There are many cloud data security techniques and algorithms available that can be used to detect attacks on cloud data,but these techniques and algorithms cannot be used to protect data from an attacker.Cloud cryptography is the best way to transmit data in a secure and reliable format.Various researchers have developed various mechanisms to transfer data securely,which can convert data from readable to unreadable,but these algorithms are not sufficient to provide complete data security.Each algorithm has some data security issues.If some effective data protection techniques are used,the attacker will not be able to decipher the encrypted data,and even if the attacker tries to tamper with the data,the attacker will not have access to the original data.In this paper,various data security techniques are developed,which can be used to protect the data from attackers completely.First,a customized American Standard Code for Information Interchange(ASCII)table is developed.The value of each Index is defined in a customized ASCII table.When an attacker tries to decrypt the data,the attacker always tries to apply the predefined ASCII table on the Ciphertext,which in a way,can be helpful for the attacker to decrypt the data.After that,a radix 64-bit encryption mechanism is used,with the help of which the number of cipher data is doubled from the original data.When the number of cipher values is double the original data,the attacker tries to decrypt each value.Instead of getting the original data,the attacker gets such data that has no relation to the original data.After that,a Hill Matrix algorithm is created,with the help of which a key is generated that is used in the exact plain text for which it is created,and this Key cannot be used in any other plain text.The boundaries of each Hill text work up to that text.The techniques used in this paper are compared with those used in various papers and discussed that how far the current algorithm is better than all other algorithms.Then,the Kasiski test is used to verify the

COVID-19 and comorbidities of hepatic diseases in a global perspective

The worldwide outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has challenged the priorities of healthcare system in terms of different clinical management and infection transmission, particularly those related to hepatic-disease comorbidities. Epidemiological data evidenced that COVID-19 patients with altered liver function because of hepatitis infection and cholestasis have an adverse prognosis and experience worse health outcomes. COVID-19-associated liver injury is correlated with various liver diseases following a severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2) infection that can progress during the treatment of COVID-19 patients with or without pre-existing liver disease. SARS-CoV-2 can induce liver injury in a number of ways including direct cytopathic effect of the virus on cholangiocytes/hepatocytes, immune-mediated damage, hypoxia, and sepsis. Indeed, immediate cytopathogenic effects of SARSCoV-2 via its potential target, the angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 receptor, which is highly expressed in hepatocytes and cholangiocytes, renders the liver as an extra-respiratory organ with increased susceptibility to pathological outcomes. But, underlying COVID-19-linked liver disease pathogenesis with abnormal liver function tests(LFTs) is incompletely understood. Hence, we collated COVID-19-associated liver injuries with increased LFTs at the nexus of pre-existing liver diseases and COVID-19, and defining a plausible pathophysiological triad of COVID-19, hepatocellular damage, and liver disease. This review summarizes recent findings of the exacerbating role of COVID-19 in pre-existing liver disease and vice versa as well as international guidelines of clinical care, management, and treatment recommendations for COVID-19 patients with liver disease.

In computer vision,convolutional neural networks have a wide range of uses.Images representmost of today’s data,so it’s important to know how to handle these large amounts of data efficiently.Convolutional neural networks have been shown to solve image processing problems effectively.However,when designing the network structure for a particular problem,you need to adjust the hyperparameters for higher accuracy.This technique is time consuming and requires a lot of work and domain knowledge.Designing a convolutional neural network architecture is a classic NP-hard optimization challenge.On the other hand,different datasets require different combinations of models or hyperparameters,which can be time consuming and inconvenient.Various approaches have been proposed to overcome this problem,such as grid search limited to low-dimensional space and queuing by random selection.To address this issue,we propose an evolutionary algorithm-based approach that dynamically enhances the structure of Convolution Neural Networks(CNNs)using optimized hyperparameters.This study proposes a method using Non-dominated sorted genetic algorithms(NSGA)to improve the hyperparameters of the CNN model.In addition,different types and parameter ranges of existing genetic algorithms are used.Acomparative study was conducted with various state-of-the-art methodologies and algorithms.Experiments have shown that our proposed approach is superior to previous methods in terms of classification accuracy,and the results are published in modern computing literature.

