The d.agnosis is usually m.d. using im.ging stud.es such as a Barium.esophagogram. and.esophageal m.nom.try. Surgical treatm.nt options for epiphrenic d.verticulum.and.EN includ. d.verticulectom. and.wid. m.otom.. Aim. The resection of three epiphrenic d.verticula and.extensive m.otom. were perform.d.by robotic thoracoscopy uneventfully. Case presentation: A 65-year-old.fem.le com.laining of d.sphagia for solid.food., Chest pain and.regurgitation. Esophagogastrod.od.noscopy (Ed.) with d.fficulty in ad.ancing the end.scope at 25 cm.and.d.m.nstrating an Ed. no hiatal hernia and.norm.l stom.ch and.d.od.num. Barium.Esophagogram.showed.m.ltiple d.verticula and.tortuosity throughout the esophagus. Conclusion: With robotic surgery, surgeons can perform.highly precise operations with enhanced.3d.vision and.control. BACKGROUNd.Wom.n with a history of serious psychotic d.sord.rs are at increased.risk of d.sease relapse d.ring ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics have been wid.ly used.to im.rove ad.erence and.prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic d.sord.rs,but there is a lack of high-quality d.ta from.previous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics d.ring *** To sum.arize relevant d.ta on m.ternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and.d.velopm.ntal outcom.s from.published.cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was perform.d.through Novem.er 11,2023,using three online d.tabases:Pubm.d.m.d.INE,Scopus,and.Web of *** reports or case series that reported.inform.tion about the outcom.s of pregnancy in wom.n who used.LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** statistics,narrative sum.ation,and.tabulation of the extracted.d.ta were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied.the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and.1 conference *** reported.the outcom.s of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 wom.n and.77 *** use of second.eneration LAI antipsychotics was reported.in the m.jority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were ad.0}nistered.d.ring 30 pregnancies(39.0%).m.st of the wom.n(approxim.tely 64%)had.either satisfactory control of sym.tom. or no inform.tion about relapse,while approxim.tely 12%of them.had.d.veloped.gestational d.abetes m.llitus.A m.nority of cases reported.ad.erse outcom.s such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm.birth,low birth weight,congenital anom.lies,and.neurological m.nifestations in ***,there were no reports of negative long-term.d.velopm.ntal *** Currently available d.ta seem.reassuring,but further well-d.signed.stud.es are required.to properly evaluate the risks and.benefits of LAI antipsychotic use d.ring pregnancy.

The Ti-45Nb (m.ss%) alloy’s corrosive and.biocom.atible response in sim.lated.physiological cond.tions was investigated.before and.after its ad.itional high-pressure torsion (HPT) and.laser irrad.ation processing. The grain size red.ction from.2.76 µm.to ~ 200 nm.and.the appearance of laser-ind.ced.m.rphologically altered.and.highly oxid.zed.surface led.to the significant im.rovem.nt of alloy corrosion resistance and.cell–im.lant interaction. m.reover, an ad.itional increase of the laser pulse energy from.5 to 15 m. d.ring the alloy irrad.ation in the air led.to an increase in the surface oxygen content from.13.64 to 23.89% accom.anied.by an increase of excellent cell viability from.127.18 to 134.42%. As a result of the controlled.alloy m.crostructural and.surface m.d.fications, the form.tion of protective bi-m.d.l m.xed.Ti- and.Nb-oxid. external scale was enabled. The presence of this surface oxid. scale enhanced.the alloy’s resistance to corrosion d.terioration and.sim.ltaneously boosted.cell viability and.proliferation.
