目的:免疫系统涉及炎症的很多病因学及病理学机制。药用植物中的很多成分被认为具有非特异性的免疫调节作用。基于此并且根据白细胞介素6在炎症和疼痛产生中的作用,本研究探讨桑托利纳蓍(Achilleasantolina)的提取物对弗氏佐剂致炎症大鼠的作用。方法:提取桑托利纳蓍地上部分的甲醇提取物和脱脂提取物用于本次研究。通过辐射热测量和器官充盈度测量器分别衡量弗氏佐剂致炎症大鼠不同实验天数后的痛觉敏感程度和足肿胀程度,并使用大鼠白细胞介素酶联免疫吸附试剂盒测量大鼠血清白细胞介素6的水平。结果:桑托利纳蓍的甲醇提取物减少炎症大鼠足肿胀、降低痛觉敏感程度和血清白细胞介素6水平呈量效关系。剂量为200 mg/kg的桑托利纳蓍甲醇提取物在预处理和短期治疗期间具有明显的抗痛觉过敏和抗炎作用,400和200 mg/kg剂量的治疗作用没有明显差别。桑托利纳蓍的脱脂提取物对于弗氏佐剂所导致的大鼠炎症反应在实验的各个阶段均未显示出明显的治疗作用(P>0.05)。短期治疗期间,200 mg/kg的桑托利纳蓍甲醇提取物在减少炎症大鼠足肿胀、降低痛觉敏感程度和血清白细胞介素6水平方面均优于阳性对照药消炎痛(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:桑托利纳蓍的甲醇提取物预处理用药和短期用药均有明显的抗炎和免疫调节作用。

The precise determination of zona pellucida (ZP) hardness is largely unknown due to the lack of appropriate measuring and modelling methods. In this study, we have used experimental and theoretical models to describe the mechanical behavior of a single oocyte cell to improve the assisted reproductive technology (ART) outcomes by assessing oocyte/embryo quality. This paper presents the development of: i) a microinjection model to estimate the force of ZP penetration, ii) a micropipette aspiration model to determine the corresponding hardness, and iii) an experimental procedure to generate the required data for these two models. Our results show that the estimated penetration force provides a performance target for the penetration process during intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), while the estimated corresponding hardness serves as an indicator of the extent of deformation sustained by the oocyte prior to penetration. Evaluation of these results shows that a routine assessment of ZP hardness under microinjection would allow for the identification of certain oocyte pools for which further manipulation is recommended in order to improve injection, hatching and finally ART outcomes.

Medicinal plant are grown and produced in different ecosystems and sites under the influence of different potential factors,including the altitude as one of the vital determinants in the quantity and quality of the *** of the species that grows in the highlands is Tanacetum polycephalum,an aromatic perennial of the *** species is characterized to be antiseptic,analgesic,anesthetic,disinfective,expectorant,anti-cancer,anti-allergic,and conducive to low blood *** purpose of this study is to investigate the essential compositions in the aerial parts of *** at the time of flowering,and in three different altitudes of the Baladeh region of ***,the essential oil was extracted from the aerial parts in the flowering stage of the plant at three altitudes of 1 600,2 400 and 3 200 m using a water distillation method,and the essential oil compositions were identified using GC and GC/MS ***-way ANOVA method was conducted to analyze the obtained data using SPSS,and a Duncan test was administered to compare the *** results indicated that the essential output obtained from the altitudes of 1 600,2 400 and 3 200 m was(0.74±0.01)%,(1.09±0.02)%,and(1.32±1.2)%,respectively,so that the altitude of 3 200 m revealed the greatest quantity,and the altitude of 1 600 m represented the smallest ***,the essential oil compositions showed the highest percentage in the altitude of 3 200 m and the lowest percentage at the altitude of 1 600 *** results showed that as the altitude increases,the essential oil compositions revealed the greater quantity and percentage in the aerial parts of ***.

运用蚁群优化法(ACO)对钢结构进行了基于性能的抗震设计。这个离散的数学运算法比其他算法更为有效并精确。采用了非线性分析以得到结构在各种地震性能水平下的结构响应,采用一个简单的计算机程序,对包含一阶弹性和二阶几何刚度的特性进行推覆分析。采用两个实例说明了ACO在轻钢结构中的应用,证明其可满足抗弯钢结构在多种地震性能水平下的要求,同时也与标准遗传算法的结果进行对比,表明ACO更适合解决此类优化问题。

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of training on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) after revascularization and healthy young men. Background: Impaired endothelial function has been observed in patients with CAD and those with CAD risk factors. Studies have shown that exercise can enhance endothelial function. Methods: This experimental cross-sectional study was conducted on patients with CAD (3 months after CABG and PCI) and students of medical school in 2011. Endothelium dependent dilation of the brachial artery was determined by using high-resolution vascular ultrasonography through flow-mediated vasodilatation (FMD) after induction of ischemia, and the data were analyzed using SPSS, dependent t-test and ANCOVA. Findings: The findings showed that at baseline, FMD was reduced in revascularized patients, when compared with healthy young men, after 8 weeks, and exercise training significantly improved FMD in patients underwent training group [from 4.31 ± 1.45 (SD)% to 6.15 ± 0.773 (SD)%, p p ed unchanged, and even after aerobic training, it did not significantly modify the brachial artery diameter in these groups. Conclusion: Our study demonstrates that endothelial dysfunction persisting in CAD patients after revascularization and aerobic training can improve endothelial function in different vascular beds in CAD patients and healthy young men. This may contribute to the benefit of regular exercise in preventing and restricting cardiovascular disease.

PHEs (plate heat exchangers) are among the most common thermal equipments in diverse industries particularly in oil and gas companies. This wide usage is obviously due to significant benefits of these heat exchangers over other types. In this article, a behavioral analysis of heat transfer in flat plates of these heat exchangers in laminar flow situation through CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulation using FLUENT 6.3.26 software is done. The study reveals results graphically based on fluid"s behavior in co-current and counter current flows and discusses thermal indexes consisting of heat transfer coefficient, Nusslet and total heat flux in both conditions. Eventually, a comparison via the graphical results is presented between the two types of flow directions.

目的:辣木(Moringaoleifera)是非洲民间医学中一种常用的药用植物,近期已有临床研究揭示了其抗炎功效。本实验研究辣木叶及根的甲醇提取物对弗氏佐剂致关节炎模型大鼠的止痛作用。方法:使用健康雄性成年Wistar大鼠(体质量200~220g),皮下注射弗氏佐剂建立实验性关节炎模型。造模当天及造模后第3天和第6天,治疗组大鼠分别腹腔内注射辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(200、300或400mg/kg),使用消炎痛(5mg/kg)作为阳性对照药。每次用药后评估各组大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度。实验用同样方法检测了辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)的止痛作用。结果:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物(300或400mg/kg)的止痛作用与消炎痛(5mg/kg)类似,与对照组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药都能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度及机械性触诱发痛程度(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与对照组、辣木根提取物组及辣木叶提取物组比较,造模后第3天或第6天用药,辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物(200mg/kg)能够显著降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度(P<0.01)。结论:辣木根或叶的甲醇提取物能够有效降低弗氏佐剂致关节炎大鼠的温度痛觉过敏程度。辣木根和叶的甲醇提取物混合物与根或叶单独的提取物的作用比较显示出辣木根与叶在止痛效果上的协同作用。
