This scientific paper gives consideration to the information on the contemporary structure of binary systems and three-component CaO-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 system required to select rational parameters for the synthesis of cementing *** production process of experimental clinker that has a Ca_7Al_6ZrO_（18） composition has been *** data of X-ray phase analysis and petrographic analysis of the experimental composition of special cement have been given and the reasons for availability of inappropriate phases have been *** processes of hydration hardening of the cement stone have been studied and the data of differential thermal analysis were used for the establishment of the hydration mechanism for basic crystal phases in the cement clinker *** differences in the hydration processes of experimental special cement were analyzed in comparison with known mechanisms.A possibility of the exploitation of special binder in contact with ZrO_2（CaO-stabilized）was tested using the specimens of fine concrete that were subjected to thermal treatment in different *** physical and mechanical properties of specimens and the mineralogical composition of concretes were given based on the data of X-ray analysis and the petrographic *** cement additive was selected and its amount in the concrete composition was defined to slow-down the hardening and the mixture plasticization *** relationships of physical and mechanical characteristics of concrete specimens were defined experimentally as a function of granulometric composition of the filler and thermal treatment *** investigation data of corrosion resistance obtained using the static method were used to find out if experimental concretes can operate in contact with the steel-smelting alkaline slag.

Objectives:2019 novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)infection is commonly associated with olfactory dysfunctions,but the basic pathogenesis of these complications remains *** study seeks to evaluate the value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)in determining the molecular neurometabolite alterations within the main brain olfactory areas in patients with COVID-19-related ***:In a cross-sectional study,seven patients with persistent COVID-19-related anosmia(mean age:29.57 years)and seven healthy volunteers(mean age:27.28 years)underwent MRS in which n-acetyl-aspartate(nAA),choline(Cho),creatine(Cr),and their ratios were measured in the anterior cingulate cortex,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,orbitofrontal cortex(OFC),insular cortex,and ventromedial prefrontal *** were analyzed using TARQUIn software(version 4.3.10),and the results were compared with an independent sample t-test and nonparametric Mann-Whitney test based on the normality of the MRS data ***:The mean duration of anosmia before imaging was 8.5 months in COVID-19-related anosmia *** analysis elucidated a significant association between MRS findings within OFC and COVID-19-related anosmia(P_(disease)nd nAA was among the most important neurometabolites(P_(interaction)=0.006).Reduced levels of nAA(Pnd^(nAA)/Cho ratio(P=0.007)within OFC characterize COVID-19-related ***:This study emphasizes that MRS can be illuminating in COVID-19-related anosmia and indicates a possible association between central nervous system impairment and persistent COVID-19-related anosmia.

A novel facial emotion recognition scheme based on graph mining

Recent years have seen an explosion in graph data from a variety of scientific,social and technological *** these fields,emotion recognition is an interesting research area because it finds many applications in real life such as in effective social robotics to increase the interactivity of the robot with human,driver safety during driving,pain monitoring during surgery etc.A novel facial emotion recognition based on graph mining has been proposed in this paper to make a paradigm shift in the way of representing the face region,where the face region is represented as a graph of nodes and edges and the gSpan frequent sub-graphs mining algorithm is used to find the frequent sub-structures in the graph database of each *** reduce the number of generated sub-graphs,overlap ratio metric is utilized for this *** encoding the final selected sub-graphs,binary classification is then applied to classify the emotion of the queried input facial image using six levels of *** cat swarm intelligence is applied within each level of classification to select proper sub-graphs that give the highest accuracy in that *** experiments have been conducted using Surrey Audio-Visual Expressed Emotion(SAVEE)database and the final system accuracy was 90.00%.The results show significant accuracy improvements(about 2%)by the proposed system in comparison to current published works in SAVEE database.

This scientific paper gives the data of theoretical and experimental research done to solre the scientific and practical problem related to the establishment of theoreti- cal basics and the dertelopment tf the technolog） ./br the production of re/iactorv eastables of high strength, high refractoriness and hostile environment resistance on the basis of aluminates and chromites of alkali-earth ele- *** due to the well-directed formation of the phase composition and the structure of clinker, cement stone and castables. Th, e conceptual princoples of the jbrmation of such materials are based on the primaos thermody- namically advantageous coexistence of the special-pur- pose combinatiots of phases in the subsolidus structure of the muhicomponent subsystems of the oxide system （Mg, Ca, St, Ba）O- Al2O3 -Cr2O3. The obtained data allow for the development of high-strength refracto- ry alumochromite cements and castables based on them. Specific features of the behaiior of phase formation processes and the hydration of alumochromite cements, including the structure Jormation during the castahle service hare been studied.

The cerebral formation of Amyloid β（Aβ） is a critical pathological feature of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD）.An accumulation of this peptide as senile plaques（SP） was already reported by Alois Alzheimer,the discoverer of the *** the exact contribution of Aβ to AD development remains ***,while extensive cerebral Aβ formation leads to fibril formation in many species,AD-like symptoms apparently depend on the highly conserved n-terminal residues R5,Y10 and *** amino acids were also shown to lead to the formation of Aβ-heme complexes,which exhibit peroxidase activity in the presence of H_2O_*** together these observations we propose that the formation and enzymatic activity of the named complexes may represent an essential aspect of AD ***,Aβ is also known to lead to cerebral micro-vessel destruction（CAA） as well as to hemolytic *** we suggest that the Aβ-derived cerebral accumulation of blood-derived free heme represents a likely precondition for the subsequent formation of Aβ-heme complexes.

