Human pose estimation(HPE)is a procedure for determining the structure of the body pose and it is considered a challenging issue in the computer vision(CV)*** finds its applications in several fields namely activity recognition and human-computer *** the benefits of HPE,it is still a challenging process due to the variations in visual appearances,lighting,occlusions,dimensionality,*** resolve these issues,this paper presents a squirrel search optimization with a deep convolutional neural network for HPE(SSDCNN-HPE)*** major intention of the SSDCNN-HPE technique is to identify the human pose accurately and ***,the video frame conversion process is performed and pre-processing takes place via bilateral filtering-based noise removal ***,the EfficientNet model is applied to identify the body points of a person with no problem ***,the hyperparameter tuning of the EfficientNet model takes place by the use of the squirrel search algorithm(SSA).In the final stage,the multiclass support vector machine(M-SVM)technique was utilized for the identification and classification of human *** design of bilateral filtering followed by SSA based EfficientNetmodel for HPE depicts the novelty of the *** demonstrate the enhanced outcomes of the SSDCNN-HPE approach,a series of simulations are *** experimental results reported the betterment of the SSDCNN-HPE system over the recent existing techniques in terms of different measures.

AIM：To conduct a multicentre retrospective review of virological response rates in Asians infected with genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C（CHC） treated with combination interferon and ribavirin and then to compare their responses to that among Caucasians.METHODS：Asian patients infected with genotype 1 CHC treated at 4 Australian centres between 2001 to 2005 were identified through hospital *** demographic characteristics,biochemical,virological and histological data and details of treatment were *** virological responses（SVR） in this cohort were then compared to that in Caucasian subjects,matched by genotype,age,gender and the stage of hepatic fibrosis.RESULTS：A total of 108 Asians with genotype 1 CHC were *** end of treatment response（ETR） for the cohort was 79% while the SVR was 67%.Due to the relatively advanced age of the Asian cohort,only sixty-four subjects could be matched with *** ETR among matched Asians and Caucasians was 81% and 56% respectively（P=0.003）,while the SVR rates were 73% and 36%（P 〈0.001） *** difference remained significant after adjusting for other predictive variables. CONCLUSION： Genotype 1 CHC in Asian subjects is associated with higher rates of virological response compared to that in Caucasians.

This study aims to systematically evaluate and extend the validity domains of multiple mechanistic models of chemical emissions from building materials. We compare the validity domain of the analytical solution with four numerical solutions for a single layer material with one convective surface and a wide range of chemical properties, material thicknesses, and simulation time. We also develop a parsimonious simplified model, ensuring the widest possible validity domain with minimum simulation time. For diffusion coefficients lower than 10−15 m^(2)/s, accuracy of the analytical solution requires at least 5000 positive roots. The numerical method using uneven discretization and finite difference approximation for the boundary conditions is the best numerical solution. The parsimonious combined D- and k-limited model achieves similar accuracy as the best numerical solution except slight overestimates at the interface between the D- and k-limited zones, while having simpler computations and much shorter simulation time. These models show good agreement against experimental data. This study demonstrates that the complex analytical solution can be well approximated by a simpler model with a wide validity domain, enabling the high-throughput screenings of a large number of chemical-product combinations.

In recent years, our understanding of how the immune system interacts with the developing fetus and placenta has greatly expanded. There are many laboratories that provide tests for diagnosis of pregnancy outcome in women who have recurrent pregnancy loss （RPL） or pre-eclampsia. These tests are based on the premise that immune response to the fetus is equivalent to the adaptive immune response to a transplant. New understanding leads to the concept that the activated innate response is vital for pregnancy and this can result in more effective testing and treatment to prevent an abnormal pregnancy in the future. We describe here only three such areas for future testing： one area involves sperm and semen and factors necessary for successful fertilization; another area would determine conditions for production of growth factors necessary for implantation in the uterus; finally, the last area would be to determine conditions necessary for the vascularization of the placenta and growing fetus by activated natural killer （Nk） cells （combinations of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor （kIR） family genes with HLA-C haplotypes） that lead to capability of secreting angiogenic growth factors. These areas are novel but understanding their role in pregnancy can lead to insight into how to maintain and treat pregnancies with complicating factors.

AIM： To undertake analysis of hepatitis A viral load, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, and viral genotypes with duration of viremia, and to correlate these parameters with CD4^＋/ CD8^＋ lymphocyte populations that control cell-mediated immunity. METHODS： Cell counts were carried out using fresh whole blood collected in EDTA vials using a fluorescence activated cell sorter. Hepatitis A virus （HAV） RNA was extracted from blood serum, reverse transcribed into cDNA and quantified by Real-Time polymerase chain reaction and was genotyped. RESULTS： Among 11 patients, 10 could be analyzed completely. Of these, 3 had severe acute hepatitis （s-AH） and the remainder had a self-limited acute hepatitis A （AHA）, with one patient with fulminant disease （encephalopathy Grade IV） dying on the 4^th d. The ALT level was significantly higher both in AHA （1070.9±894.3; P = 0.0014） and s-AH （1713.9±886.3; P = 0.001） compared to normal controls （23.6±7.2）. The prothrombin time in s-AH patients （21.0 ±2.0; P=0.02） was significantly higher than in AHA （14.3±1.1;P = 0.44）. The CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio in AHA patients （1.17 ＋ 0.11; P = 0.22） and s-AH （0.83 ＋ 0.12; P = 0.0002） were lower than seen in normal healthy controls （1.52）. Self-limited cases had peak viral load at the beginning of analysis while in s-AH patients this occurred at the 15TM or 30^th d. In acute and severe groups, one patient each belonged to genotype IA, with the remaining 8 cases belonging to genotype IIIA. The only fulminant hepatic failure case belonged to genotype IA. HAV viral load and AIT values collected during the entire course of the selflimited infection were directly correlated but this was not the case for s-AH patients.CONCLUSION： Based on a small-scale study, the persistently higher viral load of s-AH might be due to diminished cellular immunity and hemolysis. The duration of viremia was dependent on the host, as the viral genotype had no apparent role in clinical outcome of AVH and s-AH cases.
