AIm. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of botulinum.toxin type A(BTX-A) in the m.nagem.nt of patients with anism.s. m.THODS: An organized search of published literature was conducted using electronic databases including: Pub m.d/m.DLINE, and Cochrane Central Register of Control ed Trials, also an internet-based search using "Google Scholar" service was conducted. Both com.arative and observational studies were included. We excluded irrelevant articles, editorials, case reports, reviews, and m.ta-analyses. The studies that followed the patients less than 6 m. were excluded. Variables collected were dem.graphic data of the patients, technique of BTX-A injection and num.er of sessions, short-term.and longterm.clinical im.rovem.nt, post-injection changes in electrom.ography(Em.), defecography, m.nom.try, and balloon expulsion test, and com.lications recorded after BTX-A ***: Seven studies com.rising 189 patients were included in the review. The m.dian age of the patients was 41.2 years and fem.le-to-m.le ratio was 1.3:1. The m.dian dose of BTX-A injected per procedure was 100 IU(range, 20-100 IU). Lateral injection was done in five trails and com.ined lateral and posterior injections in two trials. Three studies used endorectal ultrasonographyguided technique, one study used Em.-guided technique,whereas the rem.ining three studies used m.nual palpation with the index finger. The m.dian percentage of patients who reported initial im.rovem.nt of sym.tom. was 77.4%(range 37.5%-86.7%), this percentage declined to a m.dian of 46%(range 25%-100%) at 4 m. after injection of BTX-A. Rates of im.rovem.nt evaluated by balloon expulsion test, Em., and defecography ranged between(37.5%-80%),(54%-86.7%), and(25%-86.6%), respectively. Fourteen(7.4%) patients developed com.lications after injection of BTX-A. Com.lication rates across the studies ranged from.0% to 22.6%. CONCLUSION: Initial satisfactory im.rovem.nt of sym.tom. after BTX-A injection rem.rkably deteriorate

Background:Control of snail interm.diate hosts has been proved to be a fast and efficient approach for interrupting the transm.ssion of *** plant extracts have shown obvious m.lluscicidal activity,and a new com.ound Luo-Wei,also nam.d tea-seed distilled saponin(TDS),was developed based on the saponins extracted from.Cam.llia oleifera *** aim.d to test the m.lluscicidal activity of 4%TDS against the interm.diate host snails in China and Egypt,and evaluate its environm.ntal safety to non-target ***:In the laboratory,Oncom.lania hupensis,Biom.halaria alexandrina and Bulinus truncatus were exposed to 4%TDS,and the m.dian lethal concentration(LC5o)was estim.ted at 24,48 and 72 *** the field,snail m.rtalities were assessed 1,2,3 and 7 d post-im.ersion with 2.5 g/m.4%TDS and 1,3,7 and 15 d post-spraying with 5 g/m.4%*** addition,the acute toxicity of 4%TDS to Japanese quail(Coturnixjaponica),zebrafish(Brachydanio rerio)and freshwater shrim.(m.crobrachium.nipponense)was assessed by estim.tions of LC5o or m.dian lethal dose(LD5o).Results:In the laboratory,the LC5o values of 4%TDS for *** were 0.701,0.371 and 0.33 m./L at 24,48 and 72 h,respectively,and 4%TDS showed a 0.33 m./L 24 h LC5o against ***,and a 1.396 m./L 24 h LCs0 against *** all study regions,the pooled m.rtalities of *** were 72,86,94 and 98%at 1,2,3 and 7 d,following field im.ersion of 4%TDS at a dose of 2.5 g/m.,and were 69,77,85 and 88%at 1,3,7 and 15 d,following field spraying at 5 g/m.,respectively.4%TDS had m.derate toxicity to Japanese quail(7 d LD5o>60 m./kg)and to shrim.(96 h LCs0=6.28 m./L;95%CI:3.53-11.2 m./L),whereas its toxicity to zebrafish was high(96 h LCso--0.15 m./L;95%CI:0.14-0.17 m./L).Conclusions:4%TDS is active against ***,*** and *** under laboratory and field conditions,and it m.y be a candidate m.lluscicide of plant origin.

