BACKGROUND Evidence-based guidance on return to sport following toe phalanx fractures is *** To systemically review all studies recording return to sport following toe phalanx fractures(both acute fractures and stress fractures),and to collate information on return rates to sport(RRS)and mean return times(RTS)to the *** A systematic search of PubMed,MEDLINE,EMBASE,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,Physiotherapy Evidence Database,and Google Scholar was performed in December 2022 using the keywords‘Toe’,‘Phalanx’,‘Fracture’,‘injury’,‘athletes’,‘sports’,‘non-operative’,‘conservative’,‘operative’,‘return to sport’.All studies which recorded RRS and RTS following toe phalanx fractures were *** Thirteen studies were included:one retrospective cohort study and twelve case *** studies reported on acute *** studies reported on stress *** the acute fractures(n=156),63 were treated with primary conservative management(PCM),6 with primary surgical management(PSM)(all displaced intra-articular(physeal)fractures of the great toe base of the proximal phalanx),1 with secondary surgical management(SSM)and 87 did not specify treatment *** the stress fractures(n=26),23 were treated with PCM,3 with PSM,and 6 with *** acute fractures,RRS with PCM ranged from 0 to 100%,and RTS with PCM ranged from 1.2 to 24 *** acute fractures,RRS with PSM were all 100%,and RTS with PSM ranged from 12 to 24 *** case of an undisplaced intra-articular(physeal)fracture treated conservatively required conversion to SSM on refracture with a return to *** stress fractures,RRS with PCM ranged from 0%to 100%,and RTS with PCM ranged from 5 to 10 *** stress fractures,RRS with PSM were all 100%,and RTS with surgical management ranged from 10 to 16 *** cases of conservatively-managed stress fractures required conversion to *** of these cases were associated with a prolonged delay to diagnosis(1 year,2 years)and four cases with an un

One of the most dangerous safety hazard in underground coal mines is roof falls during retreat *** falls may cause life-threatening and non-fatal injuries to miners and impede mining and transportation *** a result,a reliable roof fall prediction model is essential to tackle such *** parameters that substantially impact roof falls are ill-defined and intangible,making this an uncertain and challenging research *** National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health assembled a national database of roof performance from 37 coal mines to explore the factors contributing to roof *** acquired for 37 mines is limited due to several restrictions,which increased the likelihood of *** logic is a technique for coping with ambiguity,incompleteness,and ***,In this paper,the fuzzy inference method is presented,which employs a genetic algorithm to create fuzzy rules based on 109 records of roof fall data and pattern search to refine the membership functions of *** performance of the deployed model is evaluated using statistical measures such as the Root-Mean-Square Error,Mean-Absolute-Error,and coefficient of determination(R_(2)).Based on these criteria,the suggested model outperforms the existing models to precisely predict roof fall rates using fewer fuzzy rules.

Purpose: This review article provides the readers with an in-depth insight in understanding and interpreting various research literatures on the masseter vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(mVEMP). The article also reviews the contemporary researches involving the clinical applications of the mVEMP. Conclusions: Masseter VEMP is an evolving yet clinically promising neuro-otology test tool that has recently gained more research interest and is considered an additional tool to diagnose various vestibular disorders. Masseter VEMP assesses the functional integrity of the acoustic-masseteric and vestibulo-masseteric reflex pathways. The mVEMP could be used as a complementary test to evaluate the same peripheral generator as the cervical VEMP but a different central pathway i.e., vestibulo-trigeminal pathway. Various research studies that have experimented on parameters such as the effect of different electrode montages(zygomatic vs mandibular configurations), stimulation rates, filter settings and stimuli used to evoke mVEMP have been discussed in this article that could assist in the optimization of a comprehensive clinical protocol. The latency and the amplitude of mVEMP waveforms serve as significant parameters in differentiating normals from those of the clinical populations. Along with the cVEMPs and oVEMPs, mVEMP might help diagnose brainstem lesions in REM Sleep behaviour disorders, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. However, further studies are required to probe in this area of research.

目的利用超声结合聚乙二醇化多西他赛白蛋白纳米粒(PEG-DANPs)治疗裸鼠非小细胞肺癌模型,为临床治疗人非小细胞肺癌提供一种新思路。方法建立BALB/c裸鼠人非小细胞肺癌皮下移植瘤及原位癌模型,分别用多西他赛白蛋白纳米粒(DANPs)、PEG-DANPs及PEG-DANPs结合超声波(US)照射对两组裸鼠进行治疗,单次疗程为7 d,共4个疗程,超声波辐照强度为1 MHz,每次时长30 s。全部疗程给药结束2 d后,将全部造模裸鼠处死,取皮下组瘤块进行TUNEL实验观察癌细胞凋亡情况,对原位癌组裸鼠的肺及肝组织进行HE染色病理实验及病理半定量分析。结果与其他给药组相比,US+PEG-DANPs组裸鼠瘤块体积最小(P<0.05,P<0.01);同时其体重保持最好,提示其毒性最小(P<0.05)。从NSCLC原位癌裸鼠肺组织和肝组织病理图来看,US+PEG-DANPs抑制原位癌、抗转移作用最为明显;对其肺组织和肝组织病理图进行半定量分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据TUNEL法检测结果,US+PEG-DANPs组诱导癌细胞凋亡的能力最强。结论超声波结合PEG-DANPs对裸鼠非小细胞肺癌模型的治疗效果明显,有望成为治疗非小细胞肺癌的一种新选择。

目的分析延边地区留守老人良性前列腺增生(BPH)的发病危险因素,为临床防治BPH提供依据,为解决留守老人这个社会问题提供帮助。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月延边大学附属医院泌尿外科收治的无子女或所有子女均外出务工的留守老人318例为研究对象,其中168为BPH患者。记录患者年龄、留守时间、吸烟史、饮酒史、体质量指数(BMI),检测各项临床生化指标,筛选出BPH发病的危险因素。彩超检测前列腺总体积(TPV)、移行带体积(TZV)、移行带指数(TZI),研究BPH的发展规律。结果在病史与自然情况中,年龄、长期留守和吸烟与BPH的相关性存在统计学差异(P0.05)。在所有临床生化指标中,高血压和高血糖与BPH的发病比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高龄、长期留守、吸烟、高血压和糖尿病是留守老人发生BPH的重要危险因素,TZI可被视作评价BPH的理想指标之一。

目的判定经直肠超声检查前列腺增生(PH)的优势并分析各项参数的临床价值。方法选取2017年8月至2020年8月在延边大学附属医院泌尿外科进行PH手术治疗的患者120例作为研究对象,所有患者术前均行经腹壁(TAS)和经直肠(TRUS)两种超声检查,术中测量前列腺实际大小并结合病理诊断,比较并分析两种检查方式的不同。结果TRUS检出率为90.83%,高于TAS的75.83%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);TAS检查上下、前后及左右各径线的结果与术中测量结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者年龄与TPV、TZV、TZI存在相关性(P<0.05),其中TZI的相关性最明显(P<0.01)。结论TRUS比TAS对PH患者的检出率更高,测量结果更准确,能够提供更多的有效信息。TRUS测定的特异参数与患者年龄的增长呈正相关,其中移行带指数(TZI)的相关性最为显著。
