This article gives a general model using specific periodic special functions, which is degenerate elliptic Weierstrass P functions whose presence in the governing equations through the forcing terms simplify the periodic Navier Stokes equations (PNS) at the centers of cells of the 3-Torus. Satisfying a divergence-free vector field and periodic boundary conditions respectively with a general spatio-temporal forcing term which is smooth and spatially periodic, the existence of solutions which have finite time singularities can occur starting with the first derivative and higher with respect to time. The existence of a subspace of the solution space where v3 is continuous and {C, y1, y12}, is linearly independent in the additive argument of the solution in terms of the Lambert W function, (y12=y2, C∈R) together with the condition v2=-2y1v1. On this subspace, the Biot Savart Law holds exactly [see Section 2 (Equation (13))]. Also on this subspace, an expression X (part of PNS equations) vanishes which contains all the expressions in derivatives of v1 and v2 and the forcing terms in the plane which are related as with the cancellation of all such terms in governing PDE. The y3 component forcing term is arbitrarily small in ε ball where Weierstrass P functions touch the center of the ball both for inviscid and viscous cases. As a result, a significant simplification occurs with a v3 only governing PDE resulting. With viscosity present as v changes from zero to the fully viscous case at v =1 the solution for v3 reaches a peak in the third component y3. Consequently, there exists a dipole which is not centered at the center of the cell of the Lattice. Magmatic oxide deposits in the～260 Ma Emeishan Large Igneous Province（ELIP）,SW China and northern Vietnam,are important sources of Fe,Ti and *** giant magmatic Fe-Ti-V oxide deposits, such as the Panzhihua,Hongge,and Baima deposits,are well described in the literature and are hosted in layered mafic-ultramafic intrusions in the Panxi region,the central *** same type of ELIP- related deposits also occur far to the south and include the Anyi deposit,about 130 km south of Panzhihua,and the Mianhuadi deposit in the Red River fault *** Anyi deposit is relatively small but is similarly hosted in a layered mafic *** Mianhuadi deposit has a zircon U-Pb age of～260 Ma and is thus contemporaneous with the *** deposit was variably metamorphosed during the Indosinian orogeny and Red River ***,magnetite of the Mianhuadi deposit contains smaller amounts of Ti and V than that of the other deposits,possibly attributable to the later *** distribution of the oxide ore deposits is not related to the domal structure of the *** major feature of all the oxide deposits in the ELIP is the spatial association of oxide-bearing gabbroic intrusions,syenitic plutons and high-Ti flood ***,we propose that magmas from a mantle plume were emplaced into a shallow magma chamber where they were evolved into a field of liquid immiscibility to form two silicate liquids,one with an extremely Fe-Ti-rich gabbroic composition and the other *** immiscible Fe-Ti-（P） oxide melt may then separate from the mafic magmas to form oxide *** parental magmas from which these deposits formed were likely Fe-Ti-rich picritic in composition and were derived from enriched asthenospheric mantle at a greater depth than the magmas that produced sulfide-bearing intrusions of the ELIP.

Various lines of evidence have been used to infer the origin of human bipedalism,but the paucity of hominoid postcranial fossils and the diversity of inferred locomotor modes have tended to confound the reconstruction of ancestral *** of the bony labyrinth morphology of the inner ear of extinct and living hominoids provides independent evidence for inferring the evolution of hominoid locomotor *** computed tomography data and morphometric analyses of the Late Miocene ape Lufengpithecus indicate that it and other stem great apes possess labyrinths similar to one another and show that hominoids initially evolved from a positional repertoire that included orthogrady,below-branch forelimb suspension and progression,above-branch bipedalism,climbing,clambering,and leaping(hylobatid-like)to one that comprised above-branch quadrupedalism,below-branch forelimb suspension,vertical climbing,limited leaping,terrestrial quadrupedal running and walking,possibly with knuckle walking,and short bouts of bipedalism(chimpanzee-like).The bony labyrinth morphology of Lufengpithecus indicates that it probably conforms more closely to the last common ancestors of crown hominoids and hominids in its locomotor behavior than do other Miocene *** bipedalism evolved from this common archetypal Lufengpithecus-like locomotor *** low evolutionary rate of semicircular canal morphology suggests that Lufengpithecus experienced a relative stasis in locomotor behavior,probably due to the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau,which created a stable environment in the Miocene of southwestern China.

