In this paper, the magnetocaloric in La0.5sm0.2sr0.3Mn1-xFexO3 compounds with x = 0 (LssMO) and x = 0.05 (LssMFO) were simulated using mean field model theory. A strong consistency was observed between the theoretical and experimental curves of magnetizations and magnetic entropy changes, −ΔsM(T). Based on the mean-field generated −ΔsM(T), the substantial Temperature-averaged Entropy Change (TEC) values reinforce the appropriateness of these materials for use in magnetic refrigeration technology within TEC (10) values of 1 and 0.57 J∙kg−1∙K−1under 1 T applied magnetic field.

In this study, organic solar cells (OsCs) with an active layer, a blend of polymer of non-fullerene (NFA) Y6 as an acceptor, and donor PBDB-T-2F as donor were simulated through the one-dimensional solar capacitance simulator (sCAPs-1D) software to examine the performance of this type of organic polymer thin-film solar cell by varying the thickness of the active layer. PFN-Br interfacial layer entrenched in OPV devices gives overall enhanced open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density and fill factor thus improving device performance. PEDOT: Pss is an electro-conductive polymer solution that has been extensively utilized in solar cell devices as a hole transport layer (HTL) due to its strong hole affinity, good thermal and mechanical stability, high work function, and high transparency in the visible range. The structure of the organic solar cell is ITO/PEDOT: Pss/BTP-4F: PBDB-T-2F/PFN-Br/Ag. Firstly, the active layer thickness was optimized to 100 nm;after that, the active-layer thickness was varied up to 900 nm. The results of these simulations demonstrated that the active layer thickness improves efficiency significantly up to 500 nm, then it decreased with increasing the thickness of the active layer from 600 nm, also notice that the short circuit current and the fill factor decrease with increasing the active layer from 600 nm, while the open voltage circuit increased with increasing the thickness of the active layer. The optimum thickness is 500 nm.

In this paper, quadratic nonlinear oscillators under stochastic excitation are considered. The Wiener-Hermite expansion with perturbation (WHEP) method and the homotopy perturbation method (HPM) are used and compared. Different approximation orders are considered and statistical moments are computed in the two methods. The two methods show efficiency in estimating the stochastic response of the nonlinear differential equations.

This paper introduces higher-order solutions of the quadratic nonlinear stochastic oscillatory equation. solutions with different orders and different number of corrections are obtained with the WHEP technique which uses the WienerHermite expansion and perturbation technique. The equivalent deterministic equations are derived for each order and correction. The solution ensemble average and variance are estimated and compared for different orders, different number of corrections and different strengths of the nonlinearity. The solutions are simulated using symbolic computation software such as Mathematica. The comparisons between different orders and different number of corrections show the importance of higher-order and higher corrected WHEP solutions for the nonlinear stochastic differential equations.

Broadcast is one of the most important approach in distributed memory parallel computers that is used to find a routing approach from one source to all nodes in the mesh. Broadcasting is a data communication task in which corresponds to one-to-all communication. Routing schema is the approach used to determine the road that is used to send a message from a source node to destination nodes. In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm for broadcasting on an all-port wormhole-routed 3D mesh with arbitrary size. Wormhole routing is a fundamental routing mechanism in modern parallel computers which is characterized with low communication latency. We show how to apply this approach to 3-D meshes. In wormhole, routing large network packets are broken into s.all pieces called FLITs (flow control digits). The destination address is kept in the first flit which is called the header flit and sets up the routing behavior for all subsequent flits associated with the packet. In this paper, we introduce an efficient algorithm, X-Hamiltonian surface Broadcast (X-HsB) which uses broadcast communication facility with deadlock-free wormhole routing in general three dimensional networks. In this paper, the behaviors of this.algorithm are compared to the previous results using simulation;our paradigm reduces broadcast latency and is simpler. The results presented in this paper indicate the advantage of our proposed algorithm.
