Effect of Osteoprotegerin a.d XRCC3 Genes Polym.rphism. with the Occurrence of Left Ventricula. Hypertrophy in Hypertensive Pa.ients

Ba.kground: High blood pressure is a.socia.ed with a.verse m.rphologica. a.d functiona. cha.ges in the ca.diova.cula. system. including left ventricula. hypertrophy (LVH). Osteoprotegerin (OPG) is a.m.m.er of the tum.r necrosis fa.tor receptor superfa.0}ly of cytokines. X-ra. repa.r cross-com.lem.nting protein 3 (XRCC3) is involved in the repa.r pa.hwa. for double-stra.d brea.s (DSBs). We a.sessed the a.socia.ion of osteoprotegerin a.d XRCC3 gene polym.rphism. with the occurrence of left ventricula. hypertrophy in hypertensive pa.ients. Pa.ients a.d m.thods: The study included 50 hypertensive pa.ients: 25 with LVH (group a. a.d 25 without LVH (group B). a.l ca.es were subjected to com.lete history ta.ing a.d clinica. exa.0}na.ion. ECG a.d echoca.diogra.hy were done. LV m.ss wa. ca.cula.ed to detect the presence or a.sence of LV hypertrophy. DNa.wa. extra.ted from.blood sa.0}les, a.d then, ea.h DNa.sa.0}le wa. a.0}lified in PCRs, to detect osteoprotogrin a.d XRCC3 gene polym.rphism.. Results: m.a. a.e in the ca.es in group a.is 63.12 yea.s a.d in group B wa. 58.24 yea.s with sta.istica.ly significa.t difference between the two groups. The dura.ion of the disea.e a.d SBP revea.ed sta.istica.ly significa.t difference between the two groups. The LV m.ss index a.d E/a.ra.io revea.ed high sta.istica.ly significa.t difference between the two groups. OPG sequence revea.ed no sta.istica.ly significa.t difference between the two groups, but XRCC3 sequence revea.ed sta.istica.ly significa.t difference. The a.e wa. a.risk fa.tor for LVH. Conclusion: Osteoprotogrin a.d XRCC3 genes polym.rphism.m.ta.ions m.y be a.socia.ed with left ventricula. hypertrophy in hypertensive pa.ients.

Intrusion detection system. (IDSs) a.e deployed to detect a.om.lies in rea. tim.. They cla.sify a.network’s incom.ng tra.fic a. benign or a.om.lous (a.ta.k). a. efficient a.d robust IDS in softwa.e-defined networks is a. inevita.le com.onent of network security. The m.in cha.lenges of such a. IDS a.e a.hieving zero or extrem.ly low fa.se positive ra.es a.d high detection ra.es. Internet of Things (IoT) networks run by using devices with m.nim.l resources. This situa.ion m.kes deploying tra.itiona. IDSs in IoT networks unfea.ible. m.chine lea.ning (m.) techniques a.e extensively a.plied to build robust IDSs. m.ny resea.chers ha.e utilized different m. m.thods a.d techniques to a.dress the a.ove cha.lenges. Ca. is a.sha.ed burden disea.e a.d the lea.ing ca.se of dea.h in developed a.d developing countries. We a.m.d to a.sess the a.giogra.hic pa.terns of corona.y a.teries in pa.ients with Dm.in a.developing country (Yem.n) a. the first study. m.thods: This study is a.cross-sectiona., prospective, observa.iona. study tha. includes a.tota. of 250 pa.ients who were a.m.tted for elective dia.nostic corona.y a.giogra.hy. Results: 96 (38.4%) pa.ients were dia.etics;68% were m.le;m.a. a.e wa. 57 ± 11 yea.s. The incidence of three-vessel disea.e wa. 31.2% of pa.ients. Considering the severity of lum.n occlusion, (11.2%) of pa.ients ha. non-significa.t lesions, (37.6%) of pa.ients ha. significa.t lesions, a.d (32%) ha. tota. occlusive lesions. Lesions were of La. in 76%, RCa.in 60%, a.d LCX in 52% of the popula.ion. a.0}ng dia.etics, two a.d 3-vessel disea.es (33.3% vs. 20.8% & 50% vs. 19.5%, P = 0.001), left m.in lesion (10.4% vs. 2.6%, P = 0.012), significa.t stenosis (41.7% vs. 35.1%, P = 0.032), tota. occlusion of corona.y a.teries (43.8% vs. 19.5%, P = 0.032) a.d type C lesion (66.7% vs. 35.1%, P = 0.010) were m.re frequent tha. non-Dm.pa.ients. Conclusion: The burden of significa.t a.d severe corona.y lesions is m.re com.on a.0}ng Dm. which m.y be the m.jor ca.se of m.rbidity a.d m.rta.ity of Dm.in developing countries.

The hea.thca.e sector holds va.ua.le a.d sensitive *** a.0}unt of this da.a.a.d the need to ha.dle,excha.ge,a.d protect it,ha. been increa.ing a. a.fa.t *** to their na.ure,softwa.e-defined networks(SDNs)a.e widely used in hea.thca.e system.,a. they ensure effective resource utiliza.ion,sa.ety,grea. network m.na.em.nt,a.d *** this sector,due to the va.ue of theda.a.SDNs fa.ea.0}jor cha.lengeposed bya.ide ra.ge of a.ta.ks,such a. distributed denia. of service(DDoS)a.d probe *** a.ta.ks reduce network perform.nce,ca.sing the degra.a.ion of different key perform.nce indica.ors(KPIs)or,in the worst ca.es,a.network fa.lure which ca. threa.en hum.n *** ca. be significa.t,especia.ly with the current expa.sion of porta.le hea.thca.e tha. supports m.bile a.d wireless devices for wha. is ca.led m.bile hea.th,or *** this study,we exa.0}ne the effectiveness of using SDNs for defense a.a.nst DDoS,a. well a. their effects on different network KPIs under va.ious *** propose a.threshold-ba.ed DDoS cla.sifier(TBDC)technique to cla.sify DDoS a.ta.ks in hea.thca.e SDNs,a.m.ng to block tra.fic considered a.ha.a.d in the form.of a.DDoS *** then eva.ua.e the a.cura.y a.d perform.nce of the proposed TBDC *** technique shows outsta.ding perform.nce,increa.ing the m.a. throughput by 190.3%,reducing the m.a. dela. by 95%,a.d reducing pa.ket loss by 99.7%rela.ive to norm.l,with DDoS a.ta.k tra.fic.
