The aim of this study of the spatial dispersion of tin, niobium and tantalum mineralization associated with the Mayo Darlé granitoids was to produce prospecting guides through predictive maps of Sn, Nb and Ta in the region. It was based on a database (in appendix) obtained after analysis of rock samples (greisens and quartz veins) collected in the field, using a portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer. Two approaches were used: 1) structural studies in the field using the directions of veins and fractures 2) the use of variographic maps, an essential element in geostatistics for determining directional anisotropies. A joint synthesis of the modelling results shows that tin, tantalum and niobium mineralization at Mayo Darlé is concentrated along strike intervals N315E to N320E, with mineralization also occurring along strike N35E for high-grade Sn, medium-grade Ta and low-grade Nb. In short, mineral concentrations disperse progressively in space: positively from east to west for tantalum and niobium, and inversely for tin.

The south-east of Cameroon encompasses a wide variety of geological structures among which we can cite the Congo Craton (CC), the Sanaga Fault (SF), the Yaoundé Domain, the Panafrican belt, the Protozoic series and the Dja complex. The presence of all these structures justifies the great tectonic activity to which this area was subject from the rupture of Pangea to the creation of the different plates that exist today. In this work, we will bring out a high-resolution structural map of the study area by applying the qualitative analysis of the phase filters on 200,900 points of gravimetric data obtained from the combination of the XGM2016 and ETOPO1 models. Then, with these same data, we will bring out another structural map with the maxima method called Multi-Scale Horizontal Derivative of Vertical Derivative (MSHDVD) which will be compared to the first in order to show the limits of the MSHDVD method. To do this, we will first use the extension method to highlight the map of residual anomalies, then a combination of derivative, gradient and phase filters to highlight the geological structures responsible for fracturing in this area. Phase filters have the advantage that they make it possible to highlight all the geological edges responsible for the fracturing without taking into account the depth, while the MSHDVD method highlights the existing geological contacts (edges) at depths well defined by the examiner. The structural map obtained with the MSHDVD method shows that the major structural direction in this zone is W-E while that obtained from the interpretation of the phase filters is more precise and shows that the major structural direction in this area would be N-S and this result would be in perfect agreement with the tectonics of East Cameroon.

Nanocomposites α-Fe/Fe 3B/Y 2O 3 were prepared by a melt-spun technique, and the electromagnetic wave absorption properties were measured in the 0 05～20 05 GHz range. Compared with α-Fe/Y 2O 3 composites, the resonance frequency (f r) of α-Fe/Fe 3B/Y 2O 3 shifted to a higher frequency range due to the large anisotropy field (H A) of tetragonal Fe 3B (～0 4 mA·m -1). The relative permittivity (ε r=ε r′-jε r″) was constantly low over the 0 5～10 GHz region, which indicates that the composite powders have a high resistivity (ρ=～100 Ωm). The effective electromagnetic wave absorption (RL<-20 dB) was obtained in a frequency range of 2.7～6.5 GHz on resin composites of 80% (mass fraction) α-Fe/Fe 3B/Y 2O 3 powders, with thickness of 6～3 mm respectively. A minimum reflection loss of -33 dB was observed at 4.5 GHz with an absorber thickness of 4 mm.

A new convenient calcium cyanamide （CaCN2） reduction route was developed to synthesize the Eu^2＋ activated Ca-α-SiAION phosphors containing low oxygen content. The luminescence properties of the obtained products were investigated for white LEDs application. The critical Eu^2＋ concentration in various hosts and its effect on the photoluminescence properties were studied. The optimized sample （10at.% Eu^2＋ vs. Ca^2＋） could be efficiently excited by the current GaN/InGaN blue LED chips and provided emission intensity competitive with that of YAG：Ce^3＋（P46-Y3） standard, revealing that this phosphor was a potential candidate for phosphor-converted white LEDs.

