Background: Increasing awareness level and health education can reduce the burden of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) at community base. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to assess the level of knowledge towards CKD manifestations in Saudi Arabia. Methodology: This is a descriptive prospective study including 900 apparently health Saudi volunteers, their ages ranging from 18 to 65 years old with a mean age of 34 years. A purposeful questionnaire was deliberated and used for obtaining data about the CKD. Results: Out of 900 contributors, 268 (29.8%) were males and 632 (70.2%) were females, giving males:females ratio of 1.00:2.36. About 102/900 (11.3%) of the participants (all of them were females) were found to believe that CKD has no specific symptoms. Conclusion: The awareness towards CKD manifestation is relatively low, which necessitates the important of community based intervention including health educational programs.

Most consumers read online reviews written by different users before making purchase decisions,where each opinion expresses some ***,sentiment analysis is currently a hot topic of *** particular,aspect-based sentiment analysis concerns the exploration of emotions,opinions and facts that are expressed by people,usually in the form of *** is crucial to consider polarity calculations and not simply categorize reviews as positive,negative,or ***,the available lexicon-based method accuracy is affected by limited *** of the available polarity estimation techniques are too general and may not reect the aspect/topic in question if reviews contain a wide range of information about different *** paper presents a model for the polarity estimation of customer reviews using aspect-based sentiment analysis(ABSA-PER).ABSA-PER has three major phases:data preprocessing,aspect co-occurrence calculation(CAC)and polarity estimation.A multi-domain sentiment dataset,Twitter dataset,and trust pilot forum dataset(developed by us by dened judgement rules)are used to verify *** outcomes show that ABSA-PER achieves better accuracy,i.e.,85.7%accuracy for aspect extraction and 86.5%accuracy in terms of polarity estimation,than that of the baseline methods.

In this research, the effects of target sputtering power on the structure and optical properties of radio frequency （RF） sputtered Ti6A14V films were investigated. Different sputtering RF powers were used to produce different thicknesses of Ti6A14V thin films, From the X-ray diffraction, it was found that the Ti6A14V films had polycrystalline cubic and hexagonal structures and increased films crystallinity and crystalline size with increasing the sputtering power. Atomic forces microscopy （AFM） gave us a nanometric film character, films homogeneity, and surfaces roughness. A higher degree of roughness and average grain size with increasing RF power was exhibited. Band gap and refractive index of Ti6A14V thin films varied with sputtering RF powers.

Dear Editor,The World Health Organization recently declared monkeypox as a global emergency after reporting more than 57,000 new cases worldwide[1].Monkeypox is an orthopoxvirus similar in nature to the Variola virus,which is a causative agent for smallpox[2].Monkeypox virus presents as a unique challenge for global health and should be regarded with grave concern as the vast majority of cases are occurring in countries where the disease is not considered ***,the spread of this pathogen is occurring concomitantly as the world is still engaged in a battle with the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,which has caused substantial damage to global healthcare *** monkeypox continues its rapid spread,hospitals could be quickly overwhelmed by both COVID-19 and monkeypox *** more than ever,early symptom recognition and use of all available treatments to contain monkeypox outbreaks are *** precautions including early recognition of symptoms by physicians,use of currently available treatments,and promoting precautionary measures in at-risk populations may be vital in preventing hospital burden and further physician burnout.

In this review article, various preferences in breast plastic surgery particularly after breast cancer will be discussed in view of the diverse indications for the different construction procedures. The various conditions that necessitate the need for reconstruction are appraised, the important reconstructive procedures are discussed. The most important indications procedures discussed in this review include;Prophylactic subcutaneous mastectomy, Lumpectomy and Radiation, Modified Mastectomy with Axillary Sampling, Nipple reconstruction, and the contralateral breast. These procedures are discussed in view of plastic surgeon practice and patients acceptability in Saudi Arabia. Data from Saudi Arabia in particular was identified through searches of the EMBASE, and MEDLINE database, using the keywords: Saudi Arabia, breast plastic Surgery, breast reconstruction, autologous breast reconstruction, breast augmentation. Advances in prosthetic technologies and modifications in autologous flap techniques, and the development of novel tissue alternatives have allowed for sustained developments in breast reconstruction results. A variety of attitudes has been accessible for addressing the difficulties that endure after resection of breast cancer in Saudi Arabia. Patients should be educated to accept different process in this context.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a new system for the distribution of electric power by using the concept of Active Demand procedures to obtain a low cost and ensure the continuity of energy. This paper consists of two parts: the first includes the method of optimal distribution of electricity in the presence of Active Demand based on the price of energy for the specific time in the system;this feature will help the consumer to determine the process of consumption through the advertised price;all this will appear through the energy box. The second part involves the introduction of the genetic algorithm to obtain the best solutions for costs and also the best choice for the distribution of electrical power, which makes this method optimize by introducing the genetic algorithm with electrical energy. The main drivers of this work are to provide continuous electrical energy at the lowest cost and also to simulate active demand, in addition to the rapid processing of energy failures by the aggregator and raising awareness of the process of energy conservation for the consumer.

Prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan: A hospital-based study

Background: Congenital hydrocephalus, an important cause of neurologic morbidity and mortality in children, is a medical condition characterized by an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. It can be caused by abnormal brain development, obstruction of the cerebral aqueduct flow, Chiari malformations, and Dandy-Walker malformation. The prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus is 2.2 to 18 per 10,000 live births. Objectives: To determine the prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus among livebirths in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (HKJ). Methods: Clinical data were collected from medical records of all livebirths with congenital hydrocephalus born at Al Bashir Hospital, Amman/The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 2004-2005 and 2008-2011. Descriptive analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS 20). Results: The prevalence of hydrocephalus was 0.092% with a relative predominance among males. Conclusion: The study concluded that the prevalence of congenital hydrocephalus is comparable to that of developed countries. The efforts made by the Ministry of Health seem to have paid off. More research on stillbirths is recommended.

癌症已经成为现今社会现有疾病导致死亡的主要因素之一。其存在严重威胁人类生命,同时也是人类增加预期寿命的障碍。现有针对癌症的常规治疗方法,主要为化学疗法,但由于不能针对细胞进行特异性治疗,并可能导致不可预知的副作用,所以通过合成新的抗癌药物或设计药物传递系统来解决癌症治疗问题一直是研发人员关注的焦点。在这项研究中,将研究一种有预期效应的蛋白质纳米载体,该载体可用于输送到细胞中,以及基于硒元素的抗癌化合物。蛋白质衣壳由于易于修改和携带基因,且具有生物相容性、体积小、均匀性好等诸多优点,因此其作为药物传递系统越来越受到人们的青睐。从超嗜热菌(AaLS)的lumazine合成酶中获得的蛋白衣壳被认为是一种有预期效应的药物载体:它由60个亚基组成,形状为十二面体蛋白衣壳,12个面中的每个面都由五聚体构建块组成。其直径为160(?),内腔的宽度为90(?),允许客体分子通过12个8.9(?)宽的缝隙。近期研究中,相关实验将AaLS IC的AaLS的两个位点(C37A和E122C)进行了基因修改,以便每个亚基的衣壳内表面引入半胱氨酸基团,形成AaLS-IC,从而能够有效地共价包裹有硫醇反应性的客体。|硒是一种天然存在于食物中的人体必需的微量元素,它以硒半胱氨酸(sec)的形式在细胞内存在。近年来,研究发现硒半胱氨酸(Sec)对癌细胞具有一定的毒性作用。但由于硒半胱氨酸Sec的抗癌活性很广,对许多细胞都有广谱作用,包括正常细胞,因此并不能简单将其应用为抗癌药物使用。此外,硒半胱氨酸(Sec)的毒性机制尚不完全清楚,这可能Sec可能涉及与Sec-β-裂解酶或甲基化酶的相互作用,也可能由于自身存在二烯醚键使其产生毒副作用。因此,在本次实验研究中,合成了一组与Sec结构几乎相同的有机二硒化物,并根据IC50值测量了它们对He La的细胞毒性作用。此前,Sec对He La细胞的IC50值已经公布,相比之下,新化合物的毒性更大。由于这两种类似物都显示出毒性水平,因此可以确定是由于二烯醚键而具有一般的细胞毒性。并由此猜想,IC50值的差异也可能与细胞的结构变化和进入He La细胞的能力有关。由于并非所有化合物都能够被He La细胞均匀吸收,因此需要将二硒化物封装到修饰的AaLS IC衣壳中,以确保细胞的均匀吸收。实验中,二硒化物在AaLS IC中的包封率在良好范围内,并与之前记录的AaLS IC Sec获得的81%的包封率进行了比较。有趣的是,当使用MTT法测量新AaLS-IC结合物的IC50值时,其值仍然比AaLS-IC-Sec毒性更大。然而,其中一种具有较低的IC50值,即使与游离形式相比,这种结合物也具有极高的毒性。由此假设,由于该化合物结构中,其侧链较长,可能会阻碍其渗透到He La细胞中,但使用AaLSIC结合物,细胞可能会吸收它。此外,还测量了溶解在DSMO中的这些化合物的IC50值,与游离形式和AaLS-IC复合物形式相比,它们的IC50值较低。其原因可能是在于DSMO对He La细胞的毒性作用。Lumazine也是核黄素与核黄素合成酶途径中的一个里程碑。Lumazine在不同的生物体中表现出不同的结构,有一些是五聚体,还有一些呈现出二十面体,而核黄素合成酶是同源三聚体,核黄素合成酶既可以是游离的,也可以是Lumazine/核黄素合成酶复合物。然而,人们认为,螺旋线圈和C端在这种缀合形成中起着重要的作用。使用序列相似性系统,它将形成包封复合物的生物体划分为自己的簇,与具有Lumazine作为不能包封核黄素合成酶的五聚体的生物体一样,它们有自己的簇。因此,每个集群都有不同的有机体,但具有相同的封装或不封装能力。此外,我们还构建了一个系统发育树来分析不同类群之间的进化关系,并且发现,来自不同类群的生物体之间可能存在进化关系。这表明,依赖于核黄素合成酶形式的系统发育树,无论是游离状态的还是包裹状态的,都无法预测。因此,二硒化合物的细胞毒性作用研究前景广阔,而蛋白质AaLS-IC的使用也是细胞靶向的一个优势。而了解核黄素合成酶转化为lumazine合成酶的机制被认为是有助于lumazine合成酶作为药物传递的重点,并为后续研究奠定基础。
