Elastomers with high strength and toughness, excellent self-healing properties, and biocompatibility have broad application prospects in wearable electronics and other fields, but preparing it remains a challenge. In this work, we propose a highly adaptable strategy by introducing the small molecule crosslinking agent of triethanolamine (TEA) to the poly(thioctic acid)(PTA) chains and preparing the PAx ey elastomers using a simple synthesis step. This strategy stabilizes the PTA chains by constructing multiple non-covalent cross-linked dynamic networks, endowing materials with excellent strength and toughness (tensile strength of 288 kPa, toughness of 278.2 kJ/m3), admirable self-healing properties (self-healing efficiency of 121.6%within 7 h at 70°C), and good biocompatibility. The PAx ey elastomers can also be combined with MWNTs to become flexible strain sensors, which can be used to monitor human joint movements with high sensitivity, repeatable responses, and stability.

Fission fragments yields and average total kinetic energy are fundamental nuclear data for nuclear energy applications and the study of nuclear *** fission products,such as ^(95)Zr,^(99)Mo,^(140)Ba,^(144)Ce,and ^(147)Nd,serve as burnup monitors,assessing the number of fissions induced by neutrons on ^(235)***,current experimental data for these fission products worldwide are inconsistent,introducing significant uncertainty into related scientific *** this study,we employed the Potential-driving Model to calculate the independent yields of ^(235)U and evaluate its advantages in such ***,we investigated the energy dependence of independent yields to select important ***,we calculated the cumulative yields of ^(95)Zr,^(99)Mo,^(140)Ba,^(144)Ce,and ^(147)Nd,and compared them with existing literature data to explore the energy dependence of fission products for ^(235)*** the lack of fission product yield data above 14.8 MeV,we extended our calculated incident neutron energy to 20 MeV,aiming to support future scientific *** Geant4 physical model does not consider the influence of incident neutron energy on the average total kinetic energy of fission fragments;thus,we introduced the excitation function of the total kinetic energy of fission fragments recommended by Madland et al.,which effectively describes the experimental data of the average total kinetic energy of fragments formed in ^(235)U *** this paper,we comprehensively discuss the energy dependence of fission product yields and average total kinetic energy.

模型未知的冗余机器人执行任务的过程中会产生较大的控制误差,其末端执行器的位置与姿态也需要针对不同任务进行修正.为解决该问题,提出一种基于数据驱动的冗余机器人末端执行器位置与姿态控制方案.该方案使用在线学习技术,能够应用于模型未知的冗余机器人控制.同时引入四元数表示法将控制机器人末端执行器姿态问题转化为基于四元数表示的控制方法.随后,设计一种神经动力学求解器对所提方案进行求解.相关的理论分析、仿真及对比体现了所提方案的可行性、有效性与新颖性.

In the lead halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the redox reaction of I-and Pb^(2+) ions in perovskite materials under the fabrication and operation processes causes the formation of defects to destroy the cell efficiency and long-term ***,we have employed a Co(Ⅱ)sulfophenyl porphyrin(CoTPPS)to modify the perovskite *** sulfonic group could coordinate with Pb2+to efficiently passivate the uncoordinated Pb^(2+).Additionally,Co^(2+) ions in CoTPPS could react with I^(2) generated under the thermal and light stress to yield the Co^(3+) and I^(-),thus achieving the regeneration of I^(-) in perovskite ***,the CoTPPS could realize the targeted management of the imperfections in perovskite *** a result,the modified PSCs reveal the remarkably enhanced cell *** importantly,the CoTPPS modified device retains 75%of its initial efficiency value storing at 85℃for 2000 h and about 70%of its efficiency when being continuously illuminated at a simulated sunlight for 1200 *** strategy tackles the chemical reaction and inhibits the defect generation,thus improving the operational stability and efficiency of PSCs.

The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is one of the major sandy desertification regions of China. Based on the recent investigation on sandy desertification, this paper analyses the status such as the type, area, distribution and damage of sandy land desertification in the plateau. Through the analysis on the factors affecting sandy desertification in the region’s natural and socio-economic systems as well as the processes and their interrelations, it can be concluded that sandy desertification in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau resulted from the combined actions of normal natural sand drift processes, natural sandy desertification processes caused by climatic changes and man-made sandy desertification caused by improper human activities. In addition, it also predicts the possible developmental trend including the increase in desertification area and the enhancement in desertification developmental degree with the exacerbation of the complex processes, and finally puts forward some strategic suggestions to combat sandy desertification in the coming years.