Background Schistosomiasis is highly endemic in sub-Saharan Africa and frequently imported to Europe. Male urogenital manifestations are often neglected. We aimed to ascertain the prevalence of genitourinary clinical signs and symptoms among long-term African migrants in a non-endemic European country using a serology *** We carried out a prospective, community-based cross-sectional study of adult male migrants from sub-Saharan Africa living in *** serology tests and microscopic urine examinations were carried out, and clinical data were obtained from an electronic medical record search and a structured *** We included 388 adult males, mean age 43.5 years [Standard Deviation (SD) = 12.0, range: 18–76]. The median time since migration to the European Union was 17 [Interquartile range (IQR): 11–21] years. The most frequent country of origin was Senegal (n = 179, 46.1%). Of the 338, 147 (37.6%) tested positive forSchistosoma. Parasite eggs were present in the urine of only 1.3%. nine genitourinary clinical items were significantly associated with positiveSchistosoma serology results: pelvic pain (45.2%;OR = 1.57, 95%CI: 1.0–2.4), pain on ejaculation (14.5%;OR = 1.85, 95%CI: 1.0–3.5), dyspareunia (12.4%;OR = 2.45, 95%CI: 1.2–5.2), erectile dysfunction (9.5%;OR = 3.10, 95%CI: 1.3–7.6), self-reported episodes of infertility (32.1%;OR = 1.69, 95%CI: 1.0–2.8), haematuria (55.2%;OR = 2.37, 95%CI: 1.5–3.6), dysuria (52.1%;OR = 2.01, 95%CI: 1.3–3.1), undiagnosed syndromic STIs (5.4%), and orchitis (20.7%;OR = 1.81, 95%CI: 1.0–3.1). Cytotoxicity and non-specific cellular uptake of bare and surface-modified upconversion nanoparticles in human skin cells

The cytotoxicity and non-specific cellular uptake of the most popular composition of upconversion nanoparticle （UCnP）, naYF4：Yb^3＋：Er^3＋, is reported using normal human skin cells, including dermal fibroblasts and immortalized human epidermal linear keratinocytes （HaCaT）. A new hydrophilization reaction of as-synthesized UCnPs based on tetramethylammonium hydroxide （TMAH） enabled evaluation of the intrinsic cytotoxicity of bare UCnPs. The cytotoxicity effects of the UCnP surface-coating and polystyrene host were investigated over the concentration range 62.5-125 μg/mL with 24-h incubation, using a MTT test and optical microscopy. The fibroblast viability was not compromised by UCnPs, whereas the viability of keratinocytes varied from 52% ± 4% to 100% ± 10% than the control group, depending on the surface modification. Bare UCnPs reduced the keratinocyte viability to 76% ± 3%, while exhibiting profound non-specific cellular uptake. Hydrophilic poly（D,L-lactide）- and poly（maleic anhydride-alt-l-octadecene）-coated UCnPs were found to be least cytotoxic among the polymer-coated UCnPs, and were readily internalized by human skin cells. Polystyrene microbeads impregnated with UCnPs remained nontoxic. Surprisingly, no correlation was found between UCnP cytotoxicity and the internalization level in cells, although the latter ranged broadly from 0.03% to 59%, benchmarked against 100% uptake level of TMAH-UCnPs.

Using 172 plates taken with the 40-cm astrograph of the Sternberg Astronomical Institute （Lomonosov Moscow University） in 1976-1994 and digitized with a resolution of 2400dpi, we dis- covered and studied 275 new variable stars. We present the list of our new variables with all necessary information concerning their brightness variations. As in our earlier studies, the new discoveries show a rather large number of high-amplitude Delta Scuti variables, predicting that many stars of this type re- main not detected in the whole sky. We also performed automated classification of the newly discovered variable stars based on the Random Forest algorithm. The results of the automated classification were compared to traditional classification and showed that automated classification was possible even with noisy photographic data. However, further improvement of automated techniques is needed, which is especially important when considering the very large numbers of new discoveries expected from all-sky surveys.

The main subject of the report consists in showing positive course of Russian agriculture over the last years-entering the global market. That＇s why it is essential to make following steps to support manufactures aiming them more actively at export： to develop export operations; to develop actively agro-industrial complex perspectives for entering the WTO; to ensure the food safety of agro-industrial complex while exporting the products; in the context of globalization Russian regions are entering more actively the global market as the relatively independent subjects of international economical relationships. The food safety of Russia-such condition of the state economy, when food independence of the country is provided, provision; physical and economic utility of food products is guaranteed by the state and corresponds to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in safety and quality. Participation in the WTO gives to the country set of advantages in the decision food independence. In the world, the country and in region management of efficiency agriculture with a view of advancement to food safety, should be coordinated necessarily with food independence. State support of the Russian agro-industrial complex on the federal and regional levels when entering into the world market-is a factor of the formation of a new geopolitical status of Russia in the world arena, it is the new selection mechanism of the development of globalization processes in favor of the active participation of the agro-industrial complex of Russia in the world economy.
