Elas.ic modulus.E)interpretation is.debatable with limited literature detailing the impact of *** addres. this.impact,a comprehens.ve tes.ing s.hedule us.ng an aluminium 6061(Al)s.mple is.carried out on s.veral s.s.ems.under various.tes. *** is.chos.n as.it is.extruded and adheres.to well defined s.ape tolerances.and elas.ic properties.A robus. method,us.ng the s.vitzky-Golay filter,is.introduced to identify s.gnificant s.ope changes.in the s.res.es.rain *** the load in the tes. s.s.em is.well defined,the recorded deformation is.corrected to the expected value of Al res.lting in a s.s.em-compliance *** res.lts.acros. the tes.ing s.s.ems.and tes. s.tups.s.owed s.gnificant variance,with the recorded E always.lower than the anticipated *** number of components.within the s.s.em over which the deformation is.meas.red had the mos. s.gnificant impact,lowering the expected E by up to 50%.Additionally,the s.s.em-compliance factor is.incons.s.ent acros. different s.s.ems.and ***,it is.evidently proved that each s.tup mus. be s.parately evaluated for its.s.s.em-compliance and that no s.ngle value exis.s.acros. s.s.ems.and *** findings.are then projected onto a s.ries.of uniaxial compres.ive s.rength(UCs.tes.s.carried out on s.ans.ead granite(s.
