Road geometric design data are a vital input for diverse transportation studies. This information is usually obtained from the road design project. however, these are not always available and the as-built course of the road may diverge considerably from its projected one, rendering subsequent studies inaccurate or impossible. Moreover, the systematic acquisition of this data for the entire road network of a country or even a state represents a very challenging and laborious task. This study＇s goal was the extraction of geometric design data for the paved segments of the Brazilian federal highway network, containing more than 47,000 km of highways. It presents the details of the method＇s adoption process, the particularities of its application to the dataset and the obtained geometric design information. Additionally, it provides a first overview of the Brazilian federal highway network composition （curves and tangents） and geometry.

Viral infectious diseases have become an increased public health issue in the past 20 *** outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARSCoV-1)in 2002,influenza h1N1 in 2009,Middle East respiratory syndrome-CoV in 2012,and the current new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 have shown that viral infectious diseases are a major concern in the 21st *** the world lives under the pandemic of a new coronavirus(COVID-19),knowing the clinical characteristics from those past diseases and their long-term outcomes is important to understand the current coronavirus pandemic and its complications and consequences better and plan for possible future *** long-term complications have been described with these respiratory viral diseases,such as decreased pulmonary function,pulmonary fibrosis,chronic fatigue syndrome,avascular necrosis of bone,polyneuropathy,encephalitis,posttraumatic stress disorder,depression,and *** article summarizes several studies describing chronic complications and long-term outcomes of patients recovered from these viral syndromes.

活性氮对人类健康的影响表现在许多有益和不利的方面。有益方面,最为重要的是活性氮不断增加全球和区域性的食物供给,并提高了可利用食物的营养质量。在贫困、干旱、洪涝、战争以及难民涌入等因素造成食物紧缺时,膳食中氨基酸和蛋白质的摄入量不足是引起营养不良的主要原因。已掌握的大量数据即便还是有限的,也足以表明环境中活性氮流通量的增加通过其他一些作用途径对人类健康产生了显著的影响。职业原因和广大人群室内和户外生活所接触到的空气污染中的活性氮对人类的健康产生了不良影响。活性氮还可通过水污染和全球变暖影响人类健康,其产生的水污染包括地下水污染产生的高铁血红蛋白血症以及使鱼类死亡和对人体有毒的赤潮富营养化。环境中活性氮类的污染物普遍存在,因此,很难界定活性氮对人们健康产生特定影响的程度。鉴于活性氮影响到全人类,为了确定氮相关污染物及其衍生物对人类健康产生的有利和不良影响的程度和性质,需要多学科合作,进行长期的研究。

This study focused,for the first time,on the effect of ultrasonic features on the extraction efficiency of secondary metabolites in mustard seed cake(MSC).The nematostatic potential of sonicated seed cake was examined against the second-stage juveniles(J2s)of root-knot nematode,Meloidogyne *** results show that a 35 ppm(parts per million)concentration of a sonicated extract(SE)sample of MSC caused 65%J2s mortality at 18 h exposure period in *** also significantly suppressed the root-knot index(RKI=0.94)in tomato *** lethal concentration values for SE were 51.76,29.79,and 13.34 ppm,respectively,at 6,12,and 18 h of the exposure period,and the lethal concentration values for the non-sonicated extract(NSE)sample were 116.95,76.38,and 55.59 ppm,respectively,at similar exposure *** and gluconapin were identified as the major compounds in ultrasonic-assisted *** of the high extraction efficiency of metabolites in the SE,all treat‐ments of SE were shown to be antagonistic to ***,this study of ultrasonication activity-based profiling of MSC may help generate target-based compounds at a scale relevant to the control of disease caused by nematodes in economic crops.

