Credit card companies must be able to identify fraudulent credit card transactions so that clients are not charged for items they did not purchase. Previously, many machine learning approaches and classifiers were used to detect fraudulent transactions. However, because fraud patterns are always changing, it is becoming increasingly vital to investigate new frauds and develop the model based on the new patterns. The purpose of this research is to create a machine learning classifier that not only detects fraud but also detects legitimate transactions. As a result, the model should have excellent accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. As a result, we began with a large dataset in this study and used four machine learning classifiers: Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes, and Random Forest. The random forest classifier scored 99.96% overall accuracy with the best precision, recall, f1-score, and Matthews correlation coefficient in the experiments.

The conservation of heritage and heritage-based tourism are interrelated activities in which the development in one can lead to the growth of the other and vice *** recent years,people have become increasingly aware of the importance of heritage and the necessity of its ***’s knowledge and preservation of their roots and emotional attachments to traditions and places are beneficial for heritage conservation *** places are also considered a growth point for the tourism industry that supports small-and medium-scale industries as well as numerous cottage ***,with the development of tourism and related industries in heritage areas,the local community may face difficulties in performing their day-to-day activities in the *** many cases,local communities need to relocate and people must leave their residences due to the demand for tourism development.A case study of Varanasi City was conducted to obtain a detailed understanding of the impact of a recent tourism development programme(the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor Project)and people’s perception of it through a review of newspaper *** was found that people had mixed reactions regarding the development *** immediate residents of the area who were directly affected by the process in terms of emotional,economic and social loss were opposed to the project,while tourists and other residents of the city were pleased with the development *** paper attempts to identify the changes that occurred in the area due to the project and to capture people’s perspectives regarding the corridor project of Varanasi.

Prognostic Relevance of Metabolic Dysfunction-associated Steatohepatitis for Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Background and Aims:Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is prevalent in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).The effect of the histologic MAFLD phenotype on long-term CHB outcomes is *** performed a longitudinal study to determine the prognostic relevance of biopsy-proven hepatic steatosis and steatohepatitis for CHB ***:Clinical and laboratory data were obtained from CHB patients who underwent liver biopsy during 2002–2008 and were treated with antiviral drugs.A hepatopathologist reviewed the biopsy *** proportional hazards regression was used to estimate the adjusted hazard ratio(aHR)of outcomes,including all-cause mortality,liver transplantation,and liver-related ***:In accordance with Brunt’s classification,408 patients had steatohepatitis(n=34),“steatosis but not steatohepatitis”(n=118),or“non-steatosis”(n=256).All steatohepatitis patients had features of metabolic *** a mean follow-up of 13.8±3.1 years,18 patients died or underwent liver *** multivariate-adjusted analysis,steatohepatitis(aHR,6.37;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.59–25.5)compared with non-steatosis and advanced fibrosis(aHR,11.3;95%CI:1.32–96.3)compared with no fibrosis were associated with overall mortality/liver ***-five patients developed 43 liver-related events,among which 32 were hepatocellular *** events were associated with steatohepatitis(aHR,5.55;95%CI:2.01–15.3)compared with non-steatosis and advanced fibrosis(aHR,6.23;95%CI:1.75–22.2)compared with no *** steatosis but not steatohepatitis group had a nonsignificantly higher risk of overall mortality and liver-related ***:Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis increased the risk of long-term mortality/transplantation and liver-related events in CHB patients.

Code Based Analysis for Object-Oriented Systems

Tile basic features of object-oriented software makes it difficult to apply traditional testing methods in objectoriented systems. Control Flow Graph （CFG） is a well-known model used for identification of independent paths in procedural software. This paper highlights the problem of constructing CFG in object-oriented systems and proposes a new model named Extended Control Flow Graph （ECFG） for code based analysis of Object-Oriented （OO） software. ECFG is a layered CFG where nodes refer to methods rather than statements. A new metrics Extended Cyclomatic Complexity （E-CC） is developed which is analogous to McCabe＇s Cyclomatic Complexity （CC） and refers to the number of independent execution paths within the OO software. The different ways in which CFG＇s of individual methods are connected in an ECFG are presented and formulas for E-CC for these different cases are proposed. Finally we have considered an example in Java and based on its ECFG, applied these cases to arrive at the E-CC of the total system as well as proposed a methodology for calculating the basis set, i.e., the set of independent paths for the OO system that will help in creation of test cases for code testing.

The elaborate redox network of the cell,comprising of events like turnover of reactive oxygen species(ROS),redox sensing,signaling,expression of redox-sensitive genes,etc.,often orchestrates with other bonafide hormonal signaling pathways through their synergistic or antagonistic action in the plant *** redox cue generated in plant cells under fluctuating environmental conditions can significantly influence other hormonal biosynthetic or signaling mechanisms,thereby modulating physiology towards stress acclimation and *** is also strong evidence of the recruitment of ROS as a‘second messenger’in different hormonal signaling pathways under ***,the retrograde signaling initiated by ROS also found to strongly influence hormonal homeostasis and *** present review,in this aspect,is an effort towards understanding the regulatory roles of ROS in integrating and orchestrating other hormonal signaling pathways or vice versa so as to unfold the relationship between these two signaling episodes of plant cells under environmental *** also accentuate the significance of understanding the utterly complex interactions,which occur both at metabolic and genetic levels between ROS and phytohormones during stress ***,the significant and decisive role of ROS turnover,particularly the contribution of RBOH(respiratory burst oxidase homologs)in the synergism of redox and hormone signaling during systemic acquired acclimation under stress is also discussed.

To develop a unitary quantum theory with probabilistic description for pseudo-Hermitian systems one needs to consider the theories in a different Hilbert space endowed with a positive definite metric operator. There are different approaches to find such metric operators. We compare the different approaches of calculating positive definite metric operators in pseudo-Hermitian theories with the help of several explicit examples in non-relativistic as well as in relativistic situations. Exceptional points and spontaneous symmetry breaking are also discussed in these models.

Bone formation is a highly energy-demanding process that can be impacted by metabolic *** has been considered the principal substrate for osteoblasts,although fatty acids are also important for osteoblast ***,we report that osteoblasts can derive energy from endogenous fatty acids stored in lipid droplets via lipolysis and that this process is critical for bone *** such,we demonstrate that osteoblasts accumulate lipid droplets that are highly dynamic and provide the molecular mechanism by which they serve as a fuel source for energy generation during osteoblast *** cytoplasmic lipolysis leads to both an increase in lipid droplet size in osteoblasts and an impairment in osteoblast *** fatty acids released by lipolysis from these lipid droplets become critical for cellular energy production as cellular energetics shifts towards oxidative phosphorylation during nutrient-depleted *** vivo,conditional deletion of the ATGL-encoding gene Pnpla2 in osteoblast progenitor cells reduces cortical and trabecular bone parameters and alters skeletal lipid ***,our data demonstrate that osteoblasts store fatty acids in the form of lipid droplets,which are released via lipolysis to support cellular bioenergetic status when nutrients are *** in this process result in impairment of bone formation,specifically reducing ATP production and overall osteoblast function.
