Numerical Modelling of the Powder Metallurgical Manufacturing Chain of High Strength Sintered Gears

This paper presents a digital model for the powder metallurgical(PM)production chain of high-performance sintered gears based on an integrated computational materials engineering(ICME)*** and finite element methods(DEM and FEM)were combined to describe the macroscopic material response to the thermomechanical loads and process conditions during the entire production *** microstructural evolution during the sintering process was predicted on the meso-scale using a Monte-Carlo *** effective elastic properties were determined by a homogenization method based on modelling a representative volume element(RVE).The results were subsequently used for the FE modelling of the heat treatment *** the development of multi-scale models,it was possible obtain characteristics of the microstructural *** predicted hardness and residual stress distributions allowed the calculation of the tooth root load bearing capacity of the heat-treated sintered gears.

Religious Cognitive-Emotional Therapy （RCET）.RCET is a new form of cognitive therapy that was first proposed by ali R. rajaei （2008）.The RCET framework assumes that people in their lifespan find that things and events disagree with their desires. They confront with difficulties and unbearable events. Their parents ,intimate friends and persons in love die in front of them .Therefore they ask themselves, if they must tolerate this serious difficulties and disasters, why they are to live? Thus they seek meaning of life. Humans without basic religious belief cannot find the meaning of life. According to RCET there are three groups of basic religious belief: God, world, and human beings. This set of basic religious belief influence thinking about self and interpretation of life events, and determine the mental health（Feeling and behavior）of people. In RCET the intervention can be directed at three levels: physiological （e.g. relaxation training）Modifying biases in thinking（e.g. every day irrational thoughts and belief）and the deepest level of RCET is that the therapists seek meaning of life in the clients, and present 10 basic religious belief about God, world , and human beings that help the clients to gain a new insight and meaning of life. The RCET is an effective method of psychotherapy for treatment of identity crisis, depression, anxiety and others clients difficulties.

Human resources are a key source of sustainable competitive advantage and are considered as one of the substantial factors for an organization's *** organization can survive without its human *** employees'needs,desires,and satisfaction is *** managers consider financial and non-financial compensation for employees'*** is a need for a practical look at the field of nursing service compensation,especially in the healthcare *** this study,the factors affecting nursing service compensation in the selected private hospitals in Iran were initially identified and confirmed using the exploratory and confirmatory factor *** three major factors are empowerment components,organizational components,and financial ***,the driver factors(causes)and dependent factors(effects)in the nursing service compensation system were investigated and their relationships were determined using the fuzzy DEMATEL ***,these factors were ranked using the best-worst(BWM)*** results of BWM indicate that financial components gained the top-ranked,followed by organizational components,and empowerment components.

Excellent response to acupuncture treatment in a case of intractable glossopharyngeal neuralgia due to vascular tortuosity: a case report

Objective:Glossopharyngeal neuralgia is a relatively rare neurological condition arising from abnormal irritation of the ninth cranial *** first line of conventional treatment is pharmaceutical followed by surgical interventions in non-responsive ***,the efficacy and safety of usual therapeutic methods have limited the compliance of most affected ***:Here for the first time,we report an excellent response of a chronic case of glossopharyngeal neuralgia to traditional Chinese medicine,which is a relatively safe and not expensive therapeutic ***:Despite limited response to conventional medicine,our patient showed a fast and promising response to the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion with low doses of ***:The therapeutic protocol used for the treatment of this patient needs to be validated by further double-blinded case control studies in order to be compared to other available therapeutic methods.
