Sun radiation is known as one of the cleanest energy available and free maintenance on the earth to support the extensive demand for electrical power requirement for large and small scale. This energy is known as most promising renewable energy available during the whole year. This fact has shown a very strong interest among the researchers, industries and consumers to develop technology and system that can harvest solar energy to electrical energy. A lot of researches have been done to explore the capability of sun as natural energy source which is capable to provide huge alternative support to the increasing demand of electrical power in society. All the research findings have been adaptively combined to design, develop and structure as a reliable finished product for end users implementation. The fast improving research in photovoltaic application has proven that photovoltaic renewable energy is considered as one of the most promising source to support the increasing demand in electrical utilization. Advantages implementing the photovoltaic technology will benefit during the fuel price increment and be insufficient of the non-renewable energy to support the increasing demand from the society. Looking into this factor, many industries have developed the electrical photovoltaic system in large, medium and small scale for implementation. Electricity is becoming an essential requirement because of the increasing demand for electrical power from the society. Due to the increasing demand for electrical power, many researches are conducted to support the conventional way of generating electricity. This research has explored many other available abundant renewable energy resources such as solar, wind and thermal which are largely available to support the increasing demand. 为测定枯草芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡生产性能和肠道健康的影响,80羽64~75周健康罗曼白蛋鸡被随机分为两组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组使用基础日粮,试验组在每吨基础日粮中添加200 g克洛生TM11粉剂。结果表明,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组平均产蛋率为74.4%,比对照70%高4.4个百分点（P〈0.05）,平均蛋重为64.8 g,比对照组61 g高3.8 g（P〈0.05）。对照组生产了8.4%的不可上市蛋,枯草芽孢杆菌组只有3.5%不可上市鸡蛋。日粮中添加克洛生后能提高饲料转化率、产蛋性能,改善蛋壳质量,减少不可上市鸡蛋。不仅如此,日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌组还能减少肠道梭菌和空肠弯曲杆菌的数量,增加乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌的数量,通过肠道微生态的改善从而达到改善肠道健康,提高蛋壳质量,提高蛋鸡后期产蛋率（P〈0.05）。

On Solutions of Generalized Bacterial Chemotaxis Model in a Semi-Solid Medium

In this paper, the Adomian’s decomposition method has been developed to yield approximate solution of bacterial chemotaxis model of fractional order in a semi-solid medium. The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. The method introduces a promising tool for solving many linear and nonlinear fractional differential equations.

In this paper, we present a novel technique to obtain approximate analytical solution of fractional physical models. The new technique is a combination of a domain decomposition method and natural transform method called a domain decomposition natural transform method (ADNTM). The fractional derivatives are considered in Caputo sense. To illustrate the power and reliability of the method some applications are provided.

Cade Oil Poisoning: A Case Series

Objectives and Study: Cade oil is aromatic oil obtained from the branches and wood of Juniperus oxycedrus, common in the Mediterranean region and widely used in traditional medicine. This oil contains many chemical compounds with neurological, cardiac, renal, respiratory, hepatic, and gastrointestinal toxicity. Cade oil poisoning often requires intensive care admission due to the severity of the clinical picture. The objective of this study is to highlight the multiple manifestations found in the pediatric population due to cade oil exposure objectifying its significant toxicity. Methods: The authors report during this article a series of five cases of cade oil poisoning on pediatric patients hospitalized in the pediatric intensive care unit of El HARROUCHI hospital at the CHU Ibn Rochd in Casablanca during the period from 11/01/2022 to 12/07/2022. The patients have been exposed, a few hours before their admission, to an external cade oil application used by parents for therapeutic purposes. Main Findings: Our patients were aged from 1 month to 4 years, the average age was 1.5 years with a female predominance and a sex ratio of 1.5:1. The patients had no prior medical history, and the cade oil application was spontaneously declared by the parents of only 2 patients, 3 of them reported the use of it after the detection of the substance by the clinician. For all the cases, cade oil was applied to treat fever. All five (5) patients presented initial neurological signs. 3 of them were admitted to an acute consciousness disorder and the 2 other patients presented respectively a convulsive status epilepticus and generalized-onset seizure. We report respiratory symptoms in 4 cases ranging from a simple caught, rhinorrhea to severe respiratory distress. Three patients presented acute liver failure with very high transaminase levels associated with acute kidney failure. Two of them presented digestive symptoms such as abundant hematemesis, vomiting, and watery diarrhea. All

Purulent Hydroaeric Pleural Effusion Due to Infection with <i>Gemella morbillorum</i>: A Case Report

