The space-borne fluxgate magnetometer(FGM)requires regular in-flight calibration to obtain its zero ***,Wang GQ and pan ZH(2021a)developed a new method for the zero offset calibration based on the properties of Alfvén *** found that an optimal offset line(OOL)exists in the offset cube for a pure Alfvén wave and that the zero offset can be determined by the intersection of at least two nonparallel *** no pure Alfvén waves exist in the interplanetary magnetic field,calculation of the zero offset relies on the selection of highly Alfvénic fluctuation ***,we propose an automatic procedure to find highly Alfvénic fluctuations in the solar wind and calculate the zero *** procedure includes three parts:(1)selecting potential Alfvénic fluctuation events,(2)obtaining the OOL,and(3)determining the zero *** tested our automatic procedure by applying it to the magnetic field data measured by the FGM onboard the Venus *** tests revealed that our automatic procedure was able to achieve results as good as those determined by the Davis-Smith *** advantage of our procedure is that the selection criteria and the process for selecting the highly Alfvénic fluctuation events are *** automatic procedure could also be applied to find fluctuation events for the Davis-Smith method.

Electrospun nanofibers with highly efficient photothermal/electrothermal performance are extremely popular because of their great potential in wearable ***,the lack of necessary wearable properties such as high mechanical strength and quick response of electrospun micro/nanofibers seriously affects their practical *** this work,a technical route combining electrospinning and surface modification technology is *** 3-triethoxysilylpropylamine-polyacrylonitrile@copper sulfide(K-pan@CuS)composite fabric was achieved by modifying the original electrospinning pan fiber and subsequently loading CuS *** results show that the break strength of the K-pan@CuS fabric was increased by 10 times compared to that of the original pan@CuS ***,the saturated temperature of the K-pan@CuS fabric heater could reach 116℃within 15 s at a relatively low voltage of 3 V and 120.3℃within 10 s under an infrared therapy lamp(100 W).In addition,due to its excellent conductivity,such a unique structural design enables the fiber to be closely attached to the human skin and helps to monitor human *** K-pan@CuS fabric shows great potential in wearable heaters,hyperthermia,all-weather thermal management,and in vitro physical therapy.

Electrospun nanofibrous separators,despite lacking superior mechanical strength,have gained widespread attention with high porosity and facile ***,utilizing the fact that thermal imidization temperature of poly(amic acid)(PAA)into polyimide(PI)coincides with the pre-oxidation temperature of polyacrylonitrile(pan)into carbon fiber,we proposed a new cross-electrospinning strategy to obtain a composite nanofibrous separator(PI/opan)randomly interwoven by PI and pre-oxidized pan(opan)nanofibers,via synchronously electrospinning the PAA and pan onto the same collector and then heat-treating for 2 h at 300℃.The resultant PI/opan separator was able to preserve high porosity(71.7%),electrolyte wettability and thermal stability of PI nanofibrous membrane,and surprisingly exhibited high mechanical strength,being 3 times of PI,which mainly because of the numerous adhesion points generated by the melting of pan in the pre-oxidation ***,the polar groups of opan and 3D fibrous network enhanced the PI/opan separator's ionic conductivity and Li+transference number,rendering the corresponding cell with more stable cycling performance than cells assembled with pure PI,pan or commercial PP ***,this work might provide a new avenue for the ongoing design and further development of LIB separators capable of high safety and high performance.

Immunogenic death is a form of programmed cell death that is common in the development and progression of ***,its impact on tumor progression differs depending on the location of the ***,it also plays an important role in antitumor immunity because the process of immunogenic death can release substances that activate immunity.1 Therefore,in this study,the key mechanism of mediating immunogenic death in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)was found from the excavation of the immunogenic death characteristics of pan-cancer and the in-depth investigation of its effects on different tumor types(Fig.1A).

Objective: DNA damage response(DDR) deficiency has emerged as a prominent determinant of tumor immunogenicity. This study aimed to construct a DDR-related immune activation(DRIA) signature and evaluate the predictive accuracy of the DRIA signature for response to immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICI) therapy in gastrointestinal(GI) ***: A DRIA signature was established based on two previously reported DNA damage immune response assays. Clinical and gene expression data from two published GI cancer cohorts were used to assess and validate the association between the DRIA score and response to ICI therapy. The predictive accuracy of the DRIA score was validated based on one ICI-treated melanoma and three pan-cancer published ***: The DRIA signature includes three genes(CXCL10, IDO1, and IFI44L). In the discovery cancer cohort, DRIA-high patients with gastric cancer achieved a higher response rate to ICI therapy than DRIA-low patients(81.8% vs. 8.8%;P pancreatic adenocarcinoma who received dual PD-1 and CTLA-4 blockade with radiation therapy. Furthermore, the predictive performance of the DRIA score was shown to be robust through an extended validation in melanoma, urothelial cancer, and ***: The DRIA signature has superior and robust predictive accuracy for the efficacy of ICI therapy in GI cancer and pancancer, indicating that the DRIA signature may serve as a powerful biomarker for guiding ICI therapy decisions.

