Recent developments in computer networks and Internet of Things(IoT)have enabled easy access to *** the government and business sectors face several difficulties in resolving cybersecurity network issues,like novel attacks,hackers,internet criminals,and so ***,malware attacks and software piracy pose serious risks in compromising the security of *** can steal confidential data which results infinancial and reputational *** advent of machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)models has been employed to accomplish security in the IoT cloud *** article pre-sents an Enhanced Artificial Gorilla Troops Optimizer with Deep Learning Enabled Cybersecurity Threat Detection(EAGTODL-CTD)in IoT Cloud *** presented EAGTODL-CTD model encompasses the identification of the threats in the IoT cloud *** proposed EAGTODL-CTD mod-el mainly focuses on the conversion of input binaryfiles to color images,where the malware can be detected using an image classification *** EAG-TODL-CTD model pre-processes the input data to transform to a compatible *** threat detection and classification,cascaded gated recurrent unit(CGRU)model is exploited to determine class ***,EAGTO approach is employed as a hyperparameter optimizer to tune the CGRU parameters,showing the novelty of our *** performance evaluation of the EAGTODL-CTD model is assessed on a dataset comprising two class labels namely malignant and *** experimental values reported the supremacy of the EAG-TODL-CTD model with increased accuracy of 99.47%.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious infectious disease and its control is considered a challenge, particularly among vulnerable populations such as prisoners. The prevalence of TB in prisons is an alarming public health problem in many countries. The aim of this study is to describe the epidemiology of tuberculosis and the strategies for controlling this disease in the Chadian prison population. During the course of our study, the prevalence of tuberculosis in prisons was 9.64%. The age group between 55 years and over (43.33%) was the most represented in this study, and all patients were men with a frequency of 62.66%. The cross-tabulation of Culture_7H9G and Culture_7H9P showed that out of our total positive sample, we found a total of 87 positive strains and 63 negative strains. Our study shows that it is essential to know the prevalence of tuberculosis in all the country’s prisons. Indeed, this can serve as an indication of the need for action in prisons to reduce TB rates, in particular by improving the structure of prison environments, diagnosing new cases quickly and accurately, identifying drug-resistant strains and implementing effective, direct treatment observed in people with tuberculosis.

In the world of big data,it’s quite a task to organize different files based on their *** with heterogeneous data and keeping a record of every single file stored in any folder is one of the biggest problems encountered by almost every computer *** of file management related tasks will be solved if the files on any operating system are somehow categorized according to their ***,the browsing process can be performed quickly and *** research aims to design a system to automatically organize files based on their similarities in terms of *** proposed methodology is based on a novel strategy that employs the charactaristics of both supervised and unsupervised machine learning approaches for learning categories of digital files stored on any computer *** results demonstrate that the proposed architecture can effectively and efficiently address the file organization challenges using real-world user *** results suggest that the proposed system has great potential to automatically categorize almost all of the user files based on their *** proposed system is completely automated and does not require any human effort in managing the files and the task of file organization become more efficient as the number of files grows.

Introduction: The elbow is a superficial joint, particularly exposed to direct impact, forced movement, and overstrain. Our work aimed to study magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) pathologies of the soft tissues of the elbow through illustrative cases. Methodology: This was a retrospective and prospective cross-sectional study covering a period of one year, from June 2020 to June 2021, at the saint Camille Hospital in Ouagadougou and the Polyclinique Notre Dame de la Paix. Results: In general, this study found that the pathologies diagnosed on MRI were lateral epicondylitis, subcutaneous type V elbow lipoma and liposarcoma, anteromedial cortical fracture of the radial cup, cortical detachment fracture of the lateral epicondylitis, medial epicondylitis, villonodular articular synovitis, simple dermo-hypodermatitis, sequellar fibrosis of the ulnar nerve, Workman's syndrome (median and ulnar nerves) and osteoarthritis of the elbow. Lateral epicondylitis was the most frequent pathology, and most patients consulted for elbow pain predominantly associated with pressure on the epicondyle, with relative functional impotence and, occasionally, elbow swelling. Conclusion: MRI, as a complement to ultrasound and radiography, remains the most informative examination for exploring soft-tissue pathologies of the elbow.

Background and Objective: The outcome of locally advanced and metastatic urothelial carcinoma LA/mUC has improved over the past years with a plethora of new treatments and the approval of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), antibody-drug conjugates, and targeted agents, to identify locally advanced metastatic urothelial carcinoma’s current management practices in Lebanon and the implication of the ongoing economic crisis on the medical practice. Methods: An online questionnaire was used to survey ten Lebanese oncologists from six different hospitals, between July 5 and July 11, 2022, requesting information pertaining to their current clinical practice in the pharmacological treatment of locally advanced metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Key Findings: Cisplatin-based chemotherapy was the most frequently reported initial treatment of locally advanced metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Participants reported using immune checkpoint inhibitors in platinum-ineligible patients and those with PDL1 positive tumors. also, they would not consider the concomitant use of immunotherapy and chemotherapy in the first-line setting. Participants believed that avelumab maintenance is effective in the absence of progression after first-line platinum-based chemotherapy;they would consider initiating it 2 - 10 weeks after completion of chemotherapy. Conclusions and Clinical Implications: After comparing with current international guidelines, this study shows that Lebanese oncologists follow international guidelines and have deep knowledge of recent clinical trials for the management of locally advanced metastatic urothelial carcinoma, regardless of economic crisis challenges.
