The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission convened an important conference in early 2010.A major focus of the conference was the apparent failure of the New Curriculum Reform to take root in *** of the conclusions presented at the conference was that school principals were responsible for the gap between the intent and effect of the curriculum *** article uses data collected from a group of Shanghai secondary school principals to examine the state of the curriculum reform from“the inside.”The main purpose of the article is to identify why the principals themselves believe that the reform is not working as intended and indeed whether they are in some way complicit in the slow rate of reform *** involved in the study suggest the contradictory messages they receive from government officials about how principals’work should be formally and informally assessed do little to promote meaningful reform ***,it is suggested that one of the main reasons why curriculum reform has so far not been able to bring about deep change at secondary school level is the enduring cultural norms which continue to underpin societal expectations and accountability,rather than a lack of curriculum leadership on the part of school principals.

目的:研究多形螺旋线虫(***)感染对CD4^+辅助性T细胞介导的小鼠炎症性肠病(IBD)的影响及其作用机制。方法:用卵清蛋白(OVA)特异性的CD4^+辅助性T细胞转入重度联合免疫缺陷(SCID)小鼠中制作IBD模型。将IBD小鼠感染***,14d后处死小鼠,观察结肠的组织学变化,用ELISA法和流式细胞术检测肠系膜淋巴结中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的表达。另外,对感染***的IBD小鼠注射IL-4单克隆抗体以阻断IL-4的分泌,9d后处死小鼠,观察相同的指标。结果:与无感染组相比,感染***的IBD小鼠结肠病损明显加重,肠系膜淋巴结中IL-4水平明显增高,IFN-γ水平明显降低(均P<0.05)。在IL-4阻断实验中,与无IL-4阻断组相比,IL-4阻断组结肠病损明显减轻,IL-4水平明显降低,IFN-γ水平明显增高(均P<0.05)。结论:***感染在CD4^+ T细胞介导的IBD模型早期加重了炎症反应,其作用可能是通过诱导Th2细胞因子的分泌、抑制Th1细胞因子的分泌来实现的,提示用蠕虫治疗IBD时需谨慎。

目的　建立人体胎儿小肠裸鼠异种培育模型 ,以用于人体小肠发育分化等的研究。方法　将 15例流产后的胎儿小肠 (胎龄 18～ 2 2周 )分割成每 6cm长的移植肠段共 70段 ,埋入 70只裸鼠 (年龄 4～ 6周 )背部皮下 ,在术后 4～ 6周 ,10周及 6个月分别活检行组织学检查。结果　术后 6个月有 2 4例模型的小肠显微结构同新生儿小肠 ,占模型 (6 6个存活裸鼠 )的 36 .4%。结论　裸鼠皮下人体胎儿小肠可以培育存活。

Purpose-The purpose of the paper is to discuss some of the mysteries around the much-touted recent success of school education in China and to explore some of the key conditions that may underpin the ***/Approach/Methods-It is a conceptual paper.A wide range of available data and literature has been consulted and analyzed to carefully marshal arguments about how to understand the mysteries and the conditions underpinning the ***-The paper discusses four mysteries around education success in *** argues for the development of a fuller and more contextualized perspective to view the *** paper further suggests that neither of the four general conditions for success-values,reform,leadership or teaching approaches-taken alone,can explain pathways to ***/Value-The paper provides an original explanatory description of the mysteries of education success and underlying *** paper helps fill a gap in Western understanding of the“why”and“how”of school success in China.

Phytohormones,epigenetic regulation and environmental factors regulate fruit ripening but their interplay during strawberry fruit ripening remains to be *** this study,bagged strawberry fruit exhibited delayed ripening compared with fruit grown in normal light,correlating with reduced abscisic acid(ABA) *** of the key ABA catabolism gene,ABA 8′-hydroxylase FaCYP707A4,was induced in bagged *** light exclusion whole genome DNA methylation levels were up-regulated,corresponding to a delayed ripening process,while DNA methylation levels in the promoter of FaCYP707A4 were suppressed,correlating with increases in transcript and decreased ABA *** indicated FaCRY1,a blue light receptor repressed in bagged fruit and FaAGO4,a key protein involved in RNA-directed DNA methylation,could bind to the promoter of *** interaction between FaCRY1 and FaAGO4,and an increased enrichment of FaAGO4 directed to the FaCYP707A4 promoter in fruit grown under light suggests FaCRY1 may influence FaAGO4 to modulate the DNA methylation status of the FaCYP707A4 ***,transient overexpression of FaCRY1,or an increase in FaCRY1 transcription by blue light treatment,increases the methylation level of the FaCYP707A4 promoter,while transient RNA interference of FaCRY1 displayed opposite *** findings reveal a mechanism by which DNA methylation influences ABA catabolism,and participates in light-mediated strawberry ripening.

Despite its enormous benefits,mining is respon-sible for intense changes to vegetation and soil ***,after extraction,it is necessary to rehabilitate the mined areas,creating better conditions for the establishment of plant species which is *** study evaluated mineral and organic fertilization on the growth,and carbon and nitrogen(N)metabolism of two Crotalaria species[Cro-talaria spectabilis(exotic species)and Crotalaria maypu-rensis(native species from Carajás Mineral Province(CMP)]established on a waste pile from an iron mine in CMP.A control(without fertilizer application)and six fertilization mixtures were tested(i=NPK;ii=NPK+micronutrients;iii=NPK+micronutrients+organic compost;iv=PK;v=PK+micronutrients;vi=PK+micronutrients+organic compost).Fertilization contributed to increased growth of both species,and treatments with NPK and micronutrients had the best results(up to 257%***),while organic fertilization did not show *** Crotalaria had a greater number of nodules,higher nodule dry mass,chlorophyll a and b contents and showed free ammonium as the predominant N form,reflecting greater increments in biomass compared to native *** having lower growth,the use of this native species in the rehabilitation of mining areas should be considered,mainly because it has good development and meets current government legislation as an opportunity to restore local biodiversity.

在线评论已经成为许多消费者进行购买决策的重要依据。基于调节定向理论和诊断性模型,本文探讨了在线评论语言风格与调节定向对评论有用性的交互作用、影响机制及边界条件。通过三个实验研究发现,对预防定向(vs.促进定向)消费者而言,陈述性(vs.修辞性)语言更能产生评论有用性感知,而感知诊断性发挥中介作用。本文也确定了服务类型对该机制的再调节作用:对体验服务而言,预防定向(vs.促进定向)消费者对陈述性(vs.修辞性)语言产生更高评论有用性;对信任服务而言,两种调节定向消费者都更喜欢陈述性语言。
