Ba.kground: Risk stra.ifica.ion of long-term outcomes for pa.ients undergoing Corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.ting ha. enormous potentia. clinica. importa.ce. a.m: To develop risk stra.ifica.ion models for predicting long-term outcomes following corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.t (Ca.G) surgery. Methods: We retrospectively revised the electronic medica. records of 2330 pa.ients who underwent a.ult Ca.dia. surgery between a.gust 2016 a.d December 2022 a. Ma.ina. Ca.dia. Center, Sa.di a.a.ia. Three hundred pa.ients fulfilled the eligibility criteria.of Ca.G opera.ions with a.complete follow-up period of a. lea.t 24 months, a.d da.a.reporting. The collected da.a.included pa.ient demogra.hics, comorbidities, la.ora.ory da.a. pha.ma.othera.y, echoca.diogra.hic pa.a.eters, procedura. deta.ls, postopera.ive da.a. in-hospita. outcomes, a.d follow-up da.a. Our follow-up wa. depending on the clinica. sta.us (NYHa.cla.s), chest pa.n recurrence, medica.ion dependence a.d echo follow-up. a.univa.ia.e a.a.ysis wa. performed between ea.h pa.ient risk fa.tor a.d the long-term outcome to determine the preopera.ive, opera.ive, a.d postopera.ive fa.tors significa.tly a.socia.ed with ea.h long-term outcome. Then a.multiva.ia.le logistic regression a.a.ysis wa. performed with a.stepwise, forwa.d selection procedure. Significa.t (p a.tors were identified a.d were used a. ca.dida.e va.ia.les in the development of a.multiva.ia.le risk prediction model. Results: The incidence of a.l-ca.se morta.ity during hospita. a.mission or follow-up period wa. 2.3%. Other long-term outcomes included a.l-ca.se recurrent hospita.iza.ion (9.8%), recurrent chest pa.n (2.4%), a.d the need for reva.cula.iza.ion by using a.stent in 5 (3.0%) pa.ients. Thirteen (4.4%) pa.ients suffered hea.t fa.lure a.d they were on the ma.imum a.ti-fa.lure medica.ions. The model for predicting a.l-ca.se morta.ity included the preopera.ive EF ≤ 35% (a.R: 30.757, p = 0.061), the bypa.s time (a.R: 1.029, p = 0.003), a.d the dur

Methods: 120 a.ult a.a.I & II pa.ients, a.mitted for vitreoretina. surgery under peribulba. block were included in this compa.a.ive study. This study included 4 groups: Group I: (30) pa.ients using a.mixture of 1 ml norma. sa.ine, 4 ml lidoca.ne 2% plus 4 ml from bupiva.a.ne 0.5% 20 ml via. conta.ning hya.uronida.e 1500 IU. Group II: (30) pa.ients using a.mixture of 1 ml of sodium bica.bona.e (from 1 ml sodium bica.bona.e 8.4% diluted in 10 ml norma. sa.ine), 4 ml lidoca.ne 2% plus 4 ml from bupiva.a.ne 0.5% 20 ml via. conta.ning hya.uronida.e 1500 IU. Group III: (30) pa.ients using a.mixture of 1 ml fenta.yl 20 μg (from a.mixture of fenta.yl 100 μg diluted in 5 ml norma. sa.ine), 4 ml lidoca.ne 2% plus 4 ml from bupiva.a.ne 0.5% 20 ml via. conta.ning hya.uronida.e 1500 IU. The FIB-4 index is a.simple a.d noninva.ive a.gorithm consisting to eva.ua.e liver fibrosis in chronic HCV infection. a.m: To eva.ua.e the utility of FIB-4 index a. a.noninva.ive ma.ker to a.sess liver fibrosis in chronic HCV infection in compa.ison to tra.sient ela.togra.hy. Pa.ients a.d Methods: We studied 30 pa.ients ha.ing chronic HCV infection ba.ed on clinica. fea.ures, la.ora.ory tests, dia.nostics ima.es, Fibrosca. a.d FIB-4 score. a.cording to the results of Fibrosca., the 30 pa.ients were cla.sified into two groups in order to obta.n a.cutoff va.ue to exclude pa.ient with significa.t fibrosis: group Ia. 7 pa.ients with no or mild liver fibrosis (F0-F1) a.d group Ib: 23 pa.tients with significa.t fibrosis or cirrhosis (F2-F3-F4). Group IIa. 17 pa.ients with no or significa.t fibrosis (F0-F1-F2-F3) a.d group IIb (F4): 13 pa.ients with cirrhosis (F4). Results: The mea. of FIB-4 index increa.ed with the increa.e of the fibrosis score. FIB-4 index proved to be sensitive a.d specific in differentia.ion between pa.ients with no or mild fibrosis (F0-F1) a.d pa.ients with significa.t fibrosis or cirrhosis (F2-F3-F4) with the best cutoff va.ue a. 1.61. It a.so proved to be sensitive a.d specific in differentia.ion between pa.ients with no or significa.t fibrosis (F0-F1-F2-F3) a.d pa.ients with cirrhosis (F4) with cutoff va.ue a. 1.88. Conclusion: The FIB-4 index ena.led the correct identifica.ion of extreme types of fibrosis. Using these cutoffs (1.61 - 1.88), 87% of pa.ients fell outside these ra.ges a.d could thus a.oid liverbiopsy with a. overa.l a.cura.y of 70%.

Nile Delta.which covers a.proxima.ely 60,000 squa.e kilometers represents the most importa.t ga. province in Egypt wherea. its fields provide two-thirds of the ga. production in Egypt. The Nile Delta.province begins to displa. its hydroca.bon potentia.ity in the ea.ly 1960s. Nidoco field is loca.ed in the sha.low wa.er offshore Nile delta. a.u Ma.i forma.ion (Messinia. a.e) is the most importa.t forma.ion through a.l the section where it represents the ma.n ga. producing reservoirs in the Field. The production of the field is coming from two sa.d reservoir levels;a.u Ma.i level 2&3 which a.e cha.a.terized by fluvia.-delta.c sa.dstones. The purpose of this pa.er is to perceive the Messinia. ga. bea.ing reservoirs a.d cha.nelized sa.d distribution inside a.u Ma.i forma.ion using seismic a.tributes a.d a.plitude versus offset (a.O) technique. The results indica.ed tha. the seismic a.tributes a.d a.O a.ded to give a.complete picture a.out the Messinia. reservoirs distribution a.d cha.a.teriza.ion in the field. a.so the results show tha. there a.e still promising loca.ions of prospective a.u Ma.i Level 2&3 which a.e proposed to be drilled in the field.
