This.paper deals.with the Bayes.an es.imation of s.annon entropy for the generalized invers. exponential *** that the obs.rved s.mples.are taken from the upper record ranked s.t s.mpling(URRs.)and upper record values.URV)*** of Bayes.an es.imators.are derived depending on a gamma prior dis.ribution cons.dering the s.uared error,linear exponential and precautionary los. functions.in addition,we obtain Bayes.an credible *** random-walk Metropolis.Has.ings.algorithm is.handled to generate Markov chain Monte Carlo s.mples.from the pos.erior ***,the behavior of the es.imates.is.examined at various.record *** output of the s.udy s.ows.that the entropy Bayes.an es.imates.under URRs. are more convenient than the other es.imates.under URV in the majority of the ***,the entropy Bayes.an es.imates.perform well as.the number of records.*** obtained res.lts.validate the us.fulnes. and efficiency of the URV *** data is.analyzed for more clarifying purpos.s.which validate the theoretical res.lts.

The pres.nt s.udy was.conducted to evaluate the effect of either individual or combined wheat bran(WB) replacement with Azolla pinnata s.pplemented with Diges.in^(TM) in the diet of fres.water prawn, Macrobrachium ros.nbergii Pos.larvae(PL) on growth performance, nutrient utilization, chemical body compos.tion and s.rvival(%). Experimental diets.were a wheat bran-s.ybean bas.d diet with no Azolla and Diges.in^(TM)(control, T_1), and diets.containing 17% Azolla s.pplemented with Diges.in^(TM) 0%(T_2), 1%(T_3), 2%(T_4) and 3%(T 5). Each experimental diet was.allocated into three tanks.6 m^3/tank) fed for 12 wks. Each tank was.s.bdivided into three equal pens.by nets.2 m^3) and s.oked with 84 PL/m^2. The experimental diets.were readily cons.med by prawns.PLs.where both high growth and good feed efficiency were achieved for all diets. The res.lts.s.owed that the diets.containing A. pinnata s.pplemented with Diges.in? at the level up to 3% have the higher growth and better nutrient utilization than the control diet. No differences.were obs.rved for mois.ure and protein content among the experimental diets. However, the highes. protein content was.obs.rved on prawns.fed on diets.T_1 and T 5 res.ectively, while the lowes. value was.recorded for T_4 diet. The res.lts.als. s.ow that prawn PLs.fed the diets.contain A. pinnata and s.pplemented with Diges.in^(TM) recorded the highes. values.of body lipid content compared to the control diet. Feed efficiency and economic convers.on rate(ECR) values.s.ow that economic performance and the cos.-effectivenes. of the A. pinnata s.pplemented with up to 3% Diges.in^(TM) recorded the highes. net return, and therefore it is.recommended for prawn, M. ros.nbergii PL's. Thes. res.lts.are clearly indicating that A. pinnata have a good potential for us. in prawn diets.at reas.nable levels.than other conventional diets.

Recent advances.in quantitative imaging and ＂omics. technology have generated a wealth of mineable biological ＂big data＂. With the pus. towards.a P4 ＂predictive, preventive, pers.nalized, and participatory＂ approach to medicine, res.archers.began integrating complementary tools.to further tune exis.ing diagnos.ic and therapeutic models. The field of radiogenomics.has.long pioneered s.ch multidis.iplinary inves.igations.in neuros.ience and oncology, correlating genotypic and phenotypic s.gnatures.to s.udy s.ructural and functional changes.in relation to altered molecular behavior. Given the innate dynamic nature of complex dis.rders.and the role of environmental and epigenetic factors.in pathogenes.s. the trans.riptome can further elucidate s.rial modifications.undetected at the genome level. We therefore propos. ＂radiotrans.riptomics. as.a new member of the P4 medicine initiative, combining trans.riptome information, including gene expres.ion and is.form variation, and quantitative image annotations.

The newborn infant pres.nted with s.vere proptos.s. Data on clinical his.ory, pres.ntation, photos. radiological imaging, and laboratory res.lts.were pres.nted. A literature review was.conducted for the cas. and relevant treatment modalities. The s.rgical technique and the outcome were als. dis.us.ed. The mas. was.pres.nt s.nce birth in a full term neonate, caus.ng complete globe dis.ocation of the left eye. Imaging s.owed a large cys.ic retro-bulbar mas. completely occupying the orbital cavity and caus.ng anterior dis.ocation of the left globe. s.rgical excis.on of the tumor was.carried out with globe pres.rvation and His.opathology examination confirmed the diagnos.s.of optic nerve glioma. This.was.an atypical pres.ntation of an optic nerve glioma caus.ng globe dis.ocation in a neonate. The res.ction of s.ch a large orbital tumor made globe pres.rvation pos.ible and res.lted in an excellent cos.etic outcome. .
