Mixed metal oxide(MMO) represents a critical class of materials that can allow for obtaining a dynamic interface between its components:reduced metal and its metal oxide counterpart during an electrocatalytic ***,a synthetic method utilizing a MOF-derived micro/mesoporous carbon as a template to prepare sub-2 nm MMO catalysts for CO_(2) electro reduction is *** from the zeolite imidazolate framework(ZIF-8),the pyrolyzed derivatives were used to synthesize sub-2 nm Pd-Ni MMO with different *** Ni-rich(Pd_(20)-Ni_(80)/ZC) catalyst exhibits unexpectedly superior performance for CO production with an improved Faradaic efficiency(FE) of 95.3% at the current density of 200 mA cm^(-2) at-0.56 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE) compared to other Pd-Ni compositions.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis confirms the presence of Ni^(2+) and Pd^(2+) in all compositions,demonstrating the presence of *** functional theory(DFT) calculation reveals that the lower CO binding energy on the surface of the Pd_(20)-Ni_(80) cluster eases CO desorption,thus increasing its *** work provides a general synthetic strategy for MMO electrocatalysts and can pave a new way for screening multimetallic catalysts with a dynamic electrochemical interface.

When a patient falls within a hospital setting,there is a significant increase in the risk of severe injury or health *** factors associated with such falls is crucial to mitigate their impact on patient *** review seeks to analyze the factors contributing to patient falls in *** main goal is to enhance our understanding of the reasons behind these falls,enabling hospitals to devise more effective prevention *** study reviewed literature published from 2013 to 2022,using the Arksey and O’Malley methodology for a scoping *** research literature was searched from seven databases,namely,PubMed,ScienceDirect,Wiley Library,Garuda,Global Index Medicus,Emerald Insight,and Google *** inclusion criteria comprised both qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary data studies centered on hospitalized *** of the 893 studies analyzed,23 met the criteria and were included in this *** there is not an abundance of relevant literature,this review identified several factors associated with falls in *** encompass environmental,patient,staff,and medical *** study offers valuable insights for hospitals and medical personnel aiming to enhance fall prevention *** prevention efforts should prioritize early identification of patient risk factors,enhancement of the care environment,thorough training for care staff,and vigilant supervision of high-risk *** comprehending the factors that contribute to patient falls,hospitals can bolster patient safety and mitigate the adverse effects of falls within the health-care setting.

Lipid homeostasis is crucial for growth and development of *** cytochrome P450 monooxygenases(CYPs)are involved in lipid *** function of Cyp3llal in the anterior midgut as a regulator of phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)metabolism in Drosophila melanogaster has been demonstrated,as depletion of Cyp31lal caused larval growth arrest that was partially rescued by supplying *** this study,we investigated the role of CYP311A1 in wing morphogenesis in *** the GAL4-UAS system,Cyp31lal was selectively knocked down in the wing disc.A deformed wing phenotype was observed in flies with reduced Cyp31lal *** and oil red O staining revealed a reduction of neutral lipids in the wing disc after the depletion of *** addition,we observed an enhanced sensitivity to Eosin Y penetration in the wings of Cyp31lal knocked-down ***,the reduction of CYP311A1 function in developing wings does not affect cell proliferation and apoptosis,but entails disordered Phalloidin or Cadherin distribution,suggesting an abnormal cell morphology and cell cortex structure in wing epithelial *** together,our results suggest that Cyp3llal is needed for wing morphogenesis by participating in lipid assembly and cell homeostasis.

Jeneberang watershed is vital,particularly for people living in Gowa Regency(South Sulawesi Province,Indonesia),who benefit from its many *** and floods occur every year in the Jeneberang watershed,so it is imperative to understand the socio-economic vulnerability of this *** research aims to identify the vulnerability level of the Jeneberang watershed so that the government can prioritize areas with high vulnerability level and formulate effective strategies to reduce these the ***,this study was conducted in 12 districts located in the Jeneberang *** primary data were collected from questionnaires completed by community members,community leaders,and various stakeholders,and the secondary data were from the Landsat satellite imagery in 2020,the Badan Push Statistic of Gowa Regency,and some governmental *** socio-economic vulnerability variables were determined using the Multiple Criteria Decision Analysis(MCDA)method,and each variable was weighted and analyzed using the Geographical Information System(GIS).The study reveals that the levels of socio-economic vulnerability are affected by variables such as population density,vulnerable groups(disabled people,elderly people,and young people),road network and settlement,percentage of poor people,and productive land area in the Jeneberang ***,all of the 12 districts in the Jeneberang watershed are included in the medium vulnerability level,with the mean percentage of socio-economic vulnerability around 50.92%.The socio-economic vulnerability of Bajeng,Pallangga,and Somba Opu districts is categorized at high level,the socio-economic vulnerability of Bungaya,Parangloe,and Tombolo Pao districts is classified as medium level,and the remaining 6 districts(Barombong,Bontolempangan,Bontomarannu,Manuju,Parigi,and Tinggimoncong)are ranked as low socio-economic *** study can help policy-makers to formulate strategy that contributes t

Numerous studies have characterized the critical role of circular RNAs(circRNAs)as regulatory factors in the progression of multiple ***,the biological functions of circRNAs and their underlying molecular mechanisms in the progression of uveal melanoma(UM)remain *** this study,we identified a novel circRNA,circ_0053943,through re-analysis of UM microarray data and quantitative ***_0053943 was found to be upregulated in UM and to promote the proliferation and metastatic ability of UM cells in both in vitro and in vivo ***,circ_0053943 was observed to bind to the KH1 and KH2 domains of insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 3(IGF2BP3),thereby enhancing the function of IGF2BP3 by stabilizing its target *** sequencing assays identified epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)as a target gene of circ_0053943 and IGF2BP3 at the transcriptional *** assays demonstrated that circ_0053943 exerts its biological function by stabilizing EGFR mRNA and regulating the downstream mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase(MAPK/ERK)signaling ***,circ_0053943 may promote UM progression by stabilizing EGFR mRNA and activating the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway through the formation of a circ_0053943/IGF2BP3/EGFR RNA-protein ternary complex,thus providing a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for UM.