Various organizations store data online rather than on physical servers.As the number of user’s data stored in cloud servers increases,the attack rate to access data from cloud servers also increases.Different researchers worked on different algorithms to protect cloud data from replay attacks.None of the papers used a technique that simultaneously detects a full-message and partial-message replay attack.This study presents the development of a TKN(Text,Key and Name)cryptographic algorithm aimed at protecting data from replay attacks.The program employs distinct ways to encrypt plain text[P],a user-defined Key[K],and a Secret Code[N].The novelty of the TKN cryptographic algorithm is that the bit value of each text is linked to another value with the help of the proposed algorithm,and the length of the cipher text obtained is twice the length of the original text.In the scenario that an attacker executes a replay attack on the cloud server,engages in cryptanalysis,or manipulates any data,it will result in automated modification of all associated values inside the backend.This mechanism has the benefit of enhancing the detectability of replay attacks.Nevertheless,the attacker cannot access data not included in any of the papers,regardless of how effective the attack strategy is.At the end of paper,the proposed algorithm’s novelty will be compared with different algorithms,and it will be discussed how far the proposed algorithm is better than all other algorithms.

Oviposition preference of swallowtail butterfly, Papilio polytes （Lepidoptera Papilionidae） on four Rutaceae （Sapindales） host plant species

Oviposition preference and egg deposition site selection by the butterfly, Papilio polytes L. （Lepidoptera： Papilionidae） on four rutaceous host plants, Citrus aurantofolia （Christm.） Swing., Citrus hystrix DC., Citrus reticulata Blanco, and Murraya koenigii （L.） Sprengel, were assessed in field cages measuring 2 × 2 ×2 m. Simultaneous two-choice and four-choice oviposition tests of whole host plants were conducted. The mean total number of eggs laid per plant on C. reticulata in the two-choice test was significantly higher （P 〈 0.01） than those on C. aurantifolia, C. hystrix, andM. koenigii. Among the three other host plants, C. aurantifolia was preferred over C. hystrix, and M. koenigii （P 〈 0.01） and C. hystrix was preferred over M. koenigii （P 〈 0.01）. In the four-choice test, C. reticulata was highly preferred and significantly different from C. hystrix and M. koenigii. However, no oviposition preference was detected with C. aurantifolia. Among the various plant parts in the two- and four-choice tests, eggs on leaves of each plant were the highest, followed by numbers on stems, and negligible numbers on pots. These numbers on leaves of C. reticulata and C. aurantifolia were not significantly different （P 〉 0.05）, but differed significantly （P 〈 0.01） from those on leaves of C. hystrix and M. koenigii. The quantitative trend of egg-laying on stems was very similar to that observed for the leaves. Papilio polytes showed strong preference to lay eggs on the underside of leaves of all host plants than on the upper side or on the petiole. More eggs were laid on the upper side of each host plant than on its petiole. The four host plants in descending order of preference were C. reticulata 〉 C. aurantifolia 〉 C. hystrix 〉 M. koenigii. Although M. koenigii was the least preferred, it has the potential to serve as an alternative host plant for P. polytes which can be manipulated when necessary, to alleviate the infestation of this pest to the citrus industry.

Comparison of Mechanical Properties of Acid and UV Ozone Treated Nanodiamond Epoxy Nanocomposites

Nanodiamond（ND） powder was successfully activated by wet chemical method and by exposure of UV/O3 in a chamber followed by mixing in triethylenetetramine（TETA） solution.The reinforcement role of activated ND in the mechanical properties of epoxy matrix was studied.Both treatments,i.***.acid and UV/O3 provide ND surface with chemical functionalities for adhesion with epoxy resin.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was utilized to confirm the attachment of surface groups to the ND particles.The low content of acid and UV/O3 activated ND was dispersed ultrasonically in the epoxy matrix separately to make nanocomposites.The mechanical properties of the nanocomposites were investigated under three point bending.The strong interactions among activated ND particles and the epoxy resin provide efficient load transfer interfaces,which enhances the mechanical properties of the composites.It was found that the flexural strength,modulus,and toughness of 0.1 wt%ND loaded nanocomposites have been enhanced up to 85%,57%,and 39%,respectively for UV/O3 treated ND powder.It is also found that the optimum ND concentration to achieve maximum reinforcement is 0.1 wt%while higher concentrations lead to decrease in mechanical properties.The significant improvement of the mechanical properties of the ND/epoxy nanocomposites is attributed to the good dispersion of the functionalized ND in epoxy matrix.

