在实际应用中,经济和环境等因素的变化使得运输问题中的供给、需求以及单位运输成本难以确切地衡量.同时,运输时间的最小化也较为重要.本文提出了一种在运输供给、需求和单位运输成本为模糊量的情况下,最小化运输时间和成本的方法.用具有非精确参数的多目标线性规划对此类问题建模.针对不精确性,应用了模糊参数规划,并用全局规划求解此多目标问题.最后,应用实例证明算法的有效性.

Carbonic anhydrases （CAs） are zinc metalloenzymes that catalyze the interconversion of CO2 and HCO3- and are ubiquitous in nature. Higher plants contain three evolutionarily distinct CA families, αCAs, 13CAs, and γCAs, where each family is represented by multiple isoforms in all species. Alternative splicing of CA transcripts appears common; consequently, the number of functional CA isoforms in a species may exceed the number of genes. CAs are expressed in numerous plant tissues and in different cellular locations. The most prevalent CAs are those in the chloroplast, cytosol, and mitochondria. This diversity in location is paralleled in the many physiological and biochemical roles that CAs play in plants. In this review, the number and types of CAs in C3, C4, and crassulacean acid metabolism （CAm） plants are considered, and the roles of the α and yCAs are briefly discussed. The remainder of the review focuses on plant βCAs and includes the identification of homologs between species using phylogenetic approaches, a consideration of the inter- and intracellular localization of the proteins, along with the evidence for alternative splice forms. Current understanding of βCA tissue-specific expression patterns and what controls them are reviewed, and the physiological roles for which βCAs have been implicated are presented.

AIm： In the present study, the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of the methanol extract of Ruta graveolens leaves （RG-m） were evaluated using various in vivo and in vitro models. mETHOD： For anti-inflammatory activity, RG-m was administered by the oral route （p.o.） in a carrageenan-induced paw edema model, and by the intraperitoneal route （i.p.） in an exudative inflammation model. In vitro inhibition of cyelooxygenase and li- poxygenase enzymes was evaluated. In vitro antioxidant activity was also examined. Endogenous antioxidant status was fiarther evaluated by ferric reducing ability of plasma model. RESULTS： RG-m showed maximum inhibition of carrageenan-induced edema （100 mg·kg ^-1- 33.36%; 200 mg·kg ^-1 _ 45.32% and 400 mg·kg ^-1 56.28%）. In the exudative inflammation model, a significant reduction in leukocyte migration （200 mg·kg ^-1_ 54.75% and 400 mg·kg ^-1 - 77.97%） and protein exudation （200 mg·kg ^-131.14% and 400 mg·kg ^-1 - 49.91%） were observed. RG-m also exhibited inhibition of COX-1 （ICs0 182.27 μg·mL ^-1） and COX-2 （IC50 190.16 μg·mL ^-1） as well as 5-LOX （IC50 215.71μg·mL ^-1）. Antioxidant activity was significant with improved endogenous antioxidant status. CONCLUSION： The results demonstrated the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity of RG-m with potent inhibitory effects on the arachidonic acid pathways.

The Internet provides a large number of tools and resources, such as social media sites, online newsgroups, blogs, electronic forums, virtual communities, and online travel sites, for consumers to express their views or opinions regarding various issues. These opinions can help organizations like tourism to improve their products and services for their consumers. Opinion mining refers to a process of identifying emotions by applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to a pool of texts. This paper mainly focuses on mining public opinion from the hotel reviews domain. To do so, we proposed a novel technique called the Attention-Based Long Short Term memory (Attention-LSTm) Network using a transfer learning approach. We empirically analyzed several machine learning and deep learning methods and observed our proposed technique provided an adequate performance for mining public opinion in the hotel reviews domain.

AIm:To determine the prognostic significance of deficient mismatch repair(d mmR) and BRAF V600 E in Thai sporadic colorectal cancer(CRC) ***:We studied a total of 211 out of 405 specimens obtained from newly diagnosed CRC patients between October 1,2006 and December 31,2007 at Siriraj Hospital,mahidol *** paraffin-embedded blocks of CRC tissue samples w e re a n a l y ze d fo r d m m R b y d e t e c t i o n o f m m R protein expression loss by immunohistochemistry or microsatellite instability using polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-*** V600 E mutational analysis was performed in DNA extracted from the same archival tissues by two-round allele-specific PCR and analyzed by high sensitivity *** between patient characteristics,mmR and BRAF status with diseasefree survival(DFS) and overall survival(OS) were determined by Kaplan-meier survival plots and log-rank test together with Cox's proportional hazard ***:d mmR and BRAF V600 E mutations were identified in 31 of 208(14.9%) and 23 of 211(10.9%) tumors,respectively.d mmR was more commonly found in patients with primary colon tumors rather than rectal cancer(20.4% vs 7.6%,P =0.01),but there was no difference in mmR status between the right-sided and left-sided colon tumors(20.8% vs 34.6%,P = 0.24).d mmR was associated with early-stage rather than metastatic disease(17.3% vs 0%,P = 0.015).No clinicopathological features such primary site or tumor differentiation were associated with the BRAF *** of 31(19.3%) samples with d mmR carried the BRAFmutation,while 17 of 177(9.6%) with proficient mmR(p mmR) harbored the mutation(P = 0.11).Notably,patients with d mmR tumors had significantly superior DFS(HR = 0.30,95%CI:0.15-0.77; P = 0.01) and OS(HR = 0.29,95%CI:0.10-0.84; P = 0.02) compared with patients with p mmR *** contrast,the BRAF V600 E mutation had no prognostic impact on DFS and ***:The prevalence of d mmR and BRAF V600 E in Th
