In this article,mathematical modeling for the evaluation of reliability is studied using two *** of the methods,is developed based on possibility *** performance of the reliability of the system is of prime *** view of this,the outcomes for the failure are required to evaluate with utmost *** possibility theory,the reliability information data determined from decision-making experts are *** samemethod is also related to the survival possibilities as against the survival *** other method is the one that is developed using the concept of approximation of closed interval including the piecewise quadratic fuzzy *** this method,a decision-making expert is not sure of his/her estimates of the reliability *** experiments are performed to illustrate the efficiency of the suggested methods in this *** the end,the paper is concluded with some future research directions to be explored for the proposed approach.

Introduction:Plasminogen(PLG)deficiency is an ultrarare *** reported manifestations in literature were linked to pseudomembrane formation and mucosal surfaces ***,PLG,its activa-tors and its receptors have gained more attention in inflammation regulatory processes,including the release of proinflammatory signaling molecules,and thus its role is believed to have clinical implications beyond what has been *** Report:We present a child with recurrent fever who,although managed initially as familial Mediterranean fever,later on,developed a constellation of findings that were not explained by a classified autoinflammatory *** testing revealed a novel homozygous PLG mutation(PLG:c.466G>A:p.D156N)and a likely benign heterozygous MEFV gene *** propose that the PLG mutation is responsible for the clinical manifestations,which may or may not be exacerbated by the coexistence of the MEFV variant.A relationship between the PLG pathway,inflammation,and FMF severity has been addressed recently in several ***:This report highlights the recently recognized role of the PLG pathway in inflammatory diseases and describes a potentially new presenta-tion of PLG *** studies are needed to confirm this finding and allow for a more definitive conclusion.

A Correlation Study of the Effectiveness of Renal Scintigraphy and Sonography in the Detection and Evaluation of Renal Disorders

Purpose: To evaluate the amalgamation of scintigraphy and sonography techniques in prognosticating renal disease. Methods: All the patients were subjected to renal scintigraphy while 68 patients underwent renal ultrasonography. Ninety-six patients’ imaging data was statistically analyzed including 43 females and 53 males. Renal U/S reported anatomical renal anomaly in 94.1% of patients versus 85.4% detected by scintigraphy. There were 41 patients out of 68 diagnosed with hydronephrosis and 21 of them were suffering from mild hydronephrosis as suggested by U/S imaging. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21 software. Results: Renal scintigraphy of 41 hydronephrotic patients validated that 19 patients had non-obstructive bilateral pelvic dilation while the remaining 22 with mild to severe obstruction. Ultrasonography diagnosed 4 patients with renal obstruction. Conversely, renal scintigraphy validated 2 of them with renal obstruction based on renal function. Conclusions: Renal scintigraphy is not significant in diagnosing kidney disease;rather this is a vibrant imaging tool providing supplementary data based on renal function. An effectively targeted intervention regime can be achieved by correlating renal scintigraphy and renal ultrasonography results to minimize renal disease incidence.