Screening outcomes of household contacts of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis patients in Peshawar,Pakistan

Objective:To assess the profile of TB/multidrug-resistant TB(MDR-TB) among household contacts of MDR-TB patients.Methods:Close contacts of MDR-TB patients were traced in the cross-sectional study.Different clinical,radiological and bacteriological were performed to rule out the evidence of TB/MDR-TB.Results:Between January 2012 and December 2012,a total of 200 index MDR-TB patients were initiated on MDR-TB treatment,out of which home visit and contacts screening were conducted for 154 index cases.Of 610 contacts who could be studied,41(17.4%) were diagnosed with MDR-TB and 10(4.2%) had TB.The most common symptoms observed were cough,chest pain and fever.Conclusions:The high incidence of MDR-TB among close contacts emphasize the need for effective contact screening programme of index MDR-TB cases in order to cut the chain of transmission of this disease.

CO_(2) storage in depleted gas reservoirs:A study on the effect of residual gas saturation

Depleted gas reservoirs are recognized as the most promising candidate for carbon dioxide storage.Primary gas production followed by injection of carbon dioxide after depletion is the strategy adopted for secondary gas recovery and storage practices.This strategy,however,depends on the injection strategy,reservoir characteristics and operational parameters.There have been many studies to-date discussing critical factors influencing the storage performance in depleted gas reservoirs while little attention was given to the effect of residual gas.In this paper,an attempt was made to highlight the importance of residual gas on the capacity,injectivity,reservoir pressurization,and trapping mechanisms of storage sites through the use of numerical simulation.The results obtained indicated that the storage performance is proportionally linked to the amount of residual gas in the medium and reservoirs with low residual fluids are a better choice for storage purposes.Therefore,it would be wise to perform the secondary recovery before storage in order to have the least amount of residual gas in the medium.Although the results of this study are useful to screen depleted gas reservoirs for the storage purpose,more studies are required to confirm the finding presented in this paper.

目的:观察接受斜视手术的连续性斜视患者的临床过程和治疗效果。方法:连续性斜视患者(<45岁)分为两组:其中第1组为内斜视患者;第2组为外斜视患者。我们使用棱镜屈光度(PD)来测量患者的偏斜角,对第一次手术后的患者在随访期间(6mo内)进行保守疗法。同时选择随访6mo后偏斜角仍超过15PD的斜视患者进行再次手术。本实验所有参与对象均进行了强制性检查。所有二次手术患者均在全身麻醉下进行,并于术后3,15d;3,6mo进行追踪随访。结果:在整个研究期间有28.8%的患者发展成为连续性斜视。所有斜视患者主视眼(固视眼)的二次手术均在一次手术后6～9mo内进行。经过二次手术干预后,在随访期间两组患者均获得了很好的治疗效果,同时并未出现过矫的趋势。结论:在二次手术过程中我们需谨慎肌肉矫正以避免日后过矫。

Structural and optical properties of Zn1-xNixTe thin films prepared by electron beam evaporation technique

Zn1-xNixTe thin films with different composition(x=0.0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) were deposited on glass substrate by electron beam evaporation technique followed by its characterization using advanced structural and optical analysis techniques. Structural properties of the prepared thin films were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The XRD patterns revealed that the binary compounds transformed into a ternary compound with cubic structure having preferred orientation along the c-direction with(111) planes. Composition analysis of the films was determined by energy dispersive analysis of X-rays(EDAX) and found to be in agreement with the precursor composition. Optical properties such as extinction coefficient(k) and band gap energy of these films were examined by using a spectroscopic ellipsometer. It was found that the extinction coefficient(k) increased with the addition of Ni content in the alloy. In comparison, the band gap energy was also determined by using transmission spectra and found to be agreed with that of the ellipsometric results. These analyses confirm that the band gap energy decreases with the increase of Ni content in the alloy.
