Carbon Fiber Breakage Mechanism in Aluminum(Al)/Carbon Fibers(CFs) Composite Sheet during Accumulative Roll Bonding(ARB) Process

We put forward a method of fabricating Aluminum(Al)/carbon fibers(CFs) composite sheets by the accumulative roll bonding(ARB) method. The finished Al/CFs composite sheet has CFs and pure Al sheets as sandwich and surface layers. After cross-section observation of the Al/CFs composite sheet, we found that the CFs discretely distributed within the sandwich layer. Besides, the tensile test showed that the contribution of the sandwich CFs layer to tensile strength was less than 11% compared with annealed pure Al sheet. With ex-situ observation of the CFs breakage evolution with-16%,-32%, and-45% rolling reduction during the ARB process, the plastic instability of the Al layer was found to bring shear damages to the CFs. At last, the bridging strengthening mechanism introduced by CFs was sacrificed. We provide new insight into and instruction on Al/CFs composite sheet preparation method and processing parameters.

实施乡村振兴战略是解决人民群众日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展之间矛盾的必然要求。掌握乡村旅游地发展现状、格局和过程,了解地域分异机制和类型特点,可为发展乡村旅游、促进乡村振兴提供决策依据和规划指导。本文在梳理乡村旅游地发展4个阶段的基础上,基于农家乐、民宿POI数据和全国休闲农业与乡村旅游示范点、中国美丽休闲乡村、中国乡村旅游重点村名录等,运用GIS空间分析中国乡村旅游地发展不同阶段的格局特点,从人地关系地域系统角度出发对中国乡村旅游地进行地域系统类型划分和分异机制总结。研究发现:(1)中国乡村旅游地呈现不平衡和不充分的发展格局,空间过程遵循核心—边缘和点—轴—面结构到复杂结构的演变规律,除京津、长三角和珠三角较为发达外,中国乡村旅游地发展整体上仍处于第一阶段。(2)中国乡村旅游地域系统可分为3大类共15个基本类型,不同类型区乡村旅游地不平衡、不充分特点不同,地域分异因素各异。自然生态环境本底结构是乡村旅游地域系统形成的基础,社会经济文化是动力,在乡村旅游功能分化作用下中国乡村旅游地呈现依山、傍水、沿路、环城、附景、彰文的地域分布规律,不平衡、不充分发展趋势加剧。(3)乡村旅游地市场化发展加剧了乡村和乡村旅游地域系统的不平衡和不充分,在乡村振兴战略要求下,应支持不发达地区乡村旅游优先发展。

本文以民国著名政治人物陆征祥为例,分析他如何把儒家的日常“修身”与基督教的“修行”结合起来,以实践打通儒耶在理论上无法契合的部分。早年的儒耶教育塑造其“以行为先”的信仰实践特质;青年时代在民族主义的冲击下发展出“儒体耶用”的模式,并以外交实践自我证明;中年以后退隐本笃会修道院“以行为实”会通儒耶,在“出世”中践行公义。陆征祥的信仰实践帮助我们将研究视角从儒耶理论之争转到信仰实践层面,进而反思信仰体系的理论建构与实践的关系,为当今宗教本土化讨论提供一个历史观照。
