The cerebral formation.of Amyloid β（Aβ） is a critical pathological feature of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.An.accumulation.of this peptide as sen.le plaques（SP） was already reported by Alois Alzheimer,the discoverer of the *** the exact con.ribution.of Aβ to AD developmen. remain. ***,while exten.ive cerebral Aβ formation.leads to fibril formation.in.man. species,AD-like symptoms apparen.ly depen. on.the highly con.erved n.termin.l residues R5,Y10 an. *** amin. acids were also shown.to lead to the formation.of Aβ-heme complexes,which exhibit peroxidase activity in.the presen.e of H_2O_*** together these observation. we propose that the formation.an. en.ymatic activity of the n.med complexes may represen. an.essen.ial aspect of AD ***,Aβ is also kn.wn.to lead to cerebral micro-vessel destruction.CAA） as well as to hemolytic *** we suggest that the Aβ-derived cerebral accumulation.of blood-derived free heme represen.s a likely precon.ition.for the subsequen. formation.of Aβ-heme complexes.

The cytotoxicity an. n.n.specific cellular uptake of the most popular composition.of upcon.ersion.n.n.particle （UCn.）, n.YF4：Yb^3＋：Er^3＋, is reported usin. n.rmal human.skin.cells, in.ludin. dermal fibroblasts an. immortalized human.epidermal lin.ar keratin.cytes （HaCaT）. A n.w hydrophilization.reaction.of as-syn.hesized UCn.s based on.tetramethylammon.um hydroxide （TMAH） en.bled evaluation.of the in.rin.ic cytotoxicity of bare UCn.s. The cytotoxicity effects of the UCn. surface-coatin. an. polystyren. host were in.estigated over the con.en.ration.ran.e 62.5-125 μg/mL with 24-h in.ubation. usin. a MTT test an. optical microscopy. The fibroblast viability was n.t compromised by UCn.s, whereas the viability of keratin.cytes varied from 52% ± 4% to 100% ± 10% than.the con.rol group, depen.in. on.the surface modification. Bare UCn.s reduced the keratin.cyte viability to 76% ± 3%, while exhibitin. profoun. n.n.specific cellular uptake. Hydrophilic poly（D,L-lactide）- an. poly（maleic an.ydride-alt-l-octadecen.）-coated UCn.s were foun. to be least cytotoxic amon. the polymer-coated UCn.s, an. were readily in.ern.lized by human.skin.cells. Usin. 172 plates taken.with the 40-cm astrograph of the Stern.erg Astron.mical In.titute （Lomon.sov Moscow Un.versity） in.1976-1994 an. digitized with a resolution.of 2400dpi, we dis- covered an. studied 275 n.w variable stars. We presen. the list of our n.w variables with all n.cessary in.ormation.con.ern.n. their brightn.ss variation.. As in.our earlier studies, the n.w discoveries show a rather large n.mber of high-amplitude Delta Scuti variables, predictin. that man. stars of this type re- main.n.t detected in.the whole sky. We also performed automated classification.of the n.wly discovered variable stars based on.the Ran.om Forest algorithm. The results of the automated classification.were compared to tradition.l classification.an. showed that automated classification.was possible even.with n.isy photographic data. However, further improvemen. of automated techn.ques is n.eded, which is especially importan. when.con.iderin. the very large n.mbers of n.w discoveries expected from all-sky surveys.

Mixed ammon.um-tran.ition.metal salts with formula of （n.4）xMyHzPMo12O40 （M = n.^2＋, Co^2＋ or Fe ^3＋） den.ted as MPMo12 have been.in.estigated for the oxidation.of propan., with molecular oxygen, at temperature ran.e between.380 ℃ an. 420 ℃ after in.situ pre-treatmen. performed at two heatin. rate of 5 or 9℃/min. They were characterized by BET method, XRD, UV-Vis an. IR techn.ques. The catalysts were foun. to be active in.the propan. oxidation.an. selective to propen. or acrolein. in.particular for samples pre-treated with the heatin. rate of 9℃/min. FePMo12 was foun. to be a more active catalyst for propen. （17.2% yield） with min.mal over deep oxidation.（0.3% yield in.COx）.

Backgroun.: Members of the n.κB [p65] family have poten.ial diagn.stic an. progn.stic role in.various in.lammatory diseases an. Lymphomas. Aim: We studied n.κB [p65] in.paraffin.blocks of hepatitis-C-virus [HCV] positive genotype-4 an. HCV n.gative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [DLBCL] patien.s, aimin. at iden.ification.of its differen.ial expression.an. progn.sis in.DLBCL an. its subtypes;GCB an. ABC. This is to establish its relation.to HCV in.ection.an. its role in.lymphogenesis. Besides assessin. the role of n.w directly actin. an.iviral drugs [Sofusbuvir/Ledipasvir] con.omitan.ly admin.stered to [CHOP] combin.tion.in.HCV positive DLBCL. Subjects an. Methods: n.κB [p65] expression.was assessed usin. An.i-n.κB [p65] an.ibody semi-quan.itative techn.que in.30 n.wly diagn.sed DLBCL patien.s [HCV positive [n.= 15], HCV n.gative [n.= 15]. Results: n.κB [p65] expression.was higher in.the HCV positive DLBCL patien.s than.their HCV n.gative coun.erpart, with a positive correlation.with the viral load [r = 0.536, p = 0.088]. n.κB [p65] expression.was sign.fican.ly more frequen.ly detected in.the ABC subtype than.GCB subtype [p = 0.04]. Patien.s who expressed n.κB [p65] had higher in.iden.e of extran.dal in.olvemen., advan.ed stages, higher LDH levels an. IPI score. Besides, the expression.of n.κB [P65] revealed an.in.erior overall respon.e [OR] [p = 0.044]. Higher complete respon.e rates to CHOP con.omitan.ly with an.iviral [ledipasvir/sofosbuvir] were en.oun.ered in.the HCV positive group. In.HCV positive group, n.κB [P65] displayed a positive relation.hip with the viral load an. liver en.ymes [p = 0.04], besides an.in.erse relation.with serum albumin. This raises the possibility that n.κB [p65] expression.is suggestive of the hepatic n.cro-in.lammation.in.HCV patien.s. The ABC group presen.ed more in.advan.ed stages than.GCB. Higher frequen.y of the ABC subgroup exhibited in.ermediate to high viral load, while it was less in.the GCB. A statistically sign.fican. differe
