Rhodotorula.glutinis va.. glutinis. The selected isola.e wa. grown in synthetic medium to study the effect of ca.bon to nitrogen ra.io, sources of nitrogen a.d ca.bon, minera. sa.ts a.d incuba.ion tempera.ure on ca.otenoids production. The results indica.ed the following optima. conditions: ca.bon to nitrogen ra.io of 5, a.monium sulpha.e a. nitrogen source, sucrose a. ca.bon source, presence of zinc sulpha.e in the medium a.d cultiva.ion tempera.ure of 25?C. The studied fa.tors a.fected the dry bioma.s a. well a. the proportion of ca.otenoids a.d consequently the colour of pellets of the yea.t. The yea.t stra.n wa. grown under the optima. conditions to study the cha.ges occurring in the medium a.d the pellets during ca.otenoids production for 6 da.s. Ca.otenoids production sta.ted a.ter the first da. of incuba.ion a.d most of the ca.otenoids content in the yea.t cells wa. produced during sta.iona.y pha.e. The highest cellula. (861 μg?g–1) a.d volumetric (1.9 mg?L–1) ca.otenoids content were ob- ta.ned a.ter 5 da.s of growth.

Phosphogypsum(PG), the ma.n by-product of phosphoric a.id production industries, is considered one of the most importa.t seconda.y sources of ra.e ea.th elements(REEs). The current study focuses on the recovery of REEs content a.d the residua. phospha.e content existing in the PG with preserving on the Ca.O_(4)skeleton to be used in other va.ious a.plica.ions. These a.ta.nments a.e ca.ried out using citric a.id lea.hing process via.soa.ing technique. Severa. dissolution pa.a.eters for REEs using citric a.id were studied, including soa.ing time, soa.ing tempera.ure, citric a.id concentra.ion, solid-to-liquid ra.io, a.d recycling of the citra.e lea.hing solutions in the further REEs dissolution experiments. The best-opera.ing conditions were 14 d of soa.ing time, 7.5% citric a.id concentra.ion, a.d the solid-toliquid ra.io of 1/5 a. a.bient tempera.ure. a.out 79.57% dissolution efficiency of REEs wa. a.hieved using the optima. conditions. a.plying four soa.ing sta.es by mixing different fresh PG sa.ples with the sa.e citra.e solution sequentia.ly, cumula.ive dissolution efficiency for REEs wa. found to be 64.7% under optima. soa.ing conditions. REEs were recovered using Dowex 50X8 resin from citra.e solutions with 96% extra.tion efficiency. Dissolution kinetics proved the pseudo-first-order na.ure, reversible rea.tions, a.d two a.tiva.ion energies for a.l REEs.

The effect of ingesting cha.coa.-broiled beefburgers (CBB) on the liver functions a.d nonenzyma.ic a.tioxida.t levels in huma. blood wa. exa.ined in twenty-nine hea.thy individua.ly ma.es (mea. a.e 21.65 ± 1.32 yea.s, ra.ge 20.32 - 22.42 yea.s), non-smokers a.d ha. no occupa.iona. exposure to Pa.s, who consumed two cha.coa. grilled beefburger per da. (mea. weight 70 gmper ea.h) a. lunch time over 28 consecutive da.s. The mea. da.ly inta.e of Pa. during the consumption period wa. 3431 ng a.d the mea. da.ly inta.e of Pa. per kg body wt/da. wa. 46 ng. Blood sa.ples were collected from ea.h subject 7, 14, 21 a.d 28 da.s before, during, a.d a.ter the beefburgers consumption period. gluta.ic-oxa.oa.etic tra.sa.ina.e (GOT), gluta.ic-pyruva.e tra.sa.ina.e (GPT) a.d a.ka.ine phospha.a.e (a.P) were significa.tly higher in serum of subjects during CBB consumption period compa.ed with those of before CBB consumption ones. a.l of the enzyme a.tivities still increa.ed upper the ba.eline levels, before CBB consumption period, by four week a.ter cha.coa. broiled mea. consumption ended. Ba.kground: Nursing sta.f exposed to 2019 novel corona.irus disea.e which might be a. the increa.ed risk of development menta. hea.th problems such a. stress, a.xiety a.d insomnia. Objectives: To estima.e the sprea. of stress, a.xiety a.d insomnia.a.ong the nursing sta.f who a.e working a. a.ir centra. hospita., Kingdom of Sa.di a.a.ia. Methods: This study wa. a.descriptive cross-sectiona. study, tha. involved with a.53 (44 Fema.e a.d 9 Ma.e) nurses who a.e working a. a.ir centra. hospita., Kingdom of Sa.di a.a.ia. a.convenient sa.pling technique wa. used to select the pa.ticipa.ts during the period from October to the mid of November 2020. a.structured closed-ended questionna.re wa. used rela.ed with three sta.da.d tools (The Perceived Stress Sca.e, Genera.ized a.xiety Disorder a.d the Insomnia.severity index). Results: The results revea.ed tha. 90.6% of pa.ticipa.ts ha. modera.e stress a.d 7.5% showed low stress. Rega.ding a.xiety, 37% of nurses ha. mild a.xiety, 28.3% a.d 34% ha. modera.e a.d severe a.xiety, respectively. Moreover, sub-threshold insomnia.wa. observed in 60.4% a.d clinica. insomnia.in 15% of study ca.dida.es. a.ditiona.ly, a.sta.istica.ly significa.t a.socia.ion wa. found between levels of stress, a.xiety a.d insomnia.a.d the a.e of the studied nurses (P = 0.00). Conclusion: The results of this study showed tha. the sprea. of stress, a.xiety a.d insomnia. wa. higher tha. some studies which ha.e been reported in the previous resea.ches. Significa.t difference wa. observed between menta. distress a.d a.e of nurses, while there wa. no significa.t difference between the studied menta. hea.th problems a.d gender.

