Recently,the world is facing the terror of the novel corona-virus,termed as *** health institutes and researchers are continuously striving to control this *** this article,the SEIAR(susceptible,exposed,infected,symptomatically infected,asymptomatically infected and recovered)infection model of COVID-19 with a constant rate of advection is studied for the disease propagation.A simple model of the disease is extended to an advection model by accommodating the advection process and some appropriate parameters in the *** continuous model is transposed into a discrete numerical model by discretizing the domains,*** analyze the disease dynamics,a structure preserving non-standard finite difference scheme is *** steady states of the continuous system are described i.e.,virus free steady state and virus existing steady *** results show that both the steady states of the numerical design coincide with the fixed points of the continuous SEIAR *** of the state variables is ensured by applying the M-matrix theory.A result for the positivity property is *** the proposed numerical design,two different types of the stability are *** stability and linear stability for the projected scheme is examined by applying some standard *** Neuman stability test is applied to ensure linear *** reproductive number is described and its pivotal role in stability analysis is also *** and convergence of the numerical model is also *** graphs are presented via computer simulations to prove the worth and efficiency of the quarantine factor is explored graphically,which is helpful in controlling the disease *** the end,the conclusion of the study is also rendered.

Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the burden of care for patients undergoing hemodialysis from the experiences of family ***:In this qualitative study,a content analysis approach was used for data collection and *** were 16 family caregivers selected through purposive sampling from four medical education centers affiliated with Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences,***-structured interviews were held to collect ***:Four categories were developed as follows:‘care challenges’,‘psychological vulnerabilities’,‘the chronic nature of care’and“care in the shade”.The categories led to the development of the main theme of‘progressive exhaustion’experienced by the family caregivers during the provision of care to patients undergoing ***:Family caregivers have a significant role in the process of patient care,and this role leads them to progressive exhaustion;therefore,the overall health of the caregivers should be taken into account and more attention should be paid to their quality of life,social welfare,and satisfaction level.

Designing equipment for processing,sorting,sizing and other post-harvest operations of agricultural products requires information about their physical *** study was carried out to evaluate the effect of moisture content on some physical properties of barley *** levels of moisture content ranging from 7.34%to 21.58%(d.b.)were *** average length,width,thickness,arithmetic mean diameter,geometric mean diameter,thousand grain mass,sphericity,surface area and repose angle increased from 8.91 to 9.64 mm,3.30 to 3.74 mm,2.58 to 2.98 mm,4.93 to 5.45 mm,4.23 to 4.75 mm,44.48 to 51.30 g,47.55%to 49.35%,56.66 to 71.09 mm2 and 31.16°to 36.90°,respectively,as moisture content increased from 7.34%to 21.58%(d.b.).The bulk density,true density and porosity were found to decrease with increasing moisture *** static friction coefficient of the grains increased linearly against various surfaces(plywood,glass and galvanized iron sheet)as the moisture content *** all moisture content,the maximum friction was offered by plywood,followed by galvanized iron sheet and glass surface.

We considered the Cauchy problem for the fractional wave-diffusion equation $$D^αu-Δ|u|^{m-1}u+(-Δ)^{β/2}D^γ|u|^{l-1}u=h(x,t)|u|^p+f(x,t)$$ with given initial data and where p > 1, 1 < α < 2, 0 < β < 2, 0 < γ < 1. Nonexistence results and necessary conditions for global existence are established by means of the test function method. This results extend previous works.

Objective:To determine the rate of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus(CCHFV) infection in hard ticks(Ixodidae) in Yazd province of ***:A molecular survey on hard ticks (Ixodidae) was conducted in Yazd province during 2008 -2009.A total of 140 hard ticks(three genera and 7 species) were collected from randomly selected villages and were exanimate for presence of CCHFV reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) ***: CCHFV genome was found in 5.71%of hard *** positive ticks were from Hyalomma genus. Positive ticks including:Hyalomma dromedarii,Hyalomma marginatum,Hyalomma anatolicum, Hyalomma detritum,Hyalomma *** were not able to find virus in in Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Dermacentor *** exhibited that Hyalomma is the main vector in the study ***:Due to the presence of virus in 24 provinces’ out of 31,we recommend the use of acaricides and repellent to prevent disease transmission among humans. Greta care should be taken by the people who are working in slaughter houses.

Surgical repair has been the standard therapy for severe mitral regurgitation causing symptoms or left ventricular *** mitral valve repair has become an appealing alternative approach for patients who are not suitable for ***,clinical trial data are not available on the institutional impact of a percutaneous mitral valve repair program on mitral valve *** current study retrospectively evaluated the impact of the MitraClip program on the mitral valve surgery volume and *** data were retrieved from the 2 years before and the 2 years after initiation of the MitraClip *** volume of MitraClip procedures increased from eight cases in 2015 to 91 cases in *** the initiation of the MitraClip program in 2015,the volume of both mitral valve replacement and mitral valve repair also increased(43 vs.60 and 110 vs.154,respectively).Importantly,we observed improved surgical outcomes,including fewer perioperative complications and lower operative mortality and in-hospital *** from our single-institution experience indicate that the introduction of the MitraClip program is associated with increased mitral valve surgery volume and improved *** establishment of the MitraClip program enables the hospital to provide higher quality of care and potentially become a referring center for structural heart patients.

Effects of Convolvulus arvensis Water Extract on Germination of Okra Under Different Seed Sizes

Convolvulus arvensis is a toxic allelopathic weed that suppresses germination and growth of crops. The prime object of present study was to investigate effect of Convolvulus arvensis water extract on germination and performance of okra with different seed sizes. The seeds of okra variety pusa green were separated into three different sizes, viz large size （4.00-5.00 mm）, medium size （3.00-3.50 mm） and small size （2.00-3.50 mm）, and then soaked in allelopathic plant bindweed water extract and kept in patrisdishes for germination into the germinator at 15℃. The experiment was laid out using Complete Randomized Design （CRD） with three replications. The results showed that after sowing of 12 days the highest germination was observed in non-treated seeds as compared to seeds treated in Convolvulus arvensis water extract for 1 h, further non-treated large seeds produced maximum plants as compared to treated small seeds after sowing of 24 days. Meanwhile, root length, shoot length, root fresh and dry weight, shoot fresh and dry weight were recorded higher in non-treated large seeds as compared to small seeds soaked for 1 h in Convolvulus arvensis allelopthic water extract. It could be found that Convolvulus arvensis affected germination, seed growth and overall performance of okra, further presence Convolvulus arvensis in crops could cause negative impact on germination and integrity of okra crops.

Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) describes a wide range of anatomic abnormalities of the growing hips which might result in permanent abnormal gait. Therefore, early detection and management is crucial to improve the outcome and minimise the risk of osteoarthritis in later life. Hip ultrasound is used to evaluate DDH based on Graf classification. Graf score is a widely used ultrasound grading score to evaluate DDH in infants. There is conflicting evidence regarding the management of the developmentally immature Graf type IIa hip. Some physicians adopt watchful waiting for natural maturation of hips while other early treatment. This article will provide an evidence-based review on the management modalities of the Graf type IIa hip.
