In three and six-axis free-bending equipment,the deformation zone length(A)is a fixed mechanical structure parameter modified when the relevant structure is redesigned and *** this study,a six degree of freedom(6-DOF)parallel mechanism was used as the control mechanism of the bending die,and a new method of changing the deformation zone length(A)was ***,an idealized geometric model of free bending-based active motion was ***,the influence of the deformation zone length(A)on the bending moment and the bending radius of the tube was *** addition,the finite element simulation and a kinematic model of free bending-based active motion controlled by the 6-DOF parallel mechanism were established,and bending processes of the SS304 tube with different deformation zone lengths were ***,the impact of the deformation zone length(A)on the bending radius,bending moment,wall thickness,and motion of the parallel mechanism were ***,experiments were carried out on the free-bending equipment based on the 6-DOF parallel *** verified the rules in the theoretical analysis,finite element simulation,and kinematic simulation.

This study aims at investigating the impact of using the Magnetorheological elastomers(MREs)medium to improve the formability of T-shaped Inconel 718 tubes during the bulging ***,the influence of the punch size and the intensity of the magnetic field on the branch height and wall thickness distribution of the T-shaped Inconel 718 tubes are also *** results showed that the parts formed by the punch with a length of 5 mm in the pressurization zone have better forming *** external magnetic field can promote a high branch,and by increasing the intensity of the magnetic field,the branch height was increased and then *** the same time,the magnetic field reduced the amount of material accumulation between the guiding zone and the bulging ***,it promotes the material in the guiding zone to enter the bulging zone and improve the bulging ability of the T-shaped tube.

3D free bending process,an advanced metal forming technology,has attracted much attention due to its unique geometrical flexibility and *** tubes with materials may effectively reduce the distortion in the cross-section area and restrain wrinkling and collapse of tube *** the present study,the impacts of filling different materials on the copper tubes during 3D free bending process were *** have found that copper tubes filled with low melting point alloys could induce the most uniform stress distribution,which result in better formability and moderate thickness changing rates when compared to SS304 steel balls and PU *** lowest ellipticity reached to 1.467%.

In the 3 D free bending forming system,the bending die can be designed either in a sliding type or rolling friction *** die-based sliding friction type is often called normal bending dies;however,the bending dies-based rolling friction type includes bending die-based roller type and ball type in *** the current study,the impact of three bending dies on the forming force,and the bent tube quality was *** obtained results showed that the tangential stresses and strains of the tubes formed by the bending die-based roller type were the smallest among the three bending ***,the spherical bearing force PUwas reduced drastically after using the roller type and ball type compared to the sliding friction ***,the uniformity of the wall thickness distribution of the tubes formed by the roller type and ball type was better than those obtained from the sliding friction *** addition,the cross-section distortion rate was reduced by 2.8%using the roller type,and 1.8%using ball-type compared to the sliding friction type.

In this investigation,a new silicone rubber-based MRE material was prepared to be used as a forming medium in manufacturing thin-walled complexshaped Ni-based tubes through the bulging ***,it is significant to investigate the effect of magnetic field intensity,magnetic field loading time,and angle on the mechanical properties of the prepared MRE material during the curing *** obtained results showed that increasing the magnetic field intensity during the curing process can improve the orientation of the chain structure in the elastomer matrix ***,its mechanical properties are the best under the corresponding magnetic field intensity of 321 ***,by extending the magnetic field loading time in the curing process,the orientation of the chain structure was optimized,at the same time,the mechanical properties were also improved,and the best loading time is about 20–25 *** changing the loading angle of the magnetic field during the curing process,the mechanical properties of the MRE were *** the loading angle of the magnetic field is 90°,the elastomer showed the best compression mechanical properties and excellent compression ***,for the anisotropic MRE material,the performance with magnetic compression is always better than that without magnetic compression.

