章,主要介绍了中国移民的历史背景。本章简要介绍了移民与国际移民的概念及两者的异同,回顾了新古典主义、新自由主义等有关移民及国际移民的相关现代理论,进一步阐释不同地区人们流动背后的因素和动机。关于移民的理论研究非常广泛,在理论研究中可以反映一些经验与事实,因为理论涉及到社会生活的方方面面,但该研究重点考察经济因素和社会因素对移民的影响。第三章,阐述了中国国际移民的概况和现状。国际移民与国内移民存在区别,本章介绍了两者对上海等城市发展产生的影响,由于中国经济社会的迅速发展,上海在2020年可能会迎来国际移民的高峰,因此就可以进一步揭示出国际移民与中国上海的主要关系,以及外国人为什么选择上海作为移民地是其最向往的选择。本章最后通过引用领事馆及墨西哥驻中国大使馆提供的官方数据,介绍了中国的墨西哥移民案例,从而进一步说明本章论点。第四章,主要是对实证研究结果的分析和陈述。本章通过在上海生活和工作的墨西哥公民的访谈和问卷调查结果的分析,揭示他们目前的生活工作状况以及选择中国尤其是上海作为移民地的的主要原因,同时分析了他们对待移民地环境的态度。为了详细分析访谈和问卷的结果,本章分为两部分:第一部分整合了墨西哥移民面临的主要挑战,并阐述了应对这些困难的策略及他们对上海的适应情况。第二部分,笔者通过整理分析所有信息,对移民情况提出了自己的一些意见和建议。通过使用两种统计工具得出的研究结果仅仅是描述性的,但由于缺乏具有特殊意义的中国拉美裔人口的重要信息,帮助他们表达对中国的看法,在第4章中阐述了这部分国际移民者面临的主要挑战,以及他们为适应甚至融入不同文化,语言,社会等国家而采用的相关策略。从整个研究工作来看,文章深刻剖析了墨西哥移民在中国上海生活的总体概况与感受,以及他们在中国停留的动机和态度,这都表明国际移民将快速融入正在变化的中国社会。通过本文的研究不仅可以帮助我们全面了解墨西哥在中国上海的移民数据情况,还可以提供一条新的路径,为中国与墨西哥双方发展带来新战略和新举措,从而寻求更好的合作改变当地和国际经济的情况。

Assessing the implications of submetering with energy analytics to building energy savings

This paper analyzes the effect of the depth of submetering(i.e.,from whole-building level to system level to equipment level and further to sensor level)on the energy savings that can be achieved in energy analytics or energy information system(EIS)*** EIS is defined as a combination of software and hardware systems that gather energy-related data,feed it into an analytics engine,and present building operators with analyses that allow them to reduce energy *** regarding the energy savings,the depth of sub-metering in the EIS implementation,and the cost of submetering was gathered for 21 case(building portfolio)studies and analyzed to determine if there is a relationship between the depth of submetering and the energy savings *** was found that in general,deeper submetering does in fact appear to enable deeper energy *** one exception to this is sensor-level data:the addition of detailed sensor level metering to other higher levels of metering data does not seem to enable deeper energy savings in EIS *** findings in energy savings,cost and cost-effectiveness were presented for different levels of metering that may provide insightful rule-of-thumb estimations for similar implementations.

A major issue in the development of Lead halide perovskites is the assessment of the crystal structure of the samples,due to their typically limited time-stability,and the understanding of the role of external factors that can induce a crystal phase transformation(such as humidity,intense light flux,temperature,etc.).In this perspective,it is of utmost importance to have at disposal a fast and reliable experimental tool able to give an immediate indication of the polymorph of the sample with the possibility to integrate in-situ measurements for constant *** this paper we propose Raman spectroscopy as the ideal technique to solve this *** vibrational analysis of CsPbI3 in the a-phase and 5-phase and of the Cs4PbI6 secondary phase is reported and all the vibrational modes are assigned by comparing experimental spectra of the phases to Raman modes calculated within the DFT ***,the mechanism of laser induced phase degradation was studied using in-situ Raman measurements providing new insights on the secondary phase generated during the process.

This article shows genomic alignment methods using the classic“Needleman”and“Smith-Waterman”algorithms,the latter they were optimized by the ABC(artificial bee colony)*** the genomic alignment,a goal state is not presented,the experiments that are carried out show alternative alignments by ABC were *** types of alignments could exist within the classical algorithm,based on a horizontal,vertical,diagonal and inverse search mechanism on a match value *** ABC-Smith Waterman algorithm was generated from the genomic sequences written in rows and columns for the search for similarities that will provide values that ABC uses to process and provide more results of alignments that can be used by scientists for their experiments and research.

Traumatic brain injuries are an important cause of morbidity and mortality around the world. These types of lesions are often associated with increased intracranial pressure and cerebral edema, proper management of this can reduce tissue damage of the brain and improve brain perfusion. The use of acetazolamide is not indicated in guidelines for the management of intracranial hypertension, which is used to a great extent for the management of idiopathic intracranial hypertension. However, it is not yet known in the management of traumatic intracranial hypertension.

Many studies have been dedicated to the development of scaffolds for improving post-traumatic nerve regeneration. The goal of this study was to assess the effect on nerve regeneration, associating a hybrid chitosan membrane with non-differentiated human mesenchymal stem cells isolated from Wharton＇s jelly of umbilical cord, in peripheral nerve reconstruction after crush injury. Chromosome analysis on human mesenchymal stem cell line from Wharton＇s jelly was carried out and no structural alterations were found in metaphase. Chitosan membranes were previously tested in vitro, to assess their ability in supporting human mesenchymal stem cell survival, expansion, and differentiation. For the in vivo testing, Sasco Sprague adult rats were divided in 4 groups of 6 or 7 animals each： Group 1, sciatic axonotmesis injury without any other intervention （Group 1-Crush）; Group 2, the axonotmesis lesion of 3 mm was infiltrated with a suspension of 1 250 -1 500 human mesenchymal stem cells （total volume of 50 pL）（Group 2-CrushCell）; Group 3, axonotmesis lesion of 3 mm was enwrapped with a chitosan type Ill membrane covered with a monolayer of non-differentiated human mesenchymal stem cells （Group 3-CrushChitlllCell） and Group 4, axonotmesis lesion of 3 mm was enwrapped with a chitosan type III membrane （Group 4-CrushChiUll）. Motor and sensory functional recovery was evaluated throughout a healing period of 12 weeks using sciatic functional index, static sciatic index, extensor postural thrust, and withdrawal reflex latency. Stereological analysis was carded out on regenerated nerve fibers. Results showed that infiltration of human mesenchymal stem cells, or the combination of chitosan membrane enwrapment and human mesenchymal stem cell enrichment after nerve crush injury provide a slight advantage to post-traumatic nerve regeneration.