目的:观察丰富环境刺激对缺氧缺血性脑损伤大鼠脑超微结构及神经丝蛋白(NF)的影响。方法:实验于2005-03/2006-06在新桥医院中心实验室完成。取7日龄健康SD大鼠52只随机分为3组:①丰富环境干预组:20只,采用Rice法建立缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型,予早期抚触(15min/次,2次/d)和丰富环境(2h/次,1次/d)刺激共28d。②缺氧缺血非干预组:20只,同前造模,造模后不干预。③正常对照组:12只,不造模,不干预。饲养至1月龄时各组随机选10只进行Morris水迷宫测试学习记忆功能;行为学测定后处死大鼠取脑,免疫组织化学方法观察海马神经丝蛋白的染色情况,借助自动图像分析系统对其进行定量分析;利用透射电镜观察海马神经元超微结构、神经丝蛋白及突触情况。结果:52只进入结果分析。①隐匿平台逃避潜伏期(学习能力):缺氧缺血非干预组较正常对照组明显延长[(39.98±7.86),(26.12±4.03)s,P<0.001],丰富环境干预组较缺氧缺血非干预组缩短[(29.06±5.11)s,P<0.01],与正常对照组无差异。②跨越平台次数(记忆能力):缺氧缺血非干预组明显少于正常对照组[(2.13±1.33),(4.91±2.01)次,P<0.001],丰富环境干预组多于缺氧缺血非干预组[(4.45±1.59)次,P<0.01],与正常对照组无差异。③缺氧缺血非干预组左侧与右侧脑组织NF-H积分吸光度值之比值明显小于正常对照组和丰富环境干预组(0.398±0.110,0.975±0.011,0.821±0.138,P<0.01),后2组比较无差异。④超微结构显示缺氧缺血非干预组海马神经细胞固缩改变,线粒体肿胀,神经丝数量减少,排列稀疏,突触数量减少;丰富环境干预组海马神经元和突触无明显异常。结论:早期抚触及丰富环境刺激可以促进缺血缺氧的脑损伤恢复,脑组织神经网络重建及脑的可塑性增加是其可能的机制之一。

Lobane-type diterpenoids are not frequently discovered from marine soft corals. In this paper, three new lobane type diterpenes, 13-methoxyloba-8,10,15(16),17(18)-tetraene(1), 8,10,13(15)Z,16 E-lobatetraene(2) and 19-hydroxy-lobatetraene(3), and a new natural compound, 17,18-epoxyloba-16-acetoxy-8,10,13(15)-trien(4), co-occurring with a known related diterpenoid, 18-methoxyloba-8,10,13(15),16(17)-tetraene(5), were isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Sinularia polydactyla. The structures of new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with those reported in the literature. In bioassay, all the isolates were inactive on antibacterial, PTP1 B inhibitory, and immunological activities. This study increased the chemical diversity of marine diterpenoids.

研究于2022年7月(丰水期)和2023年1月(枯水期)使用SIMARD ey60回声探测仪对长江中游宜昌-城陵矶江段的鱼类资源进行了调查,并结合网捕调查结果,评估了长江十年禁渔初期该江段鱼类资源的时空分布特征。结果显示,禁渔初期宜昌-城陵矶江段丰水期和枯水期的鱼类密度分别为128.69和38.43 ind./1000 m^(3),目标强度(TS)均值分别为–57.54和–60.18 dB,转换后鱼类体长均值为5.22和3.85 cm。丰水期和枯水期鱼类密度和TS值均存在显著性差异。在水平方向上,鱼类分布不均匀,蜿蜒曲折处鱼类密度高于平直江段。两次调查鱼类密度最大江段分别为公安-石首和枝江-荆州江段;在垂直方向上,不同水层间鱼类平均密度表现为底层>中层>表层,两时期各水层之间鱼类密度均存在极显著性差异。结合网捕数据及历年历史调查数据,宜昌至城陵矶江段鱼类资源以鲤科、鲿科鱼类为主。禁渔初期鱼类资源有所恢复,但仍以小个体鱼类为主。长江中游鱼类资源的时空分布与生活习性、水域生态环境等因素相关。相关成果将为后续进一步开展禁渔效果评估提供数据支撑。