Objective:To evaluate the combination therapy of pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminazene aceturate against Babesia in vitro and in ***:Bioinformatic analysis was performed using atom pair *** in vitro combination test was performed against Babesia bovis and Theileria ***,the in vivo chemotherapeutic efficacy of pyronaridine tetraphosphate in combination with diminazene aceturate was investigated against the growth of Babesia microti in mice using a fluorescence inhibitory ***:Pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminazene aceturate exhibited nearly similar molecular *** in vitro combination of pyronaridine tetraphosphate and diminazene aceturate was synergistic on Babesia bovis and additive on Theileria *** addition,5 mg/kg pyronaridine tetraphosphate combined with 10 mg/kg diminazene aceturate inhibited Babesia microti growth significantly compared with those observed after treatment with 25 mg/kg diminazene aceturate alone from day 6 post treatment to day 12 post *** combination therapy also normalized the hematological parameters of infected ***:An oral dose of pyronaridine tetraphosphate combined with a subcutaneous dose of diminazene aceturate inhibits Babesia in vitro and in mice,suggesting it might be a new paradigm for the treatment of babesiosis.

The use of intelligent machines to work and react like humans is vital in emerging smart ***-aided analysis of complex and huge MRI(Mag-netic Resonance Imaging)scans is very important in healthcare *** AI(Artiﬁcial Intelligence)driven healthcare applications,tumor detection is one of the contemporary researchﬁelds that have become attractive to *** are several modalities of imaging performed on the brain for the pur-pose of tumor *** paper offers a deep learning approach for detecting brain tumors from MR(Magnetic Resonance)images based on changes in the division of the training and testing data and the structure of the CNN(Convolu-tional Neural Network)*** proposed approach is carried out on a brain tumor dataset from the National Centre of Image-Guided Therapy,including about 4700 MRI images of ten brain tumor cases with both normal and abnormal *** dataset is divided into test,and train subsets with a ratio of the training set to the validation set of 70:*** main contribution of this paper is introdu-cing an optimum deep learning structure of CNN *** simulation results are obtained for 50 epochs in the training *** simulation results reveal that the optimum CNN architecture consists of four layers.

Effective medical diagnosis is dramatically expensive,especially in third-world *** of the common diseases is pneumonia,and because of the remarkable similarity between its types and the limited number of medical images for recent diseases related to pneumonia,themedical diagnosis of these diseases is a significant ***,transfer learning represents a promising solution in transferring knowledge from generic tasks to specific ***,experimentation and utilization of different models of transfer learning do not achieve satisfactory *** this study,we suggest the implementation of an automatic detectionmodel,namelyCADTra,to efficiently diagnose pneumonia-related *** model is based on classification,denoising autoencoder,and transfer ***,pre-processing is employed to prepare the medical *** depends on an autoencoder denoising(AD)algorithm with a modified loss function depending on a Gaussian distribution for decoder output to maximize the chances for recovering inputs and clearly demonstrate their features,in order to improve the diagnosis ***,classification is performed using a transfer learning model and a four-layer convolution neural network(FCNN)to detect *** proposed model supports binary classification of chest computed tomography(CT)images and multi-class classification of chest X-ray ***,a comparative study is introduced for the classification performance with and without the denoising *** proposed model achieves precisions of 98%and 99%for binary classification and multi-class classification,respectively,with the different ratios for training and *** demonstrate the efficiency and superiority of the proposed CADTra model,it is compared with some recent state-of-the-art CNN *** achieved outcomes prove that the suggested model can help radiologists to detect pneumonia-related diseases and improve the diagnostic efficiency compared to the exis

Routing is a key function inWireless Sensor Networks(WSNs)since it facilitates data transfer to base *** attacks have the potential to destroy and degrade the functionality ofWSNs.A trustworthy routing system is essential for routing security andWSN *** methods have been implemented to build trust between routing nodes,including the use of cryptographic methods and centralized ***,the majority of routing techniques are unworkable in reality due to the difficulty of properly identifying untrusted routing node *** the moment,there is no effective way to avoid malicious node *** a consequence of these concerns,this paper proposes a trusted routing technique that combines blockchain infrastructure,deep neural networks,and Markov Decision Processes(MDPs)to improve the security and efficiency of WSN *** authenticate the transmission process,the suggested methodology makes use of a Proof of Authority(PoA)mechanism inside the blockchain *** validation group required for proofing is chosen using a deep learning approach that prioritizes each node’s *** are then utilized to determine the suitable next-hop as a forwarding node capable of securely transmitting *** to testing data,our routing system outperforms current routing algorithms in a 50%malicious node routing scenario.