In artificial photosynthesis systems,synthetic diiron complexes are popular[FeFe]-hydrogenase mimics,which are attractive for the fabrication of photocatalyst-protein hybrid structures to amplify hydrogen(H2)generation ***,constructing a highly bionic and efficient catalytic hybrid system is a major ***,we designed an ideal hybrid nanofibrils system that incorporates the crucial components:(1)a[FeFe]-H2ase mimic,which has a three-arm architecture(named triFeFe)for more interaction sites and higher catalytic activity and(2)uniform hybrid nanofibrils as the biological environment in which cysteine-catalyst coordination and the hydrogen-bonding network play a vital role in both catalyst binding and hydrogen evolution reaction *** assembled hybrid nanofibrils achieve efficient H2 generation with a turnover number of 2.3×103,outperforming previously reported diiron catalyst-protein hybrid ***,the hybrid nanofibrils work with photosynthetic thylakoids to produce H2,without extra photosensitizers or electron shuttle proteins,which advances the bioengineering of living systems for solar-driven biofuel production.

三维点云分类分割网络忽视了融合特征中的冗余信息,缺乏放大有效特征占比能力,不能充分挖掘特征的表达性。在CurveNet网络基础上,提出了一种能够筛选和丰富融合特征的方法,对点云的识别与分割效果达到了较先进水平。首先,提出了对融合特征具有筛选能力的特征选择子网络,利用结合了打分机制的Top K算子选出包含有效信息的融合特征,并且能够自适应地赋予被选特征权重。其次,在聚合曲线特征模块中增加了两个新分支,分别学习曲线内部点距离特征和曲线之间的线距离特征,通过快速通道相关性注意力机制提取各分支的内部相关性,增强了网络特征的信息描述能力。实验结果表明,分类任务在ModelNet40数据集上准确率达到了93.8%,分割任务在ShapeNet Part数据集上平均交并比达到了86.4%。与基准网络相比,分类效果与分割效果均有所提高,证明了算法的有效性。

目的探讨Rho/ROCK信号通路在束缚应激诱导大鼠杏仁核血脑屏障损伤过程中的作用及机制。方法选取60只SPF级雄性SD大鼠建立束缚应激模型,将大鼠分为4组:Control组(n=15,每日禁食水6 h);Stress组(n=15,每日束缚6 h);Stress+Fasudil组(n=15,每日束缚6 h,束缚前0.5 h给予腹腔注射1 mg/100 g Fasudil溶液);Fasudil组(n=15,每日给予腹腔注射1 mg/100 g Fasudil溶液)。用高架十字迷宫实验(EPM)检测各组大鼠行为学变化,ELISA检测血清CORT和S100B水平,检测脑组织伊文思蓝(EB)的渗漏情况以评估渗透性的改变,免疫荧光法和Western blotting方法检测紧密连接蛋白Claudin-5、Occludin、ZO-1的表达变化,Pull-down实验和Western blotting检测Rho/ROCK通路的激活情况,透射电镜观察脑微血管内皮细胞超微结构的形态变化。结果与Control组相比,Stress组和Stress+Fasudil组大鼠表现出了明显的焦虑样行为;Stress组和Stress+Fasudil组血清CORT含量均显著高于Control组(P<0.001);与Control组和Stress+Fasudil组相比,Stress组EB渗漏含量和S100B含量均显著升高(P<0.05);Stress组紧密连接蛋白的表达显著低于Control组和Stress+Fasudil组(P<0.05);Pull-down实验和Western blot分析证实,Stress组RhoA-GTP(P<0.001)、ROCK2(P<0.001)、p-MLC2(P<0.05)的表达显著高于Control组和Stress+Fasudil组;脑微血管内皮细胞超微结构显示,Stress组呈现显著的形态学改变。结论束缚应激能够通过激活Rho/ROCK信号通路诱导大鼠杏仁核血脑屏障的损伤。

本文运用四期CHARLS数据,使用成长曲线模型探究隔代抚育对中国农村老年人自评健康轨迹的影响。研究发现,实施隔代抚育会显著加快老年人自评健康水平随年龄的下降速度。不仅如此,这一影响还存在性别差异。隔代抚育对女性的自评健康没有显著影响,但会显著降低男性在老年期的自评健康水平,并且随着年龄的上升,对于健康的负面效应会越来越大。进一步考察抚育强度的影响,我们发现高强度抚育才会显著影响男性老年人的健康,它不仅会降低男性老年人的总体自评健康水平,还会令他们的自评健康下降速度更快。总体而言,农村家庭中的隔代抚育回应了文化规范和家庭发展的需要,体现了中国家庭代际关系中传统与现代的交错与杂糅。
