依托国家自然基金项目(41461112,31660235),在陇东黄土高原中沟小流域(35°19’N–35°20’N,107°30’e–107°31’e),选取20世纪70年代中后期大面积种植的人工刺槐林植被,根据热平衡原理,采用热扩散探针技术对所选样树的树干液流进行持续监测,并同时测定气象因子。该数据集包括:2017年5月19日–2019年12月10日陇东黄土高原中沟小流域常规样地树干液流监测数据(数据监测频率为10分钟),数据的存储形式为:.xlsx格式,压缩后数据量为6,59KB。该数据集部分数据(2017年生长季树干液流数据)的分析研究成果(甘肃泾川中沟小流域刺槐生长盛期树干液流动态分析与陇东黄土高原区人工刺槐林树干液流特征研究)已完成。

为了扭转当前不合理的医疗资源配置格局、有效盘活存量、提高医疗资源配置使用效率,分级诊疗制度逐渐地走上了新医改的舞台。但是,当前国家配套政策的不完善、各级医疗机构不配合、居民就医习惯不理性等因素严重阻碍了分级诊疗体系的健康运行,"看病难,看病贵"问题仍然没有得到有效缓解。该文以roCCIPI技术为分析框架,全面、系统、科学的识别分级诊疗体系运行中存在的问题并提出改进策略,希望为分级诊疗实践提供参考。

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. Literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.
