Summary What is already known about this topic?Cervical cancer is a significant public health problem with approximately 570,000 cases and 311,000 deaths occurring in 2018 globally.It is imperative to raise awareness of cervical cancer and human papillomavirus(HPV).What is added by this report?Compared to previous studies,this is one of the largest cross-sectional studies of cervical cancer and HPV in Chinese adult females in recent years.We found that knowledge level of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine was still inadequate among women aged 20–45 years old,and the willingness to receive HPV vaccination was highly associated with knowledge level.What are the implications for public health practice?Intervention programs should aim to improve awareness and knowledge about cervical cancer and HPV vaccines,primarily focusing on women of lower socio-economic status.

Influenced by the global economy,politics,energy and other factors,the price of carbon market fluctuates sharply.It is of great practical significance to explore a suitable measurement method of extreme risk of carbon market.Considering that the return series of carbon market has the characteristics of leptokurtosis,fat tail,skewness and multifractal,and there maybe many extreme risk values in the carbon market,this paper introduces the Skewed-t distribution which can describe the characteristics of leptokurtosis,fat tail and skewness of return series into MSM model which can describe multifractal characteristic of return series to model volatility of carbon market.On the basis,based on the extreme value theory,this paper constructs Skewed-t-MSM-EVT model to measure extreme risk of carbon market.This paper chooses EUA market as the object to study extreme risk of carbon market,and draws the following conclusions:Skewed-t-MSM-EVT model has significantly higher prediction accuracy for carbon market's Va R than MSM-EVT models under other distributions(including normal distribution,t distribution,GED distribution);Skewed-t-MSM-EVT model is superior to traditional Skewed-t-FIGARCH-EVT and Skewed-t-GARCH-EVT models in predicting carbon market's Va R.This research has important practical significance for accurately grasping the risk of carbon market and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.

Non-alkyl tin-oxo clusters as new-type patterning materials for nanolithography

Nanolithography plays crucial roles in the miniaturization of dense integrated circuit,which extremely depends on innovative resist materials.Recently,metal-containing resists have been explored due to their higher short-wavelength photon absorption than traditional polymer resists.Herein,for the first time,the patterning performance of non-alkyl tin-oxo clusters has been evaluated.Meanwhile,the influence of structural characteristics on resolution and sensitivity has been investigated.To evaluate the surface ligand effect,three non-alkyl Sn_(10)-oxo clusters with the same core were functionalized with pyrazole,3-methylpyrazole and 4-methylpyrazole,respectively.Furthermore,another Sn_(14)-oxo cluster with similar core configuration was also prepared using 4-methylpyrazole ligand to study the influence of Sn nuclearity.Spin-coating method was then applied to fabricate thin films of these non-alkyl tin-oxo clusters on Si substrate,which showed various thicknesses and roughnesses.More interestingly,electron beam lithography(EBL)patterning studies indicated that for the same Sn_(10)core,the 4-methylpyrazoledecorated clusters showed the best performance.As for the different cluster cores with the same 4-methylpyrazole ligand,the patterns of Sn_(10)with the higher ligand:Sn ratio are also better than those of Sn_(14).Finally,distinguishable 50 nm resolution was achieved by 4-methylpyrazole-decorated Sn_(10)at expose energy of 100μC/cm2which can be significantly improved by increasing expose energy to 1,000μC/cm2as confirmed by atomic force microscopy(AFM)images.This work not only opens the nanolithography applications of non-alkyl tin-oxo clusters,but also provides an effective structural methodology for improving their patterning performance in future.

Additive manufacturing technology based on laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)offers a novel approach for fabricating bulk metallic glass(BMG)products without restriction in size and geometry.Nevertheless,the BMGs prepared by LPBF usually suffered from less plasticity and poorer fracture toughness as compared to their cast counterparts due to partial crystallization in heat-affected zones(HAZs).Since crystallization in HAZs is hard to avoid completely in LPBF BMGs,it is desirable to design a suitable alloy system,in which only ductile crystalline phase,instead of brittle intermetallics,is formed in HAZs.This unique structure could effectively increase the toughness/plasticity of the LPBF BMGs.To achieve this goal,a quaternary BMG system with a composition of Zr 47.5 Cu 45.5 Al 5 Co_(2)is adopted and subjected to LPBF.It is found that nearly a single phase of B_(2)-ZrCu is precipitated in HAZs,while a fully amorphous phase is formed in molten pools(MPs).This B_(2)phase reinforced BMG composite exhibits excellent mechanical properties with enhanced plasticity and toughness.Furthermore,it is easy to modulate the mechanical properties by altering the amount of the B_(2)phase via adjusting the laser energy input.Finally,the best combination of strength,plasticity,and notch toughness is obtained in the BMG composite containing 27.4%B_(2)phase and 72.6%amorphous phase,which exhibits yield strength(σ_(s))of 1423 MPa,plastic strain(ε_(p))of 4.65%,and notch toughness(K_(q))of 53.9 MPa m 1/2.Furthermore,a notable strain-hardening is also observed.The improvement of plasticity/toughness and appearance of strain-hardening behavior are mainly due to the martensite phase transformation from the B_(2)phase to the Cm phase during plastic deformation(i.e.,the phase transformation-induced plasticity effect).The current work provides a guide for making advanced BMGs and BMG composites by additive manufacturing.

