Effect of BaO and MgO on structure and properties of aluminate slag with various caO/Al_(2)0_(3)ratios

To provide theoretical guidance for performance stability control of low-reactive mold fluxes,the effects of BaO and MgO on the structure and properties of aluminate slag with various caO/Al_(2)0_(3)(c/A)ratios were investigated using the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,Raman spectroscope,hemispherical melting point instrument,rotational viscometer and X-ray *** results indicated that with BaO and MgO addition,the structure polymerization was first weakened and then enhanced at c/A of 1.1,and the transition contents corresponded to 8 wt.%BaO and 2 wt.%MgO,respectively,while the structure polymerization decreased continuously at c/A of *** the viscosity c.ange was well consistent with the structure evolution,the polymerization degree played a more prominent role in the slag viscosity than superheat degree when the melting temperature difference was within 40℃.The break temperature decreased initially and then increased with augment of BaO and MgO at c/A of 1.1,while it manifested a decrease trend with BaO addition,and it decreased obviously but then turned to increase with MgO increment at c/A of *** crystallization phase and crystallization ratio kept stable with BaO increment,while the crystallization ratio rose greatly with MgO promoting LiAlO_(2)precipitation at c/A of *** crystal types of all experimental slags were mainly ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)and caF_(2)at c/A of 1.3,and the precipitation of crystalline phase BaAl2O4 demonstrated a rising trend,while that of ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33)gradually declined with BaO augment.

MXene has been the limelight for studies on electrode active materials,aiming at developing supercapacitors with boosted energy density to meet the emerging influx of wearable and portable electronic *** its various desirable properties including intrinsic flexibility,high specific surface area,excellent metallic conductivity and unique abundance of surface functionalities,its full potential for electrochemical performance is hindered by the notorious restacking phenomenon of MXene *** to its two-dimensional(2D)nature and surface functional groups,inevitable Van der Waals interactions drive the agglomeration of nanosheets,ultimately reducing the exposure of electrochemically active sites to the electrolyte,as well as severely lengthening electrolyte ion transport *** a result,energy and power density deteriorate,limiting the application versatility of MXene-based *** 3D architectures using 2D nanosheets presents as a straightforward yet ingenious approach to mitigate the fatal flaws of ***,the sheer number of distinct methodologies reported,thus far,calls for a systematic review that unravels the rationale behind such 3D MXene structural ***,this review aims to serve this purpose while also scrutinizing the structure–property relationship to correlate such structural modifications to their ensuing electrochemical performance ***,the physicochemical properties of MXene play fundamental roles in determining the effective charge storage capabilities of 3D MXene-based *** largely depends on different MXene synthesis techniques and synthesis condition variations,hence,elucidated in this review as ***,the challenges and perspectives for achieving viable commercialization of MXene-based supercapacitor electrodes are highlighted.

An improved ensemble empirical mode decomposition(IEEMD) is suggested to process water quality spectral signals in order to address the issue that noise interference makes it difficult to extract and evaluate water quality spectral *** algorithm effectively solves the problems of modal mixing,poor reconstruction accuracy in the empirical mode decomposition(EMD),and a large amount of calculation in the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD).Based on EEMD,IEEMD firstly preprocesses the original water quality spectral signals,then performs Savitzky-Golay(S-G) smoothing on the decomposed effective intrinsic mode function(IMF) components,and finally reconstructs them to obtain the denoised *** sample data at different concentrations can be accurately analyzed based on the noise-reduced spectral *** this paper,three water quality parameters are used as research objects:benzene(c_(6)H_(6)),benzo(b)fluoranthene(c_(20)H_(12)),and chemical oxygen demand(cOD).The original water quality multi-parameter(c_(6)H_(6),c_(20)H_(12),cOD) spectral signals were subjected to denoising based on the IEEMD and the water quality multi-parameter joint detection *** signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the correlation coefficient(R^(2)) of the fitted curves obtained from the processing of the IEEMD were compared and analyzed with those obtained from the processing of the EMD and the *** experimental results show that the SNR of the spectral signals and the R^(2) of the fitting curve in three water quality parameters have been significantly ***,the IEEMD effectively improves the phenomenon of modal mixing,reduces the amount of calculation,improves the reconstruction accuracy,and provides an important guarantee for the effective extraction of multi-parameter spectral signals of water quality.

Palladium-catalyzed Mizoroki-Heck reaction is a powerful and efficient method for construction of csp2–csp2 ***,four palladium complexes(I—IV)with N,O-bidentate ligands(L1—L4)based on N-oxide units from cyclic secondary amines were easily synthesized and successfully applied in Mizoroki-Heck reaction of aryl bromides with electron-deficient olefins.X-ray diffraction analyses indicated the palladium(II)atom of II took the distorted square planar geometry and was four-coordinated by nitrogen and oxygen atoms from two ligands(L2).Two free chloride ions were presented as counter anions in complex *** the palladium(II)center of IV was coordinated by nitrogen and oxygen atoms from one ligand(L4)as well as two chlorine atoms,which exhibited the nearly square-planar *** study on catalytic properties of palladium complexes revealed that complex II exhibited high activity superior to the other *** coupling reactions of a series of aryl bromides and olefin derivatives proceeded in the presence of 2—5 mol%palladium complex II,giving the desired products in good to excellent *** advantages of this method such as good compatibility of functional groups,high yields,and short reaction times made it more attractive for constructing csp2–csp2 bonds in the synthesis of functional molecules and materials.

By simply switching the electrical circuit installed on steel/steel contact,the tribological behaviors of nanofluids(NFs)can be regulated in real time,thereby achieving the desired performance of friction reduction and wear ***,solvent-free carbon spherical nanofluids(c-NFs)were successfully prepared for intelligent lubrication regulation.c-NFs with excellent lubrication performance can immediately reduce the coefficient of friction(cOF)despite applying a weak electric potential(1.5 V).Moreover,polyethylene glycol 400(PEG400)containing 5.0 wt%c-NFs remained responsive to electrical stimulation under the intermittent voltage application with an average coefficient of friction(AcOF)reduction of 20.8%over *** intelligent lubrication regulation of c-NFs under an external electric field(EEF)mainly depends on the orderly arranged double-electric adsorption film of ion canopy-adsorbed carbon spheres(cSs).The intermittent electrical application can continuously reinforce the adsorption film and its durability for real-time controlling the sliding ***-stimulation-responsive intelligent lubricants provide a new technical support for realizing intelligent stepless control of devices.