Some novel sulfonamide-derivatives were designed to develop novel kinase inhibitors. The molecular docking study was performed for the designed compounds against epidermal growth factor kinase receptor T790M/L858R (TMLR) (PDB ID: 5EDQ) to identify new drug candidates for treating cancer. Binding free energy was calculated by Molegro virtual docker (MVD) to select the most promising hits. The corresponding docking score values into EGFR (TMLR) of 4b gave the best energy docking -147.213 Kcal/mol. And some of the designed sulfonamide derivatives have been synthesized by conventional method in addition to a microwave-assisted method of synthesis. The reaction of an amino group-containing drug;sulfamethoxazole and sulfanilamide with carbonyl group in benzoyl chloride and phthalic acid in basic media, generated a series of sulfonamide derivatives. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were well characterized by Mass spectrometry (MS), Infrared spectroscopy (IR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR) and elemental analysis. After obtaining experimental data regarding the yield and the time taken for the synthesis by both the approaches, conventional and microwave-assisted method, it was shown that the microwave-assisted method gave higher yield with shorter time and higher temperature compared to conventional heating methods.

Objective:To compare the effect of ketamine,lidocaine,acetaminophen,and dexmedetomidine combined with morphine patient-controlled analgesia for opium addicts after tibial fracture ***:This double-blind clinical trial included opium-addicted patients undergoing tibia fracture *** were recruited and randomized to four different groups including the ketamine group,the lidocaine group,the acetaminophen group,and the dexmedetomidine *** hemodynamic parameters such as heart rate(hR),mean arterial pressure,and arterial SaO2,alongside visual analog scale pain scores,sedation assessed by Ramsay score,nausea and vomiting,and opioid use were recorded and compared among the four ***:This study included 140 patients,aged 37(32,41)years,with 92 males and 48 females,and each group had 35 ***-sedated subjects had the lowest blood pressure from 1 to 24 h after surgery,decreased hR at 12 and 24 h after surgery,and more satisfactory sedation(Phstanding no significant difference was noted in the pain scores,or nausea and vomiting among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dexmedetomidine has a better sedation effect compared to ketamine,lidocaine,and acetaminophen for pain control,but the final choice hinges on the patients’physical condition and the anesthesiologist's *** registration:It is registered in Iranian Registry Clinical Trial by code IRCT20141209020258N146.

syndrome （BCS） and identify the aetiologies of thisdisease in ***： Patients with BCS, hospitalised in our unitfrom January 2004 until June 2010 were included and theaetiological factors were assessed. Patients presentinga BCS in the setting of advanced-stage cirrhosis or aliver transplantation were excluded from the study. Thediagnosis was established when an obstruction of hepaticvenous outflow （thrombosis, stenosis or compression）was demonstrated. We diagnosed myeloproliferativedisease （MPD） by bone marrow biopsy and V617FJAK2 mutation. Anti-phospholipid syndrome （APLS） wasdetected by the presence of anticardiolipin antibodies,anti-β2 glycoprotein antibodies and Lupus *** also detected paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria（PNh） by flow cytometry. Celiac disease and Beh？etdisease were systematically investigated in our *** anticoagulant protein deficiencies were alsoassessed. We tested our patients for the G20210Amutation at Beaujon hospital. Imaging procedures wereperformed to determine a local cause of BCS, such as ahydatid cyst or a liver ***： One hundred and fifteen patients wereincluded. Mean follow up： 32.12 mo. Mean age： 34.41years, M/F = 0.64. Chronic presentation was frequent：63.5%. The revealing symptoms for the BCS wereascites （74.8%） and abdominal pain （42.6%）. Themost common site of thrombosis was the hepatic veins（72.2%）. Involvement of the inferior vena cava alonewas observed in 3 patients. According to the radiologicalinvestigations, BCS was primary in 94.7% of the cases（n = 109） and secondary in 5.2% （n = 6）. An aetiologywas identified in 77.4% of the patients （n = 89）; itwas multifactorial in 27% （n = 31）. The predominantaetiology of BCS in our patients was a myeloproliferativedisease, observed in 34.6% of cases. APLS was foundin 21.7% and celiac disease in 11.4%.
