Social Media such as Facebook plays a substantial role in virtual com-munities by sharing ideas and ideologies among different populations over *** interaction analysis aids in deﬁning people’s emotions and aids in assessing public attitudes,towards different issues such as violence against women and *** this paper,we proposed an Arabic language prediction model to identify the issue of Violence-Induced Stress in social *** searched for Arabic posts of many countries through Facebook application programming interface(API).We discovered that the stress state of a battered woman is usually related to her friend’s stress states on *** applied a large real database from Facebook platforms to analytically investigate the correlation of violence-induced stress states and the victim interactions on social *** extracted a set of tex-tual,spatial,and interaction attributes from various ***,we are proposing a hybrid model–an interaction graph model incorporated in a deep learning neural model to leverage post content and interaction data for vio-lence-induced stress *** depict that our proposed hybrid mod-el can enhance the prediction performance by 10%in ***,considering the user interaction information can learn an interesting phenomenon,where,the sparse social interactions of violence-induced stress stressed victims is higher by around 15%percent non-battered users,signifying that the structure of the friends of such victims is less connected than non-stressed users.

align:justify;"> Background: Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological conditions with about 65 million people affected worldwide. It is also a common condition in children, where its prevalence is approximately 3.2 - 5.5/1000 in the developed world. Children with epilepsy (CWE) experience not only seizures but also multiple cognitive, behavioral, and emotional problems. ADHD is one of the more common comorbidities of childhood epilepsy. Objectives: To discuss the relationship between childhood epilepsy and comorbidities especially ADHD. Study Design: This is a prospective observational analytical cross-sectional study carried out on one hundred and fifteen patients at Ain Shams University and Nasr-city Health Insurance out-patient clinics, Cairo, Egypt fulfilling the inclusion criteria. Patients were selected by simple random sample. Results: ADHD is very common epilepsy comorbidity in Egyptian epileptic children with under-diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: Frequent assessment for ADHD in epileptic children is mandatory for better quality of life.

Aim:Epidermal growth factor(EGF)is a mitogen for hepatocyte grown in vitro,and its expression is up-regulated during liver *** also plays an important role in tumor initiation and *** goal of this study is to assess whether EGF is associated with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and also whether it is a predictive factor of shortened ***:Serum EGF levels were evaluated in a total of 151 subjects:51 patients with unresectable HCC,(21 of them were eligible for transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)and serum EGF levels were measured before and 1 week after TACE),40 patients with chronic hepatitis without cirrhosis,40 patients with cirrhosis,and 20 healthy *** demographic and laboratory variables were evaluated as predictive factors of survival in a Cox regression multivariate analysis using SPSS ***:The mean serum level of EGF in patients with HCC was 784.49 pg/mL,which was significantly higher(P<0.05)than all other *** EGF level in cirrhotic patients was 144.69 pg/mL;in those with chronic hepatitis C without cirrhosis,it was 338.64 pg/mL;and in healthy controls,it was 297.15 pg/*** group Ia patients who underwent TACE,the mean serum level of EGF was 759.76±287.88 pg/mL before TACE,and 801.14±276.12 pg/mL 1 week after treatment(P=0.34).On multivariate Cox regression analysis only age(P=0.03)and higher serum EGF level(P=0.005),were inversely correlated with overall ***:EGF levels were found to be significantly higher in HCC patients and together with age were the only predictors of poor survival in these *** was an increase in EGF levels 1 week after TACE in response to hypoxia;however,this increase was not statistically significant.

Clinical and Radiological Localization of Language Dysfunctions in Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To study the effect of cerebral ischemic vascular insult on the localization of language areas as regard to automatic speech, initiation, and mutism. Materials and Methods: Seventy ischemic stroke patients were selected within the first 48 h of the onset of stroke with left hemispheric stroke with aphasia. Inclusion criteria: any age above seven years, both sexes, first ever clinical stroke, admitted within the first 2 days of stroke insult. Patients underwent careful history taking, neurological examination, routine laboratory investigations, echo cardiography, and carotid duplex and language assessments. Results: Automatic speech disorders were mainly seen along left insular, left supramarginal and left frontal inferior orbital lesions. Initiation difficulty is seen mainly along as left insular, left temporal superior and left periventricular lesions. Mutism is seen along left external capsule, left internal capsule, left pallidum, left frontal inferior orbital and left inferior trigone lesions. Conclusions: Deep periventricular white matter and insular area in the dominant hemisphere play an important role in many language tasks. Thus aphasia is not a mere cortical function.