应用多元回归分析确定了相对分子质量、温度、剪切速率、浓度4种主要因素对干喷湿纺聚丙烯腈/二甲基亚砜(pan/DMSO)纺丝原液粘度的影响。研究发现,纺丝原液粘度随着相对分子质量、浓度的增大而增高,且过了临界相对分子质量、临界浓度后粘度会急剧增大。实验测得相对分子质量为7.8×104的溶液临界浓度为11.5％。纺丝原液粘度随着温度、剪切速率的增大而降低,过了临界切变速率后粘度会急剧下降,但在低剪切速率区粘度基本不变。通过多元线性回归模型,得出了多因子复合流变方程。

After Rodinia supercontinent was disintegrated in Late Proterozoic, an ocean, namely, Tethys Ocean, occurred between Gondwana continental group and pan-Cathaysian continental group from Late Proterozoic to Mesozoic. From Early Paleozoic to Mesozoic, Tethys Ocean was subducted toward pan-Cathaysian block group, which results in backarc expansion, arc-land collision and forearc accretion. When the backarc basin expands and reaches the small oceanic basin, ophiolite melange will be generated. As accretion had already occurred in the south of the continental margin in the earlier stage, the succeeding backarc expansion and the frontal arc position were migrated toward south correspondingly. Therefore, multiple ophiolite belts and magmatic rock belts occurred, and show a trend of decreasing age from north toward south. As the continental margin was split and migrated toward south and reached a high latitude position, i.e., with the shortening and subduction of oceanic crust, the sedimentary bodies at high latitude was accreted continuously toward low latitude area together with the formation of oceanic island, mixing of cold-type and warm-type organism was generated. Moreover,blocks split and separated from pan-Cathaysian or Gondwana continental group cannot traverse the oceanic median ridge and joins with another continental block. As a result, the Kunlun belt on the SW margin of the pan-Cathaysian land was resulted from the multi-arc orogenesis such as the backarc seabed expansion, arc-arc collision, arc-land collision oceanic bed, and the continuous southward accretion process.

以三氯甲烷 /二甲基亚砜为混合溶剂 ,采用溶液共混的方法制备 panI-DBSA/pan导电薄膜 .采用扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪、红外光谱及广角 X射线衍射分析研究了共混体系的相容性及相态结构 .结果表明 ,panI-DBSA在 pan基体中分布均匀 ,聚集尺寸为纳米级 ,其较均匀的分布及较小的聚集尺寸使其出现较低的逾渗阈值 (低于 4% ) ;panI-DBSA/pan的共混体系只有一个玻璃化转变温度 ,居于纯 pan和panI-DBSA之间 ,表明两者之间具有良好的相容性 ;FTIR分析证实 panI-DBSA与 pan之间存在氢键相互作用 ,氢键发生在 panI-DBSA的氨基与 pan共聚物中的羰基之间 ,这两种聚合物之间的氢键相互作用是导致 panI-DBSA与 pan之间良好相容性的内因 .

磁通门磁强计(FGM)的磁补偿随时间会发生缓慢变化;因此,提高FGM磁补偿的标定精度对实现高精度磁场测量至关重要.最近,一种基于磁镜结构的标定方法被提出,本文将其称之为Wang-pan方法Ⅱ.本文分析了Wang-pan方法Ⅱ在太阳风、地球磁鞘和磁尾电流片区域的适用性.我们发现,磁镜结构或线性磁洞事件个数的增加有助于降低Wang-pan方法Ⅱ的计算误差;此外,事件的背景磁场强度和磁场耗散程度会显著影响Wang-pan方法Ⅱ的计算精度.Wang-pan方法Ⅱ在太阳风和磁尾电流片中的计算误差在±0.2 nT以内的概率高达70%,在磁鞘中计算误差比太阳风及磁尾电流片中的大了约1个数量级.为了提高利用磁镜结构标定磁补偿值的精度,我们研究了线性磁洞事件的多个参数特征对磁补偿计算误差的影响,该研究结果将为Wang-pan方法Ⅱ的应用提供磁镜结构或线性磁洞事件的筛选参考准则.
