Background Optimising the immunogenicity of COVID-19 vaccines to improve their protection against disease is *** dosing by intradermal(ID)administration has been shown to be equally immunogenic as intramuscular(Im)administration for several vaccines,but the immunogenicity of ID inactivated whole severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)at the full dose is *** study(NCt04800133)investigated the superiority of antibody and t-cell responses of full-dose CoronaVac by ID over Im administration in *** Participants aged 11–17 years received two doses of Im or ID vaccine,followed by the 3rd dose 13–42 days *** and cellular immunogenicity outcomes were measured post-dose 2(Im-CC versus ID-CC)and post-dose 3(ImCCC versus ID-CCC).Doses 2 and 3 were administered to 173 and 104 adolescents,*** Spike protein(S)immunoglobulin G(IgG),S-receptor-binding domain(RBD)IgG,S IgG Fcγreceptor IIIa(FcγRIIIa)-binding,SNm[sum of individual(S),nucleocapsid protein(N),and membrane protein(m)peptide pool]-specific interleukin-2(IL-2)+CD4^(+),SNm-specific IL-2^(+)CD8^(+),S-specific IL-2^(+)CD8^(+),N-specific IL-2^(+)CD4^(+),N-specific IL-2^(+)CD8^(+)and m-specific IL-2^(+)CD4^(+)responses fulfilled the superior and non-inferior criteria for ID-CC compared to Im-CC,whereas IgG avidity was *** ID-CCC,S-RBD IgG,surrogate virus neutralisation test,90%plaque reduction neutralisation titre(PRNt90),PRNt50,S IgG avidity,S IgG FcγRIIIa-binding,m-specific IL-2^(+)CD4^(+),interferon-γ+CD8^(+)and IL-2^(+)CD8^(+)responses were superior and non-inferior to *** estimated vaccine efficacies were 49%,52%,66%and 79%for Im-CC,ID-CC,Im-CCC and ID-CCC,*** ID groups reported more local,mild adverse *** this is the first study to demonstrate superior antibody and m-specific t-cell responses by ID inactivated SARSCoV-2 vaccination and serves as the basis for future research to improve the

Addressing trauma,post-traumatic stress disorder,and posttraumatic growth in breast cancer patients

BACKGROUND Breast cancer(BC)is a common cancer among females in *** infected with BC in Africa seems like a life sentence and brings devastating experiences to patients and *** a result,BC is comorbid with trauma,post-traumatic stress disorder(PtSD),and post-traumatic growth(PtG).AIm to identify empirical evidence from peer-reviewed articles on the comorbidity trajectories between BC and trauma,BC and PtSD,and BC and *** this review adhered to the PRISmA guidelines of conducting a systematic *** searches of the National Library of medicine,Scopus,Pubmed,Google Scholar,and Scopus databases were conducted using search terms developed for the *** search hint yielded 769 results,which were screened based on inclusion and exclusion *** the end of the screening,24 articles were included in the systematic *** BC patients suffered trauma and PtSD during the diagnosis and treatment *** traumatic events include painful experiences during and after diagnosis,psychological distress,depression,and cultural stigma against BC *** occurrence among BC patients varies across African countries,as this review disclosed:90%was reported in Kenya,80%was reported in Zimbabwe,and 46%was reported in *** severity of PtSD among BC patients in Africa was based on the test results communicated to the ***,this review revealed that BC patients experience PtG,which involves losing,regaining,and surrendering final control over the body,rebuilding a personified identity,and newfound appreciation for the *** Patients with BC undergo numerous traumatic experiences during their diagnosis and *** interventions are needed in SSA to mitigate trauma and PtSD,as well as promote PtG.

In this paper, we analyze the enthalpy, enthalpy energy density, thermodynamic volume, and the equation of state of a modified white hole. We obtain new possible mathematical connections with some sectors of Number theory, Ramanujan Recurring Numbers, DN Constant and String theory, that enable us to extract the quantum geometrical properties of these thermodynamic equations and the implication to the quantum vacuum spacetime geometry of our early universe as they act as the constraints to the nature of quantum gravity of the universe.

Floristic Diversity in Forest management Units: Implications for Biodiversity Conservation in FmU 09-025

the assessment of floristic composition and diversity is very important in forest management units. this study sets out to determine the species diversity and implications for biodiversity conservation in FmU 09-025 of the Campo ma’an National park, South Region of Cameroon. Due to human activities in the area, the study site was divided into two Blocks (A and B). the transect method was employed in data collection. A total 14 long transects were established parallel to each other in blocks at a distance of 3 km apart, 8 transects in Block A and 6 transects in Block. In each transect, plots of 20 × 500 m were established at intervals of 500 m. Within each plot, all individual trees ≥ 10 cm were identified, measured, and recorded. the DBH of all trees were measured at 1.3 using the DBH meter tape. the height of trees was measured through estimation (average estimates of all field researchers). Results revealed a total of eight thousand one hundred and twenty four (8124) individual plants with DBH ≥ 10 cm in the entire study area. From this number, 5113 tree stems ≥ 10 cm were identified and measured in Block A. this belongs to 216 species in 47 families. In block B a total of and 5011 stems were identified and measured. this belongs to 239 species in 47 families. Fabaceae, Annonaceae, Euphorbiaceae and Rubiaceae were found to be the most dominant plant families in the study site. Erythrophleum ivorense, Lophira alata, Dialium bipindense, musanga cecropioides, Alstonia boonei, Pterocarpus soyauxii, Guibourtia ehie, Staudtia kamerunensis, Desbordesia glaucescens, Sacoglottis gabonensis were found to be the most dominant plant species. 41 species are of conservation concern according to the IUCN global Red List 2023 and IUCN local status. these species are considered species with high-priority for conservation. We have 6 endangered species, 11 near threatened species, and 25 vulnerable species. there was no significant difference in species diversity in the two Blocks.
