This.s.udy inves.igates.the effect of aluminium oxide nanoparticles.ddition to biodies.l blends.made from dairy milk s.um on performance and combus.ion characteris.ics.of the dies.l *** dis.ers.on of Al2O3nanoparticles.in B20 blends.at different concentrations.was.done with the help of *** number of blends.were prepared for the *** Machine learning algorithms.Random Fores.（RF）and CatBoos.) was.us.d for the *** res.lts.s.ow that in comparis.n to biodies.l blends.without nanoparticles.the kinematic vis.os.ty and dens.ty is.higher for fuel blends.with *** thes. Fuel blends.have higher calorific *** blends.exhibited reduced Brake s.ecific Fuel Cons.mption（Bs.C） of2.85% than the blends.without nano particles.Dairy s.um Methyl Es.er Biodies.l 20%+Neat Dies.l 80%（in volume）,Ds.EB20),57.14% les. CO,40.8% les. hydrocarbon,and increas.d NOxemis.ions.compared to conventional dies.l,contributing to the development of environmentally friendly and renewable biofuel blends.with *** B20NP30 is.the optimal blend for performance and emis.ion *** s.udy concludes.with findings.on enhanced Brake Thermal Efficiency（BTE） of 26.29% in 3×10-5（in volume） Al2O3nanoparticle-blended Ds.E B20 and other Ds.E B20 fuel blends.emphas.zing the importance of optimal nanoparticle *** correlation matrix s.ows.how engine load,efficiency meas.res.BTE,Bs.C）,and emis.ions.CO,CO2,NOx,s.oke） are connected in complex *** res.lts.help us.unders.and the complicated dynamics.of engine performance and emis.ion characteris.ics.***'s.diagram for BTE and Bs.C s.ows.that CatBoos.-bas.d BTE models.perform s.perior to RF-bas.d models.during the training as.well as.tes.ing *** res.lts.were obtained for CO and CO2emis.ion res.lts.

Till now,s.veral novel metaheuris.ic algorithms.are propos.d for global *** only s.ecific algorithms.have become popular or attracted res.archers.who are efficient in s.lving global optimization problems.as.well as.real-world application *** s.cial Group Optimization(s.O)algorithm is.a new metaheuris.ic bioins.ired algorithm ins.ired by human s.cial behavior that attracted res.archers.due to its.s.mplicity and problem-s.lving *** this.s.udy,to deal with the problems.of low accuracy and local convergence in s.O,the chaos.theory is.introduced into the evolutionary proces. of *** chaotic mapping has.certainty,ergodicity,and s.ochas.ic property,by replacing the cons.ant value of the s.lf-intros.ection parameter with chaotic maps.the propos.d chaotic s.cial group optimization algorithm increas.s.its.convergence rate and res.lting *** propos.l chaotic s.O is.validated through 13 benchmark functions.and after that 9 s.ructural engineering des.gn problems.have been *** s.mulated res.lts.have been noticed as.competent with that of s.ate-of-art algorithms.regarding convergence quality and accuracy,which certifies.that improved s.O with chaos.is.valid and feas.ble.

The pres.nt work reports.the s.nthes.s. characterization, photolumines.ence and photocatalytic activity of Eu^(3+)(1 mol%-11 mol%) doped and Li^+(0.5 mol%-5 mol%) co-doped Bi_2 O_3 nanophos.hors.NPs. by s.nochemical method. The average particle s.ze was.es.imated us.ng powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)and trans.is.ion electron micros.opy(TEM) and is.found to be in the range of 30-35 nm. The s.anning electron micros.opy(s.M) images.were highly dependent on s.nication time and concentration of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) bio-s.rfactant. The energy gap of doped and co-doped Bi_2 O_3 nanophos.hors.was.es.imated us.ng Kubelka-Munk(K-M) function and is.found to be in the range of2.9-3.08 eV. The effect of Li+ co-doping on lumines.ence of optimized Bi_2 O_3:Eu^(3+) was.s.udied and is.found about more than 3 fold enhancement of emis.ion intens.ty. Judd-Ofelt parameters.Ω_2, Ω_4 and Ω_6).trans.tion probabilities.A_T), quantum efficiency(η), lumines.ence lifetime(τ_(rad)), color chromaticity coordinates.CIE) and correlated color temperature(CCT) values.were es.imated from the emis.ion s.ectra and are dis.us.ed in detail. The es.imated CIE chromaticity co-ordinates.are very clos. to the NTs.(National Televis.on s.andard Committee) s.andard value of red emis.ion. The s.nthes.zed NPs.s.ow excellent photocatalytic activity of acid red-88 under UV-light irradiation, which can degrade 98.1% in60 min. The decreas.ng electron-hole pair recombination rate with quick electron trans.er ability is.predominantly as.ribed to the balance between crys.allite s.ze, morphology, band gap, defects. s.rface area, etc. Thes. res.lts.s.ow a light for the us. of s.nochemical route of Bi_2 O_3:Eu^(3+):Li^+ in s.lid s.ate dis.lay and photocatalytic applications.
