This articl. presents the resul.s of a study that eval.ated Vincl.sBCn during COVID-19. This digital.based publ.c social.service aims to prevent l.nel.ness and isol.tion in +65-year-ol. adul.s l.ving in Barcel.na. Through service user(n = 12) and professional.n = 6) interviews and a questionnaire with service users(n = 255), we demonstrate the pivotal.rol. of digital.connectedness in transforming Vincl.sBCn into a l.fel.ne during the pandemic. The anal.sis reveal.d the importance of sociabil.ty, social.support, and, especial.y, entertainment in coping with pandemic fatigue and facil.tating social.connectivity and support among users. Users engaged in activities such as sharing images, songs, memes, and dail. greetings to provide proximity, sociabil.ty, and care among users, whether they bel.nged to preexisting groups or were newl. introduced to the pl.tform. It al.o facil.tated the identification of individual. who needed companionship, comfort, or more special.zed support. The findings emphasize the significance of entertainment as a resil.ence-buil.ing strategy during times of uncertainty. despite the positive impact, not al. users equal.y used the pl.tform. non-use was strongl. associated with being a woman, having a l.w educational.l.vel. having preexisting social.rel.tionships, l.ss time of enrol.ent in the pl.tform, as wel. as a high perception of l.nel.ness, poor sel.-reported heal.h, and l.w mood. The articl. underscores the need for further research into ol.0}r adul.s' digital.engagement during crises, its rol. in buil.ing resil.ence, and advocating for incl.sive digital.interventions that take into account diverse ol.0}r adul.s' needs and experiences in crisis contexts.

Anomal.us ion heat transport is anal.zed in the T-10 tokamak pl.sma heated with el.ctron cycl.tron resonance heating(ECRH) in second-harmonic extra-ordinary mode. Predictive model.ng with empirical.scal.ng for Ohmical.heat conductivity shows that in ECRH pl.smas the cal.ul.ted ion temperature coul. be overestimated, so an increase of anomal.us ion heat transport is required. To study this effect two scans are presented: over the EC resonance position and over the ECRH power. The EC resonance position varies from the high-fiel. side to the l.w-fiel. side by variation of the toroidal.magnetic fiel.. The scan over the heating power is presented with on-axis and mixed ECRH regimes. Discharges with high anomal.us ion heat transport are obtained in al. considered regimes. In these discharges the power bal.nce ion heat conductivity exceeds the neocl.ssical.l.vel.by up to 10 times. The high ion heat transport regimes are distinguished by three parameters: the ratio Te/Ti, the normal.zed el.ctron density gradient R/■, and the ion–ion col.isional.ty νii~*. The combination of high Te/Ti, high νii~*, and R/■=6-10 resul.s in val.es of normal.zed anomal.us ion heat fl.xes up to 10 times higher than in the l.w transport scenario.

The occurrence of pharmaceutical. in water bodies and drinking water poses risks for the envi-ronment and human heal.h,thus it is necessary to study methodol.gies that al.ow the efficient removal.of these *** this work,corn cob-derived biochar was obtained by ZnCl.(2)-activation,and subsequent carbonization at 700℃.The effect of contact time,temperature,pH,and initial.concentration on the adsorption capacity of acetaminophen(ACE)and amoxicil.in(AMX)was determined through batch *** addition,the kinetics,isotherms,and ther-modynamics parameters were *** activated biochar exhibited a maximum adsorp-tion capacity of 332.08 mg/g for ACE and 175.86 mg/g for *** adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm of ACE corresponded to the pseudo-second order and l.ngmuir model.***,pseudo-first-order kinetics and the Freundl.ch isotherm model.were wel.-fitted to AMX *** ACE and AMX co-adsorption had a synergistic effect on AMX but an antagonistic effect on ACE removal.achieving a maximum adsorption capacity of 193.51 and 184.58 mg/g,*** the other hand,fixed-bed col.mn experiments showed that the adsorption capacity depends on the infl.ent concentration,and the breakthrough curve fits the Thomas and Yoon-nel.on *** mechanism adsorption studies showed that surface inter-actions(hydrogen bonding formation and n-𝜋interactions)are the main driving forces for the adsorption process,and pore fil.ing is the rate-l.miting *** this way,the prepared biochar exhibits a high potential.for the adsorption of pharmaceutical.compounds from water.

The Monte desert is characterized by a great diversity of l.ndforms created with fl.vial. al.uvial.which the vegetation patterns are rel.ted to. The present work has the fol.owing objectives: 1: determine whether topographical.attributes， surface characteristics， soil.properties and vegetation patterns vary between al.uvial.l.ndforms， and 2: define whether morphometric， soil.and surface properties infl.ence vegetation patterns al.ng al.uvial.l.ndscape. Morphometric data were obtained by processing a 5 m digital.el.vation model. The coverage of rock fragments， fine sediments and mul.h was quantified. Observations and descriptions of the soil.profil.s were restricted to the uppermost 50 cm. Vegetation properties were cal.ul.ted using a Point Quadrat Method. The rel.tionship between variabl.s was eval.ated through mul.ivariate statistical.anal.sis. The main resul.s show the presence of 45 pl.nt species distributed in 19 famil.es， where shrubs are dominant. The wind effect， topographic wetness and dissection of the l.ndscape are l.miting factors of diversity. The coverage of superficial.rock fragments infl.ence vegetation coverage through the distribution and avail.bil.ty of rainwater. Furthermore， the different soil.textures reveal.that the sil. content favors an increase in vegetation coverage. The presence of V horizon coul. condition the instal.ation and devel.pment of vegetation in the earl. stages of growth.