In the Big Data era,numerous sources and environments generate massive amounts of *** enormous amount of data necessitates specialized advanced tools and procedures that effectively evaluate the information and anticipate decisions for future *** is used to process this kind of *** is known to handle vast volumes of data more efficiently than tiny amounts,which results in inefficiency in the *** study proposes a novel solution to the problem by applying the Enhanced Best Fit Merging algorithm(EBFM)that merges files depending on predefined parameters(type and size).Implementing this algorithm will ensure that the maximum amount of the block size and the generated file size will be in the same *** primary goal is to dynamically merge files with the stated criteria based on the file type to guarantee the efficacy and efficiency of the established *** procedure takes place before the files are available for the Hadoop ***,the files generated by the system are named with specific keywords to ensure there is no data loss(file overwrite).The proposed approach guarantees the generation of the fewest possible large files,which reduces the input/output memory burden and corresponds to the Hadoop framework’s *** findings show that the proposed technique enhances the framework’s performance by approximately 64%while comparing all other potential performance-impairing *** proposed approach is implementable in any environment that uses the Hadoop framework,not limited to smart cities,real-time data analysis,etc.

Compounds 4a, 4b were diazotized to afford the corresponding diazonium salts 5a, 5b, which were reacted with some active methylene compounds 6a-6h to give the corresponding pyrido[2′,3′ ： 3,4]pyrazole[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines 7-14.

In cognitive radio networks(CoR),the performance of cooperative spectrum sensing is improved by reducing the overall error rate or maximizing the detection *** optimization methods are usually used to optimize the number of user-chosen for cooperation and the threshold ***,these methods do not take into account the effect of sample size and its effect on improving CoR *** general,a large sample size results in more reliable detection,but takes longer sensing time and increases ***,the locally sensed sample size is an optimization ***,optimizing the local sample size for each cognitive user helps to improve CoR *** this study,two new methods are proposed to find the optimum sample size to achieve objective-based improved(single/double)threshold energy detection,these methods are the optimum sample size N^(*)and neural networks(NN)*** the evaluation,it was found that the proposed methods outperform the traditional sample size selection in terms of the total error rate,detection probability,and throughput.

Video compression in medical video streaming is one of the key technologies associated with mobile *** delivery of medical video streams over a resource constrained network emphasizes the need of a video codec that requires minimum bitrates and maintains high perceptual *** paper presents a comparative study between High Efciency Video Coding(HEVC)and its potential successor Versatile Video Coding(VVC)in the context of healthcare.A large-scale subjective experiment comprising of twenty-four non-expert participants is presented for eight different test conditions in Full High Denition(FHD)*** presented analysis highlights the impact of compression artefacts on the perceptual quality of HEVC and VVC processed *** results and ndings show that VVC clearly outperforms HEVC in terms of achieving higher compression,while maintaining high quality in FHD *** requires upto 40%less bitrate for encoding an FHD video at excellent perceptual *** have provided rate-quality curves for both encoders and a degree of overlap across both codecs in terms of perceptual ***,there is a 71%degree of overlap in terms of quality between VVC and HEVC compressed videos for eight different test conditions.

Background Changing the distance between a sample and an exposed solid-state nuclear track detector affects the number of alpha tracks recorded by the *** concept had been used to distinguish high-energy alpha particles by computing the alpha emission rate at two distances(0 and 2 cm)from animal bone *** and methods Two Cr-39 detectors were placed in a container with bone ash inside to measure the alpha emission rate when the detectors were in contact with the ash and hung at a distance of 2 cm from the *** The alpha emission rate was found to be 62.7×10^(−4) Bq cm^(−2) when the detector was in contact with the sample(a small exposure area)and 324.4×10^(−4) Bq cm^(−2) when the sample was placed 2 cm away(a larger exposure area).A mathematical equalization of the exposure areas was conducted(the area of the detector exposed to the alpha emitter sample at a distance of 2 cm was equalized to the area exposed when in contact with the sample).After equalization,a reduction in the average value of the alpha emission rate from 324.4×10^(−4) to 17.4×10^(−4) Bq cm^(−2) was *** The increase in distance between the sample and the detector allowed only high-energy alpha particles with a range greater than the traveled distance to reach the ***,this system can distinguish the type and number of nuclides in the sample by changing the distance between the detector and the sample according to each nucleus ***,the results show that the alpha emission rates in these bone samples are higher than the local values.