目的考察癌症患者生命质量评定工具“癌症康复评价简表”(CARES-SF)中文版的信度和效度。方法采用“WHO-QOL跨文化生命质量研究问卷翻译法”对CARES-SF进行系统翻译和评价,并应用中文版CARES-SF对146名恶性肿瘤患者的生命质量进行调查,并在6个月后对其中的107名患者进行生命质量随访。结果CARES-SF中文版重测信度为0.81,内部一致性为0.66-0.93,与症状困扰程度、焦虑、抑郁评分之间的相关系数分别为0.46,0.43,0.49(P<0.01);因素分析得到9个因素,各条目负载大于0.4,该9个因素共解释了66.82%的方差,基本证实了其结构效度;该量表能区分出不同类型的癌症患者生命质量之间的差异,以及同一患者生命质量在6个月中的纵向变化。结论CARES-SF中文版是一份具有较好信度和效度的癌症患者生命质量评定量表,可应用与肿瘤临床和科研。

We designed a Japanese version of the Smartphone Dependence Scale (J-SDS) for university students, and assessed its validity and reliability. For development of this scale, we initially selected 43 preliminary items based on previous studies of Internet and mobile phone dependence. Each response was scored using a Likert scale (0, 1, 2, 3), with higher scores indicating greater dependence. After administering the preliminary scale to 149 university students, the final 29 items were selected according to exploratory factor analysis. The final scale consisted of 5 factors: 1) craving and withdrawal, 2) overuse and tolerance, 3) virtual life orientation, 4) disturbance of concentration in class, and 5) physical symptoms. Reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s alpha) values for the 5 factors and total J-SDS were 0.87, 0.87, 0.76, 0.77, 0.69, and 0.92, respectively. We then summed the Likert scores for each item to provide a quantitative overall smartphone dependence score, with higher scores indicating greater dependence. The J-SDS score became significantly higher with longer hours of smartphone use (p < 0.001). Our results suggest that the J-SDS is a reliable and valid scale for screening university students who may be at risk of developing smartphone dependence.

Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma responds to MK615, a compound extract from the Japanese apricot “Prunus mume ”

MK615, a compound extracted from the Japanese apricot "Prunus mume " has been reported to have in vitro anti-tumor activities against several cancer cell lines,including hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). However, the clinical effects and feasibility of administering MK615for patients with HCC were unknown. We experienced a case with advanced HCC for which MK615 was effective against both lymph node and pulmonary metastases. A 60-year-old female underwent surgical resection of a 9 cm HCC in the right lobe. The pathological diagnosis was moderately differentiated HCC with vascular invasion. The HCC recurred in the liver 8 mo after the surgery. Radiofrequency ablation and transarterial infusion chemotherapy were performed, but the recurrence was not controlled. One year after the intrahepatic recurrence, pulmonary and lymph metastasis *** was administered, but was not ***, MK615 was administered as a final alternative therapy after informed consent was obtained from the patient. Three months later, her alpha-fetoprotein level decrease and both the lymph node and pulmonary metastases decreased in size. The patient has survived for more than 17 mo after the MK615 administration, and was in good condition. Although further investigations are necessary to clarify its safety and efficacy in humans, MK615 may be useful for the treatment of HCC,without serious adverse effects.

Triple therapy of interferon and ribavirin with zinc supplementation for patients with chronic hepatitis C:A randomized controlled clinical trial

AIM： To study the therapeutic effect of interferon （IFN） and ribavirin with zinc supplement on patients with chronic hepatitis C viral （HCV） infection. METHODS： A total of 102 patients confirmed histologically to have chronic HCV infection with genotype lb and more than 100 KIU/mL of HCV were randomly assigned to each arm of the study and each received 10 million units of pegylated interferon （IFN- alpha-2b） daily for 4 wk followed by the same dose every other day for 20 wk plus ribavirin （600 or 800 mg/d depending on body weight）, with or without polaprezinc （150 mg/d） orally for 24 wk. The primary endpoint was sustained virological response （SVR） defined as negative HCV-RNA in the serum 6 mo after treatment. RESULTS： There were no differences in the clinical background between the two groups except for more females in the dual therapy group than in the other group （P〈 0.05）. SVR was observed in 33.3% of the triple therapy group and 33.3% of the dual therapy group. The side effects were almost the same in both groups except for gastrointestinal symptoms, which were less in the triple therapy group （P= 0.019）. CONCLUSION： Considered together, triple therapy of zinc plus IFN and ribavirin for HCV infection patients with genotype lb and high viral load is not better than dual therapy except for lower incidence of gastrointestinal side effects.