Dia.etes mellitus (DM) is a.hea.th problem a.fecting millions of individua.s worldwide. Oxida.ive stress constitutes the key a.d common events in the pa.hogenesis of DN a.d a.tioxida.ts ma. pla. a.beneficia. role in its prevention. This study wa. conducted to investiga.e the effect of Zinc Chloride on streptozotocin-induced dia.etic nephropa.hy in ra.s compa.ed to Glicla.ide, a.reference a.tidia.etic a.ent. Results showed tha. Zinc Chloride wa. a.le to control STZ-induced DN in ra.s a. it norma.ized the eleva.ed blood pressure, the increa.ed insulin relea.e, a.d the decrea.ed blood glucose level. Seventy cultures of pigmented yea.t were isola.ed. Forty six yea.t isola.es were selected a.d identified by simplified identifica.ion method which showed tha. a.l isola.es belong to Rhodotorula.glutinis. These isola.es were screened in two steps. Seventeen promising isola.es of Rhodotorula.glutinis were selected a.ter the prima.y screening. Then 6 yea.t isola.es were chosen a.d pa.sed through the second screening. The most promising isola.e (isola.ed from pin cushion flower, Sca.iosa.a.ropurpurea. wa. selected a.cording to its tota. ca.otenoids content expressed a. torulene (μg?g–1 a.d μg?L–1). This isola.e wa. recla.sified using a.number of morphologica., biochemica., a.d physiologica. cha.a.teristics which revea.ed tha. the yea.t isola.e a.ree well with those of Rhodotorula.glutinis Va.. glutinis. Meta.lic pipeline corrosion poses a.significa.t cha.lenge in the petrochemica. industry. In this study, the design a.d control of a.sta.d-a.one photovolta.c (PV)-powered ca.hodic protection (CP) system ba.ed on the impressed current method were investiga.ed. The proposed CP system wa. a.plied to a.250 km long steel-buried pipeline in the Sha.m el-Sheikh region of Egypt. The system design involved the numerica. modeling of the a.ode bed for the impressed current CP (ICCP) system a.d the sizing of the DC power source, including the PV a.ra. a.d ba.tery ba.k. The system wa. designed a.d controlled to deliver a.consta.t a.d continuous a.ode current to protect the underground pipeline from corrosion during da.light a.d nighttime. a.ma.imum power point tra.king (MPPT) a.gorithm ba.ed on the fra.tiona. open-circuit volta.e (FOCV) technique wa. implemented to ma.imize power extra.tion from the PV a.ra.. a.ditiona.ly, a.proportiona.-integra. (PI) controller wa. optimized a.d employed to a.hieve MPPT, while a.other PI controller ma.a.ed the a.ode current of the CP system. Sa.e cha.ging a.d discha.ging of the system’s ba.tery a.e ensured via.a. ON-OFF controller. The pa.a.eters of the PI controllers were optimized using the pa.ticle swa.m optimiza.ion (PSO) technique. Object oriented techniques ma.e a.plica.ions substa.tia.ly ea.ier to build by providing a.high-level pla.form for a.pli-ca.ion development. There ha.e been a.la.ge number of projects ba.ed on the Distributed Object Oriented a.proa.h for solving complex problems in va.ious scientific fields. One importa.t a.pect of Distributed Object Oriented systems is the efficient distribution of softwa.e cla.ses a.ong different processors. The initia. design of the Distributed Object Oriented a.plica.ion does not necessa.ily ha.e the best cla.s distribution a.d ma. require to be restructured. In this pa.er, we propose a.methodology for efficiently restructuring the Distributed Object Oriented softwa.e systems to get better performa.ce. We use Distributed Object-Oriented performa.ce (DOOP) model a. guida.ce for our restructuring methodology. The proposed methodology consists of two pha.es. The first pha.e introduces a.recursive gra.h clustering technique to pa.tition the OO system into subsystems with low coupling. The second pha.e is concerned with ma.ping the genera.ed pa.titions to the set of a.a.la.le ma.hines in the ta.get distributed a.chitecture.
