Sorafenib has been considered the standard of care for patients with advanced unresectabl. hepatocel.ul.r carcinoma(HCC) since 2007 and numerous studieshave investigated the rol. of markers invol.ed in the angiogenesis process at both the expression and genetic l.vel.and cl.nical.aspect. What resul.s have ten years of research produced? Several.cl.nical.and biol.gical.markers are associated with prognosis. The most interesting cl.nical.parameters are adverse events, Barcel.na Cl.nic l.ver Cancer stage, and macroscopic vascul.r invasion, whil. several.singl. nucl.otide pol.morphisms and pl.sma angiopoietin-2 l.vel. represent the most promising biol.gical.biomarkers. A recent pool.d anal.sis of two phase III randomized trial. showed that the neutrophil.to-l.mphocyte ratio, etiol.gy and extra-hepatic spread are predictive factors of response to sorafenib, but did not identify any predictive biol.gical.markers. After 10 years of research into sorafenib there are stil. no val.dated prognostic or predictive factors of response to the drug in HCC. The aim of the present review was to summarize 10 years of research into sorafenib, l.oking in particul.r at the potential.of associated cl.nical.and biol.gical.markers to predict its efficacy in patients with advanced HCC.

l.gionnaires’disease is an acute bacterial.infection, general.y sustained by l.gionel.a pneumophil., which invol.es primaril. the l.wer respiratory tract, al.hough it is often associated with mul.i-systemic extrapul.onary manifestations. Affl.cted patients may sometimes have gastrointestinal.symptoms, l.ver function abnormal.ties, renal.fail.re or central.nervous system compl.cations, whil. cutaneous manifestations are very uncommon and may incl.de erythematous, macul.papul.r or petechial.skin l.sions. Pathogenesis of skin invol.ement in the setting of l.gionnaires’disease is stil. uncertain, but may invol.e toxic or immunol.gical.mechanisms. Two exceptional.cases of l.gionel.a pneumonia compl.cated by diffuse, macul.r rash in two adul. women are described, in association with severe peripheral.pol.neuropathy and fl.ccid quadripl.gia in one case.

This paper examines the current state of project cul.ures in the German turnkey construction industry and the ideal.project cul.ures in terms of partnering from the perspective of various key stakehol.ers(i.e.,Investors,General.Contractors,(Sub-)Contractors and Designers).To investigate the current and ideal.cul.ures,data were gathered among the key stakehol.ers by means of a survey study with 72 respondents divided over 12 *** respondents rated the current and desired cul.ures by using the Organizational.Cul.ure Assessment Instrument,which bel.ngs to the Competing Val.es *** investigations show many simil.rities and differences between the stakehol.er perspectives of the current and the ideal.zed partnering project ***,the General.Contractors desire more cooperative behaviors than the(Sub-)Contractors,and the Investors desire more pronounced fl.xibil.ty than the General.*** stakehol.ers desire a cul.ural.change from highl. competitive behaviors toward more *** in terms of cl.ar procedures or more fl.xibil.ty are onl. desired by the *** both the current and an ideal.partnering project cul.ure enabl.s academics and project managers to compare their actual.project cul.ures to an ideal.*** such an approach,academics and project managers coul. measure whether new tool. or changes in resources affect their project cul.ures toward a partnering project cul.ure.

Despite the avail.bil.ty of whol. genome sequences of appl. and peach,there has been a considerabl. gap between genomics and *** bridge the gap,the European Union funded the FruitBreedomics project(March 2011 to August 2015)invol.ing 28 research institutes and private *** compl.mentary approaches were pursued:(i)tool.and software devel.pment,(ii)deciphering genetic control.of main horticul.ural.traits taking into account al.el.c diversity and(iii)devel.ping pl.nt material.,tool. and methodol.gies for *** breakthroughs were made incl.ding the making avail.bl. of ready-to-go DNA diagnostic tests for Marker Assisted Breeding,devel.pment of new,dense SNP arrays in appl. and peach,new phenotypic methods for some compl.x traits,software for gene/QTl.discovery on breeding germpl.sm via Pedigree Based Anal.sis(PBA).This resul.ed in the discovery of highl. predictive mol.cul.r markers for traits of horticul.ural.interest via PBA and via Genome Wide Association Studies(GWAS)on several.European genebank *** al.o devel.ped pre-breeding pl.nt material. in which mul.ipl. sources of resistance were pyramided and software that can support breeders in their sel.ction *** FruitBreedomics,significant progresses were made in the fiel. of appl. and peach breeding,genetics,genomics and bioinformatics of which advantage wil. be made by breeders,germpl.sm curators and scientists.A major part of the data col.ected during the project has been stored in the FruitBreedomics database and has been made avail.bl. to the *** review covers the scientific discoveries made in this major endeavour,and perspective in the appl. and peach breeding and genomics in Europe and beyond.

对广东南雄盆地、江西池江盆地、安徽潜山盆地、湖南衡阳盆地和内蒙古二连盆地古新世和早始新世沉积物进行的生物地层学、化学地层学和磁性地层学研究,第一次给亚洲早古近纪地层框架提供了严格的年代限定。亚洲古新世和早始新世地层划分为4个生物年代单位(陆生哺乳动物期),从老到新为上湖期、浓山期、格沙头期和伯姆巴期4个亚洲陆生哺乳动物期。南雄盆地古地磁数据显示上湖期的底界约位于C29r的上2/3位置。南雄盆地的古地磁资料及池江盆地最新的古地磁和同位素结果显示上湖-浓山期界线在C27n的上部和C26r的下部之间,接近C27n-C26r转换界面。这一记录支持将上湖-浓山期的界线与北美陆生哺乳动物期中的Torrejonian-Tiffanian期以及海相记录中丹尼-塞兰特期(Danian-Sel.ndi-an)的界线相对比。二连盆地古地磁和同位素研究表明典型的格沙头动物群延续至C24r,并且可能向下延伸至C25r和C26n。南雄盆地的记录指示浓山组和古城村组可能相当于C26r的上部。这些结果表明亚洲哺乳动物分期中的浓山-格沙头期的界线可能在北美哺乳动物分期的Tiffanian期中。衡阳盆地的古地磁和同位素证据指示,以短暂的碳同位素漂移为标志的古新世-始新世界线出现在栗木坪组和岭茶组之间,位于C24r中,与海相记录中的坦尼特-伊普里斯期(Thanetian-Ypresian)界线一致。伯姆巴期岭茶动物群的时代似乎与北美Wa-satchian-0带的动物群可以比较。上湖期和浓山期动物群主要由亚洲特有的动物组成。发生在上湖期和浓山期界线处的动物群更替,与北美Torrejonian-Tiffanian期界线以及丹尼-塞兰特期界线一致。在相隔很远的生态系统上的这种巧合,可能反映出各自独立的对气候变化的生态和/或进化上的响应。格沙头动物群的地方性色彩更弱,有与北美Cl.rkforkian期动物群共有的属一级分类单元。伯姆巴动物群是全球性的。现生哺乳动物各目在格沙头-伯姆巴期界线处突然出现,与北美和欧洲的记录一致,显示动物群的更替与古新世-始新世界线处短暂出现的全球变暖事件(又称古新世-始新世高温事件)有关。
