Eva.ua.ion of wa.er quality is im.orta.t for the m.na.em.nt of wa.er resources. The current study is focused on the interpreta.ion of the wa.er quality m.nitoring da.a.of the Tigris River in Ira. by the a.plica.ion of the principa. com.onent a.a.ysis (PCa., cluster a.a.ysis (Ca., a.d wa.er quality index (WQI). Twelve wa.er quality pa.a.1}ters were ta.en from.14 sta.ions a.ong the river Ca.+, m.2+, Na., K+, Cl−, SO42−, HCO3−, NO3−, TH, TDS, BOD5, a.d EC to a.ply the PCa.a.d Ca. The results show tha. the m.a. of a.l the pa.a.1}ters wa. under the sta.da.ds except Ca.+, EC, m.2+, TH, a.d SO42−. The a.1}unt of EC is the critica. fa.tor tha. a.fects the river wa.er quality. The PCa.obta.ned one principa. com.onent responsible for 97% of the va.ia.ion ca.sed by different pollution sources. The Ca.divided the river into three regions of sa.1}ling sta.ions with sim.la. wa.er quality, the best in the north, a.d the worst in the fa. south. In this pa.er, the com.uter-a.tom.ted tool (Ira.WQI) wa. presented a.d eva.ua.ed, which ha. been developed by a.thors to cla.sify a.d m.a.ure the quality of Ira.i surfa.e wa.er. The proposed index is of hundred degrees a.d includes six va.ia.les for drinking wa.er quality Cl−, TH, TDS, COD, DO, a.d tota. coliform.(TC) a.cording to the Ira.i specifica.ions. The result of the Ira.WQI a.plica.ion showed a.decrea.e in the wa.er quality of the river a.d its suita.ility for drinking in the south of the country. The best va.ue of the index wa. (81.48, Good) in Fishkha.our during winter, a.d the worst va.ue wa. (46.23, Ba.) in Qurna. during sum.er. The result of this study proved the success a.d im.orta.ce of using sta.istica. techniques a.d WQI a. useful tools for the m.na.em.nt, control, a.d conserva.ion of surfa.e wa.er. .

Herein,we report the synthesis of a.Dy-Gd co-doped cubic pha.e-sta.ilized Bi_(2)O_(3) solid electrolyte system.via.solid-sta.e processing under a.m.spheric *** with Dy^(3+) a.d Gd^(3+) ha. been observed to significa.tly enha.ce the densifica.ion process during sintering for sta.iliza.ion purposes,thereby im.roving the electrica. properties of δ-Bi_2O_(3)-type *** synthesized cera.0}cs were cha.a.terized using X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD),field em.ssion sca.ning electron m.croscopy-energy dispersive X-ra. spectroscopy(FESEm.EDX),therm.l gra.im.try/differentia. therm.l a.a.ysis(TG/DTa.,a.d the four-point probe technique(4PPT).XRD a.a.ysis revea.s tha. the sa.0}les Bi_(1-x-y)Gd_(x)Dy_(y)O_(1.5)(y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,a.d 0.20,a.d x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,a.d 0.20) exhibit a.sta.le fa.e-centered cubic δ-pha.e a.d a.m.xed-pha.e crysta.logra.hic *** XRD a.a.ysis of the sta.ilized δ-pha.e suggests tha. the prepa.ed oxides show a.fa.e-centered cubic(FCC) structure with a.spa.e group of *** m.crogra.hs revea. tha. the com.osition Bi_(0.90)Gd_(0.05)Dy_(0.05)O_(1.5) ha. no significa.t ***,a. evident increa.e in the pore form.tion is observed a. the a.0}unt of Gd_(2O_(3) increa.es until it rea.hes 20%.This finding suggests tha. dense pellets a.e form.d during the sintering process a. 900-1000℃.The DTa.a.a.yses were perform.d to verify the pha.e sta.ility,which a.rees with the XRD *** electrochem.ca. perform.nce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi_2O_(3)solid electrolyte system.wa. eva.ua.ed a.d a.a.yzed in deta.l by using the electrochem.ca. im.eda.ce spectroscopy(EIS) technique,Ba.ed on EIS a.d conductivity m.a.urem.nts,Bi_(0.75)Gd_(0.20)Dy_(0.05)O_(1.5) exhibits the lowest a.tiva.ion energy of 0.519 eV a.d the highest conductivity va.ue of 0.398 S/cm.a. 627℃com.a.ed to the other sa.0}les;this com.osition ca. be used a. a.solid electrolyte for interm.dia.etem.era.ure solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs).
