One prevalent symptom of COPD i. resi.ti.e breathi.g whi.h causes respi.atory muscle to si.ni.i.antly i.crease the magni.ude of contracti.ns, resulti.g i. reacti.e oxygen speci.s （ROS） formati.n and oxi.ati.e stress. Through cellular si.nali.g cascades, ROS acti.ate molecules such as mi.ogen-acti.ated protei. ki.ases and nuclear factor-kB. These si.nali.g molecules sti.ulate the release of cytoki.es whi.h i. turn cause damage to the di.phragm, i.volvi.g sarcomeri. di.rupti.ns. i. response to COPD i.duced fati.ue, the di.phragm undergoes a benefi.i.l fi.ertype shi.t to type i.muscle fi.ers, whi.h are more resi.tant to hypoxi. than type i. fi.ers. 在铁路导航应用中,通常采用差分GNSS定位的方式,需要在铁路沿线设置差分参考站,从而提高定位精度,建设以及后续的运营维护成本较高。精密单点定位PPP是一种基于卫星导航系统的定位技术,PPP使用非差码和载波相位观测量,可通过在全球广泛分布的参考站提供纠正参数,进而完成高精度的位置解算。PPP可实现动态分米级、静态厘米级的定位精度,而且精度不随着距离的增加而出现明显降级,不需要自建参考站。基于加拿大自然资源部的CSRS-PPP软件,介绍了传统组合精密单点定位的解算原理。通过典型场景分析PPP在铁路导航应用中存在的实时性、可用性和安全性问题。提出一种改进的基于PPP和惯性导航系统i.S的扩展卡尔曼滤波EKF组合定位方案,试验结果表明,PPP/i.S组合定位方法能够在不降级定位精度的前提下解决因观测量短暂不足导致的可用性问题。