Gemella morbillorum (G. morbillorum) is an opportunistic bacterium, which can sometimes cause severe infections especially in immunocompromised subjects. Respiratory infections due to this germ are rare, but are described. We reported a new observation of 34-year-old female patient, admitted for unusual location and clinical presentation of respiratory infection with G. morbillorum;she was presented a left pleuritic pain, a productive cough associated with purulent and foul sputum and dyspnea with onset one month earlier. The clinical examination was objectified a polypnea at 32 cycles/minutes, intercostal indrawing and mixed pleural effusion syndrome. She had also many dental caries and bad oral health status. Chest radiography showed an air-fluid image in the left chest and the thoracocentesis had revealed purulent fluid. The culture of this fluid had isolated a G. morbillorum. The diagnosis of mixed pleural effusion due to G. morbillorum in an immunosuppressed diabetic patient was made. The patient was put on antibiotics, thoracic drainage and Chest physiotherapy with good improvement.

Incidence of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococci in Fresh Seafood

The occurrence of methicillin-resistant staphylococci was investigated in fresh seafood, seafood products and related samples. Staphylococci were isolated from 13 (68.42%) fresh seafood samples, while 3 (15.78%) samples harbored coagulase-positive S. aureus. Resistance to methicillin was observed in 16 isolates of Staphylococcus spp., 15 of which were coagulase-negative S. aureus (MR-CoNS) and one was a coagulase-positive S. aureus (MRSA). The mecA gene is detected by PCR in 10 MR-CoNS and one MRSA strain. The lmrS gene, which codes for a multidrug efflux pump LmrS, is detected only in coagulase-positive isolates.

Background: Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation (CCAM) is a congenital anomaly of lung development, accounting for approximately 25% of congenital lung lesions. Respiratory distress often occurs during the neonatal period, and in 80% to 85% of cases, the diagnosis is made before the age of 2 years following respiratory infections. Case Report: We report a case of MAKC diagnosed in the neonatal period. The diagnosis was based on clinical, radiological and histological elements. Our patient underwent surgical resection. Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of MAKC without any sign of malignancy. The postoperative evolution was good. Conclusion: Clinicians and pathologists should recognize the early discovery of MAKC in neonatal age. The clinical diagnosis strongly guided by the radiological approach is confirmed by the pathological anatomy insofar as the therapeutic sanction is surgical in the majority of the cases.

Elevating public awareness of waste management at the household level is a cost effective and a win-win social, economic and environmental approach on the table of policymaking. Modern and effective waste management bring about broader economic efficiency and social equity, mitigate consumerism, thus, promoting the conservation of natural resources. In this article, a survey study was conducted among the citizens of Wrocław city, Poland. The city is dynamic, touristic, and industrial. Through random sampling, 160 respondents filled in the questionnaire. The results revealed that the participants appeared aware of the benefits of waste management (WM);however the current WM systems and infrastructures are not very satisfying. The participants identified several shortcomings in the current WM systems such as the lack of sufficient colored bins for glass recycling, overfilled bins and heavy lids, and irregular waste collection system. The study proposes a public-oriented outreach campaign targeting waste separation and less-waste behaviors as economically and environmentally beneficial, accompanied by continuous development of WM regulations and infrastructures and linked it to waste-to-energy systems and technologies to assist in achieving the long-term energy and emissions-reduction targets.

Background: The practice of exclusive breastfeeding (EB) in Morocco has witnessed a worrying decline in recent decades, contrary to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) which advocates it during the first six months as a significant public health tool. The present study aims to assess the impact of educational materials on mothers’ behaviour with regard to keeping up EB as long as six months, at least. Methods: This is a cohort study with a prospective collection of data over a period of one year, through a questionnaire-based survey of 500 women who delivered at the Souissi Maternity Hospital in Rabat. The subjects were divided into an intervention group sensitized, during the medical visit, by means of information delivered orally about breastfeeding and a booklet containing instructions on breastfeeding management and the benefits of EB, especially when extended for the first six months;and a control group attending the same operation with no awareness-rising through educational materials. To assess EB rates, the subjects had been followed for six months through telephone. Results: 372 women who delivered were followed, 194 from the intervention group and 178 from the control group. The remaining 128 women not followed were lost sight of. A higher percentage of mothers in the intervention group exclusively breastfed their babies up to the age of six months compared to the control group, 55.2% against 38.8% (p = 0.002). The main reason produced by most mothers who ceased to exclusively breastfeed their babies is milk insufficiency. Conclusion: The postnatal nutritional education strategy based on the distribution of educational materials has considerably raised the number of women who exclusively breastfed their babies until the age of six months.
