2D pos.tion s.ns.tive, s.ngle-s.ded s. s.ripixel detector was.s.lected as.the one of the two main components.of the s. vertex tracker (s. s.X) in the upgraded PHENIX detector at RHIC (relativis.ic heavy ion collider) in Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). This.is.the firs. large s.ale application of the novel s. s.ripixel detector in a real large experiment after many years.of res.arch and development at BNL. The firs. and s.cond prototype fabrication runs.of the s.X s.ripixel detectors.were carried out s.cces.fully in BNL’s.s. detector development and proces.ing Lab. The proces.ing of thes. s.ripixel detectors.is.s.milar to that for the s.andard s.ngle-s.ded s.rip detectors. one-s.ded proces.ing, s.ngle implant for the pixel (s.rip) electrodes. etc. The only additional proces.ing s.ep is.the double metal proces., a technology that is.s.mple and well matured by many s. detector proces.ing indus.ries.and labs. including BNL. The las.r and beam tes.s.on thos. prototype detectors.s.ow the 2D pos.tion s.ns.tivity and good pos.tion res.lution in both X and U coordinates.(about 25 μm for 80 μm pitch). For the mas. production of 400 s.ns.rs.needed for the s. s.X, the proces.ing technology has.been s.cces.fully trans.erred to the indus.rial: Hamamats. Photonics.(HPK). HPK has.produced a pre-production run of s.ripixel s.ns.rs.with the full PHENIX s.X s.ecification on 150 mm diameter wafers. The las.r tes.s.on thes. pre-production wafers.s.ow good s.gnal to nois. ratio (about 20∶1).

The s.udy focus.s.on the phys.co-chemical characteritics.of the wild fruit Meyna laxiflora Robyns.Alu)and fruit powder,which was.gathered from the Konkan region of Maharas.tra Alu fruit powder is.made by us.ng a drying aid called maltodextrin(MD).Powder s.mples.MP1,MP2,MP3,MP4 and MP5)were made us.ng different amounts.of MD(05,10,15,2.0 and 2.5 g).Preliminary phytochemical s.reening of fnuit pulp and powder s.owed the pres.nce of s.me phytocons.ituents.s.ch as.reducing s.gar,s.ponin,flavonoids.and terpenoids.whereas.akaloids.tannins.s.eroids.and protein were abs.nt in *** parameters.of the powder are durectly infuenced by the amount of MD,as.evidenced by the variations.in bulk dens.ty,total s.luble s.lids.pH,s.ecific gravity and the proximate among the powder *** s.lubility was.found in the s.mple with a medium of *** highes. of particle dis.ribution was.found in MD-added s.mples.MP2(1 g),MP3(1.5 g),MP4(2 g)whereas.the raw(MPO)s.owed the *** analys.s.was.done us.ng 9-point hedonic s.ale,which revealed that MP2,MP3,and MP4 were highly *** s.udy as.umed that fres. 在某些情况下,尤其是在对掠海飞行的反舰导弹的早期探测和跟踪方面,由于红外搜索与跟踪系统的被动性质和防伪能力,因此可用来代替雷达。作为一台红外搜索与跟踪系统,虽然在方位上覆盖着360°的视场,但仍必须以传感器的最大敏感距离进行操作,并且能够根据目标所处的环境,把点状目标从云团和强烈的海面干扰中可靠地探测出来并进行精确的定位和跟踪。在信号处理方面所遇到的问题是如何降低虚警率。没有一种单一的算法可保证系统达到所要求的性能。因此,许多算法必须同时运行才能使系统的目标探测和跟踪性能生效。这又需要很强的计算能力,从而涉及到硬件的实现问题。红外搜索与跟踪系统一般使用具有时间延迟和积分功能(TDI)的焦平面线列阵,因为这种器件的灵敏度比较高。然而,信号的读出是一个繁杂的过程,需要专门研究。本文介绍信号处理和硬件实现问题,它们同前端电子学、不均匀性补偿、信号的格式编排、目标的探测与跟踪以及显示系统都有关系。本文提出一种并行的流水线体系结构,这种结构具有专用的硬件以增强算法的计算能力,同时也具有由软件增强的数字信号处理(Ds.)硬件以便重新配置体系结构。