通过实验和分子模拟研究了环氧氯丙烷改性Kevlar纳米纤维（m.KNFs）与羧基丁腈橡胶（XNBR）、丁苯橡胶（SBR）的界面相互作用及对复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明，m.KNFs对橡胶体系有明显的增强作用；与m.KNFs/SBR/和m.KNFs/XNBR/SBR体系相比，m.KNFs/XNBR体系中存在的氢键数量最多；相较于XNBR,m.KNFs/XNBR纳米复合材料拉伸强度提高了182%，其原因主要是m.KNF和XNBR基体之间形成了强氢键网络结构，二者界面相互作用最强，相容性也最好。

This work presents a m.lti-objective algorithm.for jointly selecting the appropriate group of candidate sensors and optim.zing the quantization for target tracking in WSN (wireless sensor networks). The authors focus on a m.re challenging problem.of how to effectively utilize quantized sensor m.asurem.nt for target tracking in sensor networks by considering sensors selection problem. Firstly, The authors jointly optim.ze the quantization level and the group of candidate sensors selection in order to provide the required data of the target and to balance the energy dissipation in the WSN. Then, The authors estim.te the target position using QVF (quantized variational filtering) algorithm. The quantization optim.zation and the sensor selection are based on m. (m.lti-objective) that defines the m.in param.ters that m.y influence the relevance of the participation in cooperation for target tracking. This selection is also based on the transm.tting power between one sensor and the CH (cluster head). The best sensors selection and quantization optim.zation are designed to reduce the com.unication cost and the estim.tion error, which leads to a significant reduction of energy consum.tion and an accurate target tracking. The com.utation of these criteria is based on the target position predictive distribution provided by the QVF algorithm. The sim.lation results show that the proposed m.thod outperform. the quantized variational filtering algorithm.under sensing range constraint and the binary variational filtering algorithm.

We investigate sedim.ntological and tectonic processes at the central High Atlas, in order to understand their functioning and to build a geodynam.c m.del that placed the area in its current geological *** analysis used here is based on the num.rical enhancem.nt of a Landsat im.ge where the m.in goal is to m.p surface sedim.ntary deposits throughout the central High Atlas in order to delim.t the large geological structures. The sedim.nt distribution throughout central High Atlas indicates that this one is a large tectonic subsiding basin, where the ongoing tectonic events and the geodynam.cal evolution rem.in to be explained by other prospecting techniques.3-D structure velocities obtained by local seism.c tom.graphy and enhancem.nt techniques of gravim.tric anom.lies are used to explore and define deep structure beneath the central High Atlas. The goal is to establish the evolution of the deep structure related to the geodynam.cal processes. m.dest crustal thickness variation beneath the central High Atlas(~20-~40 km. define by local tom.graphy and gravim.tric anom.lies, confirm. that, a m.jor part of the lower crust is detached into the lithosphere by delam.nation. Gravim.tric anom.ly, local seism.c tom.graphy and vertical cross sections throughout the central High Atlas, suggest that the lower crust detached is related to the broken slab of rem.in northward subduction beneath High and m.ddle Atlas. m.anwhile, extrusions of heated Asthenosphere m.terials induce the rifting stage concom.tant to tectonic subsidence of the basin.

Obesity is a m.jor and growing health care concern. Large epidem.ologic studies that evaluated the relationship between obesity and m.rtality, observed that a higher body-m.ss index(Bm.) is associated with increased rate of death from.several causes, am.ng them.cardiovascular disease; which is particularly true for those with m.rbid obesity. Being overweight was also associated with decreased survival in several studies. Unfortunately, obese subjects are often exposed to public disapproval because of their fatness which significantly affects their psychosocial behavior. All obese patients(Bm. ≥ 30 kg/m.) should receive counseling on diet, lifestyle, exercise and goals for weight m.nagem.nt. Individuals with Bm. ≥ 40 kg/m. and those with Bm. > 35 kg/m. with obesity-related com.rbidities; who failed diet, exercise, and drug therapy, should be considered for bariatric surgery. In current review article, we will shed light on im.ortant m.dical principles that each surgeon/gastroenterologist needs to know about bariatric surgical procedure, with special concern to the early post operative period. Additionally, we will explain the com.on com.lications that usually follow bariatric surgery and elucidate m.dical guidelines in their m.nagem.nt. For the first 24 h after the bariatric surgery, the postoperative priorities include pain m.nagem.nt, leakage, nausea and vom.ting, intravenous fluid m.nagem.nt, pulm.nary hygiene, and am.ulation. Patients m.intain a low calorie liquid diet for the first few postoperative days that is gradually changed to soft solid food diet within two or three weeks following the bariatric surgery. Later, patients should be m.nitored for postoperative com.lications. Hypertension, diabetes, dum.ing syndrom., gastrointestinal and psychosom.tic disorders are am.ng the m.st im.ortant m.dical conditions discussed in this review.