The Rat sarcoma virus (RAS) family of proteins, which includes the Kristen Rat sarcoma virus (KRAS), is linked to nearly one-fourth of all human cancers. KRAS mutations, in particular, are associated with Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma (NSCLC), colorectal cancer, adenocarcinomas, ovarian carcinoma, and endometrial tumors. KRAS activates 80 different signaling pathways, including Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) and Phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K), and up-regulates transcription factors such as ETS like Protein (ELK), Jun Proto-Oncogene (JUN), and Myelocytomatosis (MYC), which are involved in cell differentiation, proliferation, transformation, and survival. KRAS mutations are also known to cause autocrine function, which further exacerbates the situation. In NSCLC, KRAS mutations have a strong positive correlation with the disease, particularly in patients with a smoking history. In pancreatic cancer, KRAS mutations are a dominant pathological basis, with most mutations being G12D, G12V, G13D, G13C, G13S, and G13R. These mutations serve as initial markers in tumorigenesis and are associated with poor prognosis and high mortality rates. In colorectal cancer, KRAS mutations contribute to 4/5 of cases, with cellular mechanisms involving the MAPK pathway, which resists anti-epidermal growth factor antibodies. In Low-grade Serous Ovarian Cancer (LGSOC), KRAS mutations are associated with altered signaling in the MAPK pathway and drug resistance. However, treatments such as Selumetinib, a down regulator of RAS/Rapidly Accelerated Fibrosarcoma (RAF)/Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MEK) pathways, and a combination of trametinib and buparlisib have shown promise in managing LGSOC when diagnosed early through KRAS mutation markers. Although KRAS mutations are commonly associated with many types of cancer, their use in clinical practice is limited due to the lack of accurate methods to identify them. The epididymis is divided into caput, corpus and cauda regions, organized into intraregional segments separated by connective tissue septa （CTS）. In the adult rat and mouse these segments are highly differentiated. Regulation of these segments is by endocrine, lumicrine and paracrine factors, the relative importance of which remains under investigation. Here, the ability of the CTS to limit signaling in the interstitial compartment is reviewed as is the effect of 15 days of unilateral efferent duct ligation （EDL） on ipsilateral segmental transcriptional profiles. Inter-segmental microperifusions of epidermal growth factor （EGF）, vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGFA） and fibroblast growth factor 2 （FGF2） increased phosphorylation of mitogen activated protein kinase （MAPK） in segments 1 and 2 of the rat epididymis and the effects of all factors were limited by the CTS separating the segments. Microan＇ay analysis of segmental gene expression determined the effect of 15 days of unilateral EDL on the transcriptome-wide gene expression of rat segments 1-4. Over 11 000 genes were expressed in each of the four segments and over 2 000 transcripts in segment 1 responded to deprivation of testicular lumicrine factors. Segments 1 and 2 of control tissues were the most transcriptionally different and EDL had its greatest effects there. In the absence of lumicrine factors, all four segments regressed to a transcriptionally undifferentiated state, consistent with the less differentiated histology. Deprivation of lumicrine factors could stimulate an individual gene＇s expression in some segments yet suppress it in others. Such results reveal a higher complexity of the regulation of rat epididymal segments than that is generally appreciated. （Asian J Androl 2007 July; 9： 565-573）

The prevalence of alcoholic liver disease and non-alcoholic liver disease patients has nearly doubled over the past decades worldwide. Alcoholic liver disease among patients with chronic liver disease has increased with arisen due to alcohol consumption and obesity. The diagnosis plays a crucial role in treating such conditions based on the stages of liver functioning. The elevated liver enzymes are the key characterizing of identifying the alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and NAFLD. Later on, there is a progression of the disease conditions by developing fibrosis and cirrhosis, leading to liver carcinoma. The other state, steatohepatitis, is associated with an increase in liver-related and can lead to mortality. Risk factors for both diseases are growing, leading to various complications in health. There is no specific treatment up to date for these conditions, but statins play a crucial role in managing several liver disease conditions. The commonly used drug is hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG Co-A) reductase inhibitors. It is also known as statins, which help normalize liver enzymes in patients with elevated plasma aminotransferases. As a result, external liver damage is considered safe for the liver as the Statin medication at low to moderate dose usage. OBJECTIVES: The main scope of this review is to study the various factors like pharmacological actions, adverse events, and biochemical and liver cell imaging results in patients with ALD and NAFLD. The different types of statins used in alcoholic and non-alcoholic patients’ clinical data for the safety of the statin therapy were concluded in this review. Fatty liver changes of both liver disease conditions were studied using different drugs. The other liver enzymes like Alanine transaminase (ALT), Aspartate transaminase (AST), Gamma-glutamyl Transferase (GGT), and the effectiveness of Statin therapy are considered vital concepts in this review.