Recently,holographic multiple-input multiple-output(HMIMO)has motivated its potential use to support high-capacity data transmission with spatially quasi-continuous apertures.As a practical instance of HMIMO,reconfigurable refractive surfaces(RRSs)equipped with numerous metamaterial elements are utilized as antennas by refracting incident signals from signal sources.In this paper,we investigate a multi-user communication system with an RRS deployed as the base station(BS)’s transmit antenna.To mitigate the high overhead of accurate channel state information(CSI)acquisition,the codebook design and beam training are employed to perform beamforming.Given the large scale of RRS,users are likely to be randomly distributed in both the near and far fields around the BS,which is unknown in advance.By considering radiation characteristics in both fields,a near-far field codebook is designed to be applicable to all users,regardless of their locations.To reduce overhead,a multi-user beam training is proposed to serve all users simultaneously by enhancing each codeword capable of covering multiple areas.Considering a general case that includes users in both fields,simulation results indicate that,without prior knowledge of user distribution,the proposed scheme outperforms state-of-the-art ones in terms of sum rate and overhead.

Hormones play important roles in vegetative and reproductive processes;however,the regulatory roles of hormones in Nelumbo nucifera(Lotus)growth and development are unclear.In this study,nine types of endogenous hormones,including gibberellins(GA_1,GA_3,and GA_4),indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),brassinolide(BR),ethylene(ETH),jasmonic acid(JA),abscisic acid(ABA),and zeatin(ZT)were detected in dormant shoot tips,vegetative shoot tips,developing leaf buds,and developing flower buds of lotus.The results indicated that GA,ETH,and BR signaling can promote vegetative and reproductive development of lotus.GA signaling regulates plant height and stimulates flower bud differentiation.GA levels were the highest in the flower buds;exogenous GA3+4 increased plant height by approximately 90%,increased flower quantity by nearly 40%,and advanced flowering by 4 d.Suppressing GA biosynthesis using paclobutrazol decreased plant height and flower quantity by 38%and 87.1%,respectively,and delayed flowering by 15.6 d.ETH signaling has positive regulatory effects on vegetative growth and flower development.The ETH concentration in the developing leaf buds was at least 50%higher than that in other samples.Ethephon spraying led to remarkable increases in plant height and leaf thickness and extended the flowering duration.BR signaling acts as a growth promoter during vegetative and reproductive development in lotus.The highest BR levels were detected in the vegetative shoot tips.External application of28-epihomobrassinolide resulted in growth-promoting phenotypes including longer scapes,thicker leaves,and prolonged flowering.

The energy density of Li-ion batteries is closely related to the capacity and average voltage of cathode materials.Unfortunately,current cathode materials either have low capacity or voltage,which limits the development of high-energy-density Li-ion batteries.This has given challenge to many attempts to develop new cathode materials with high capacity and voltage.In this study,we find that Li easily inserts into the(111)plane of SiC in the presence of Si,and a well-organized Li-rich SiC twin crystal is formed.Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra and electrochemical test results suggest that this Li-rich SiC twin crystal possesses the band gap energy of 3.5 eV and charging capacity of 1979 mAh/g at the current density of 200 mA/g,making it a promising candidate for the cathode material in high-capacity Li-ion batteries.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy results reveal that Si-induced Li insertion contributes to the changes in the surface species and structure of pristine SiC.These findings suggest that the Li-rich SiC twin crystal raises new possibilities for the development of high-capacity cathode materials and merits further investigation to expand its application scope.

MicroRNAs(miRNAs)have been well appreciated for their critical roles in regulating various biological processes in eukaryotes since the initial discovery of these tiny molecules in 1990s.The factory for miRNAs is located inside the nucleus,whereas their workplace is the cytoplasm.Thus,the prompt transport of miRNAs from nucleus to cytoplasm is essential for their proper functionality.In metazoans,the commitment is carried out by Exportin 5(EXP5/XPO5),the nuclear exporter of miRNA precursors(pre-miRNAs)(Yi et al.,2003).
