The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and *** aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian *** the combination of the Korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively *** we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in *** test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and *** a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TmRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA *** addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NsRT) further doubled the east-west angular *** the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TmRT+NsRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in m87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully *** demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in *** expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.

Background. The larvae of the botfly dermatobia hominis cause furunculoid myiasis in endemic areas. Lack of knowledge of this condition outside these areas leads to confusion in diagnosis and delays appropriate treatment. Objective. To describe the clinical findings of furunculoid myiasis encountered in Quintana Roo, in the south-east of mexico. materials and methods. We performed an observational study on 25 cases diagnosed over a period of 4 years. Results. diagnosis of furunculoid myiasis was made in 14 males and 11 females with an average age of 24.5 years. most of our patients were students, farmers, or housewives. The number of lesions varied from one to four. In 20% of cases, more than one parasite was present in each lesion. The scalp was the most commonly affected region (40% ), followed by the trunk and the extremities. doppler ultrasound study (dUsG) of the furuncle- like lesions confirmed the clinical diagnosis in all cases. Conclusions. furunculoid myiasis is frequent in the state of Quintana Roo, mexico. We found no association with occupation, gender, social background or age. dUsG can be used to evaluate the number of parasites per furunculoid lesion avoiding misdiagnoses and treatmentdelays.

目的开发一种基于天体物理观测技术的硅(si)和碲化镉(CdTe)成像的康普顿相机来应用于生物医学,并测试其三维(3d)成像的能力。材料与方法所有动物实验均依照动物保护和实验委员会的相关制度进行(群马大学,前桥市,日本)。将18f-脱氧葡萄糖(fdG)、碘131(131Ⅰ)的甲基无胆甾烯醇、镓67(67Ga)的柠檬酸盐分别压缩到微管内并植入到Wistar大鼠的皮下,并在处死大鼠后(体外模型)应用康普顿相机确定放射性同位素化合物的分布情况。在另一项实验中,在成像前将含铟111(111In)的氯化盐和131Ⅰ-甲基无胆甾烯醇注射到大鼠的静脉内,并对大鼠进行口饲含铜64(64Cu)的氯化盐。应用3d成像并通过列表模式期望最大化最大似然法确定处死后大鼠的放射性同位素分布情况。结果 si/CdTe康普顿相机通过清晰显示试管植入体外模型的fdG、131Ⅰ-甲基无胆甾烯醇和67Ga-柠檬酸盐的分布情况,显示了其3d多核素成像能力。处死前由尾静脉注射药物的模型更接近生理状态,其3d成像能显示131Ⅰ-甲基无胆甾烯醇和64Cu-氯化盐的分布情况,并成功显示2种同位素的分布差异,但是由于低能区的模糊效应,难以清晰显示111In-氯化盐的浓集情况。结论在体外模型中,si/CdTe康普顿相机可对多种同位素分布同时进行3d成像。

西替利嗪与阿司咪唑治疗常年变应性鼻炎

目的：比较西替利嗪与阿司咪唑治疗常年变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法：将常年变应性鼻炎病人７４例（男性３４例，女性４０例，年龄３５±ｓ１０ａ）随机分为西替利嗪治疗组４３例和阿司咪唑对照组３１例。治疗组与对照组分别口服西替利嗪和阿司咪唑各１０ｍｇ／ｄ×１０ｄ，并辅以０．５％可的松和１％麻黄碱滴鼻，每日２～３次。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为９５％与８１％（Ｐ＞０．０５）。１ｈ内治疗组起效４０例，对照组３例（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗组嗜睡１例，对照组６例（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：西替利嗪治疗常年变应性鼻炎与阿司咪唑比较具有起效快、不良反应少的特点。

目的 :评价伪麻滴剂治疗病儿由感冒等引起的鼻塞的疗效和安全性。方法 :本次临床试验采用多中心、随机、单盲、对照研究。入选 144例 ,完成141例 ,病儿年龄均 3a以内。其中伪麻滴剂组 72例 (脱落 2例 ) ,男性 38例 ,女性 32例 ,年龄为 ( 18±s10 )mo ,服用伪麻滴剂 ;氨酚伪麻滴剂组 72例 (脱落 1例 ) ,男性 4 1例 ,女性 30例 ,年龄 ( 18± 10 )mo ,服用氨酚伪麻滴剂。 2组均按月龄服药 ,每日 4次 ,疗程均为 3d。观察 2组疗效和不良反应。结果 :伪麻滴剂有明显的缓解鼻塞的效果 ,服药 3d后的缓解鼻塞的有效率达 83%,氨酚伪麻滴剂组的有效率75 %,2组疗效经Ridit分析 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。伪麻滴剂组不良反应的发生率为 1%,氨酚伪麻滴剂组为 3%(P >0 .0 5 )。未出现严重及预料之外的不良反应。本次试验期间未发现试验药物对血常规和尿常规有明显影响。结论 :伪麻滴剂对由普通感冒等引起的鼻塞有明显疗效 ,不良反应小。

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main *** of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator *** this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 meV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/*** ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are *** large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation *** m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith ***,JUNO can simultaneously measuredelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLANd experiment.

　目的:验证国产基因芯片检测HBV P基因突变的准确性和敏感性。方法:选择14例服用拉米夫定48周时HBV dNA定量检测仍阳性的慢性乙型肝炎病人的血清标本,用HBV基因突变检测基因芯片检测患者血清中HBV dNA聚合酶基因,观察发生Ymdd变异的情况。同时用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术扩增上述血清标本中编码HBV dNA聚合酶的P基因片段并直接测序,以对比检查 P基因发生 Ymdd变异的情况。结果:14 例患者血清标本用基因芯片均检出 HBV dNA,9例为野生株,5 例发生 Ymdd变异,其中 3 例为 m552I(YIdd)变异, 2 例为 m552V(YVdd)变异,同时均伴有L528m变异。与用PCR扩增产物直接测序的结果完全相同。结论:国产HBV基因突变检测芯片具有特异性强、灵敏性高、快速、简便等优点,可以替代繁琐的dNA序列测定和分析,可作为临床监测HBV dNA变异的常规方法。

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental *** this study,the potential of searching for proton decay in the p→νK^(+)mode with JUNO is *** kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for ***,the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits suppression of the sizable background caused by other delayed *** on these advantages,the detection efficiency for the proton decay via p→νK^(+)is 36.9%±4.9%with a background level of 0.2±0.05(syst)±0.2(stat)events after 10 years of data *** estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years of exposure is 9.6×1033 years,which is competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel and complements the use of different detection technologies.
