The title complexes were modeled using the semiempirical MOpAc and the newly developed spARKLE paramerters of the lanthanides. The calculated bond dis tances and angles agreed well with those found from crystal structure measuremen ts. This technique allows us to screen a large number of molecules and get struc tural information within a very short time.

We study the effect of bulk viscosity on holographic dark energy(HDE)with Granda–Oliveros infra-red *** focus on a generalized form of the bulk viscous coefficient which successfully describes the present-day evolution of the *** observe that the model with bulk viscosity provides an elegant description of the early and late-time evolution of the *** constrain the model through the combined observational data of the strong Lensing system(sLs),measurements of Hubble parameter,Type Ia supernova data of pantheon sample and local H_(0)measured by *** best-fit values obtained from two different combinations of data,we estimate the present value of Hubble’s constant H_(0)=71.567-0.848+1.448and H_(0)=69.197-1.924+1.563,the deceleration parameter q_(0)=-0.535-0.016+0.016and q_(0)=-0.536-0.016+0.016,and the equation of state w_(0)=-0.690-0.010+0.010and w_(0)=-0.691-0.011+0.011,*** HDE model with bulk viscosity exhibits the phase transition from decelerated epoch to accelerated epoch.A comparison of the model with the standardΛcDM model is discussed with the statefinder and cosmographic parameters.

Multiple ballistic impacts are carried out on a 2024-T4 aluminum alloy by spherical steel projectiles(5-mm diameter)at~400 m s^(-1),to investigate its dynamic deformation and *** ballistic impact process is captured with high-speed *** samples are characterized with optical imaging,three-dimensional laser scanning,microhardness testing and electron backscatter *** increasing number of impacts,crater diameter increases slightly,but crater depth and crater volume increase significantly,and strain accumulation leads to microhardness increase *** parameters all follow power-law relations with the number of ***-like deformation bands and macroscopic deformation twins are produced by impact as a result of spontaneous dislocation self-pinning under high strain rate,large shear *** multiple impacts,shear strain accumulation in the arc-shaped region of the crater induces deformation twinning when it exceeds a critical value(~1.1-1.6).It is highly possible that the deformation twins are related to deformation bands,since they both share one set of the{111}pole with the initial matrix grain.A finite element method model is optimized to reproduce experimental observations and interpret deformation mechanisms.

In this study, bacteria associated with marine organisms were screened for the production of exopolysaccharides（Epss） on MY media containing sea salts（2.5%-10%）. Three selected isolates were identified as Alteromonas sp. pRIM-21, Nitratireductor sp. pRIM-24 and Enterobacter sp. pRIM-26 using 16 s r RNA gene sequencing. Optimization of the growth and Eps production kinetics in relation to incubation time were assessed. The purified Eps yield was 590, 650 and 540 mg·L-1 culture media respectively in Alteromonas sp. pRIM-21, Nitratireductor sp. pRIM-24 and Enterobacter sp. pRIM-26. Biochemical and FTIR analyses revealed the presence of biologically important functional groups in the Eps produced by all the three isolates. The Eps produced by Nitratireductor sp. pRIM-24 and Alteromonas sp. pRIM-21 showed 2.0% sulfate content. These bacterial Eps also showed antioxidant and emulsifying activities and the Eps produced by Enterobacter ***-26 showed significantly higher antioxidant activities in terms of superoxide（Ic50 0.33 mg·mL -1） and DppH（Ic50 0.44 mg·mL -1） radical scavenging. It also showed higher emulsifying activities against selected hydrophobic substrates with EI24 values above 60%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the isolated bacteria produce Eps that can be investigated in detail for biotechnological applications.

strigula sensu lato has been previously defined based on phenotype characters as a rather broad genus including tropical to temperate species growing on a wide array of *** this study,based on a multilocus phylogenetic approach,we show that foliicolous species form six well-delimited clades that correlate with diagnostic phenotype features,including thallus morphology,carbonization of the involucrellum and excipulum,ascospore dimensions,and type of *** the topology,with five of the six clades emerging on long stem branches,and the strong phenotypical differentiation between the clades,we recognize these at the genus level,making mostly use of previously established genus *** genera,namely phylloporis,puiggariella,Raciborskiella,and Racoplaca,are resurrected for the ***,***,***,and *** groups,respectively,whereas one new genus,serusiauxiella ***.,is introduced for a novel lineage with peculiar *** only sequenced non-foliicolous species,***,is not closely related to these six foliicolous lineages but clusters with Flavobathelium and phyllobathelium,revealing it as an additional undescribed genus-level lineage being treated *** the new genus serusiauxiella,three new species are described:serusiauxiella filifera ***.,*** ***.,and *** *** addition,ten new combinations are proposed:phylloporis austropunctata ***.,*** ***.,*** ***.,puiggariella confluens *** ***.,*** ***.,*** ***.,Racoplaca maculata ***.,*** ***.,***,and *** *** also report on a peculiar,previously unrecognized growth behaviour of the macroconidial appendages in strigula ***.

Biodegradation of crystal Violet by Agrobacterium radiobacter

Agrobacterium radiobacter MTcc 8161 completely decolorized the crystal Violet with 8 hr （10 mg/L） at static anoxic conditions. The decreased decolorization capability by A. radiobacter was observed, when the crystal Violet concentration was increased from 10 to 100 mg/L. semi-synthetic medium containing 1% yeast extract and 0.1% NH4c1 has shown 100% decolorization of crystal Violet within 5 hr. A complete degradation of crystal Violet by A. radiobacter was observed up to 7 cycles of repeated addition （10 rag/L）. When the effect of increasing inoculum concentration on decolorization of crystal Violet （100 mg/L） was studied, maximum decolorization was observed with 15% inoculum concentration. A significant increase in the activities of laccase （184%） and aminopyrine N-demethylase （300%） in cells obtained after decolorization indicated the involvement of these enzymes in decolorization process. The intermediates formed during the degradation of crystal Violet were analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy （Gc/Ms）. It was detected the presence of N,N,N＇,N＂-tetramethylpararosarfiline, IN, N-dimethylaminophenyl] [N-methylaminophenyl] benzophenone, N, N-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, 4-methyl amino phenol and phenol. We proposed the hypothetical metabolic pathway of crystal Violet biodegradation by A. radiobacter. phytotoxicity and microbial toxicity study showed that crystal Violet biodegradation metabolites were less toxic to bacteria （A. radiobacter, p. aurugenosa and A. vinelandii） contributing to soil fertility and for four kinds of plants （sorghum bicolor, Vigna radiata, Lens culinaris and Triticum aestivum） which are most sensitive, fast growing and commonly used in Indian agriculture.

The sub-micron（of the order of 150 nm） thick core–shell composite fibers of magnesium ferrite-polyvinylidene fluoride are prepared by *** loading of magnesium ferrite is varied from 1 to 10 wt%.The study results by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and infra-red spectroscopy indicate the formation of core–shell structure and an enhancement in the amount of b-phase compared to a-phase in the polyvinylidene *** particle size of the magnesium ferrite in the fiber is evaluated to be 30 *** low frequency dielectric studies indicate that the addition of the magnesium ferrite increases the polarization resulting in the increase in the dielectric constant but decreases the dielectric *** magnetization measurements indicate an increased value of coercivity compared to bulk due to the nano-size of the magnesium *** microwave absorption at the ferromagnetic resonance increases with the increase in the concentration of magnesium *** resonance field is found to vary with the loading of MFO.
